Last night, I was unexpectedly charged $65 for a PlayStation Network year membership. I no longer own a PlayStation console, and I was unaware that the membership was set to auto-renew with my credit card information still saved. This charge has left me with only $2 in my account, making it difficult for me to provide for my baby girl's needs. I've attempted to restore my PS3, but when it shuts down, an error message appears saying, "The system software cannot run correctly." It prompts me to press the PS button to restart, but if unsuccessful, I would need to reformat the system partition and reinstall the software. Despite being in the main settings, I can't proceed to the PS3 screen. I require assistance to resolve this issue and restore normal functionality to my PS3.

I have been attempting to reach PlayStation Support for months in an effort to have my account unbanned. They are insisting on a payment to restore it, which I find unfair as I am unaware of the reason for the ban. The issue is further complicated because my Epic Games account is linked to the banned PlayStation account, making it impossible to unlink. Despite reaching out to Epic Games, I was instructed for security reasons to speak with Sony. My interactions with Sony's customer service have been incredibly frustrating. All I am seeking is assistance to unlink my Epic Games account from the banned PS4 account so I can connect it to a new one. Any help in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. I am a big fan of the PS4 game "Space Hulk Deathwing-Enhanced Edition," like many others in the community, with over [redacted] members. However, the game has significant issues that need attention. There are constant problems like losing connection to the host and freezing during gameplay, making it frustrating to play online. Despite these issues, the game is still being purchased at a discounted price of £14.99, with new players frequently seen. It was released on 22/5/[redacted], and there has been a lack of updates and maintenance since then, which is disappointing. I hope the developers can address these issues promptly and perhaps offer a free DLC to compensate loyal players and newcomers. Hello, I bought the digital version of Witcher 3 Complete Edition a while back. Now, I'm playing the disc version of the base game to stack trophies. Unfortunately, the Expansion Pass for this version appears as "Unavailable" on the Playstation Store, preventing me from accessing the expansions. Previously, a representative mentioned that having the Complete Edition installed would grant me access to the expansions on the base game, but that's not the case. I've tried reinstalling both versions, restoring licenses, and activating my PS4 as primary again, but the issue persists. Yesterday, I attempted to add funds to my wallet and encountered error code wc-[redacted]-6. A few minutes later, I tried again, and this time received error code wc-[redacted]-7. To ensure there were no issues on my end, I checked my bank account, only to discover that $18.03 had been debited from it. Shortly after, I received an email confirming a purchase of Apex currency, but upon checking Apex Legends there was no currency present. I am perplexed as to why my money was deducted from my bank without being added to my wallet, and instead seemingly taken by Apex Legends. I kindly request a refund of the funds to my PlayStation wallet so I can proceed with my intended purchase. If unresolved, I will regrettably have to escalate this matter by involving my card company to investigate this potential theft or system error. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

My younger brother purchased a game from the PlayStation Store, and my mother, pleased with it, obtained a refund from the bank. Upon inquiring why my account was banned, I was told it was due to a child-related matter. To reverse the ban, I made the payment of $13.50 as instructed. However, a week later, my account remains banned. Despite contacting PlayStation and being told to wait 48 hours, the ban persists. Despite being assured multiple times that the ban would be lifted within 48 hours, I have not received any emails as promised. I've complied with all their instructions, waited over a week, and still can't access my account. I just want to enjoy playing on PlayStation with my friends. After being away for a few months, I returned to find my PlayStation account had a new name, TSM-_-MELLOULI88, instead of Crucio_Serus. Not only was my account name changed, but I also got signed out of my PS4 and the app. When trying to sign back in, none of my passwords worked, and attempts to reset it via [redacted] didn't result in any reset emails. I've tried on multiple devices without success. Now, all my purchased games are inaccessible. I want to regain access to my account, update the email to [redacted] for security, as notifications about password changes or breaches have been going to the old email. On Thursday, July 11th, [redacted], I received four consecutive emails from PlayStation while leaving for a business trip. The emails indicated $60 transfers from my GreenDot Visa to my PSN Wallet and an email change on my account. After confirming $[redacted] in charges, I learned to resolve this by accessing my PlayStation and contacting PSN support via live chat without disputing the charges. Returning today, July 14th, I tried to reach a rep but missed business hours. If I don't hear back by tomorrow afternoon, I will attempt the live chat again.

I noticed a charge of $19.99 plus $1.35 tax, totaling $21.34, for a PSNow subscription on the credit card linked to my account, which I never authorized. Additionally, $16.98 was transferred from the same card to my PS wallet without my consent. I find it concerning that auto-funding was enabled by default when adding a credit card to the account. The card belongs to my friend, who allowed my daughter to add $5.00 to the wallet for a Fortnite purchase yesterday. I request a full refund for both transactions on my friend's card because I do not want the PS NOW subscription. After the refunds, I plan to remove the card from my account.

I am writing to seek assistance with recovering my account password and security answer. Currently, when attempting to reset my password, I am only given the option to answer the security question, not provide my date of birth. It has been approximately 8 to 9 years since I last accessed my account, and unfortunately, I no longer have access to the console or the email address associated with the account (as the emails from PlayStation were deleted by Yahoo).
I contacted PSN support in Ireland (where I reside), and they suggested closing my current account and creating a new one. However, I am reluctant to go this route as it would result in losing all my friends and game trophies.
I am inquiring if there is a way to bypass the security question, reset my password, and retain my account information.

I recently purchased the deluxe version of the game Anthem and received a redeem code to unlock the deluxe features. I mistakenly entered the code before the base game finished downloading, assuming the deluxe content would download alongside it. However, after waiting, I realized the deluxe version did not download, and it did not show up in my purchased content library. After researching, I discovered that I should have entered the code after downloading the base game. I attempted entering the code multiple times but still had no success. I checked the code for an expiration date but found none. Since I received the game only yesterday, I believe the code should still be valid. Now that the base game has finished downloading, I am looking for a way to successfully redeem the code without having to purchase the deluxe content again. My PS4 encountered an issue after being unplugged during boot-up by my sister twice. Every time I turn it on, it prompts me with an error message asking to connect the DualShock 4 controller via USB and then insert a storage device for software reinstallation. I don't have a USB storage device at hand. I found instructions on YouTube on accessing the Safe Mode, which provides 7 options. My friends and I have been exchanging silly pictures, and one friend reported us. I didn't pay much attention initially because I was already reported by him a week or two ago. However, I got suspended yesterday for two months. PlayStation is all I have this summer, especially since I broke my leg due to a fan falling on it because of loose wires above my bed.
