However, recent incidents have significantly impacted my interest in playing the game, leading to frustration. Working at a comic book store, I value the hard-earned money I invest in my hobbies. I believe many can empathize with this perspective.
I firmly believe that consumers, like myself, deserve the right to request a refund for a product that was falsely advertised and caused technical issues on my PS4. This goes beyond a simple inconvenience; it raises concerns about the legality of Bioware and EA's actions.

I encountered a problem with my PS4 where I kept receiving different "serious error" screens like "CE-[redacted]-2" and "CE-[redacted]-8." I tried restarting and resetting the settings back to default. However, when I logged back in, my saved data and purchased games were missing. I couldn't find the option to log in with my main account. Even when I tried logging in as a guest with my main account, the saved data didn't appear. I never selected any option to erase my data, so I'm puzzled about why this happened. Additionally, I'm unable to switch users on the console. I wonder if there's any connection to the issue stemming from the fact that the console where I created the user was disconnected without deleting anything.

I was using my old PSN account, Goldtroop14, from my PS3 days and continued using it on the PS4 sporadically. Trying to play MW3 recently, I was prompted to enter a specific password from Sony. Despite knowing my password is correct as I keep them updated and safe, it kept showing as incorrect. Attempting to reset the password didn't work either as the email linked to the account seemed too old to still be in the system. I have a new email I can update the account with as I have purchases dating back 8 years. Despite these account issues, I trust it will be resolved. I appreciate any assistance possible. Thank you.

Upon turning 18, I attempted to switch my account to an adult one but got locked out due to the two-step verification as my phone number had changed without back-up codes. During my Twitch live stream, someone requested my PayPal information and then asked for my email. This individual used my email to discover my real name and location. Subsequently, they impersonated me with PlayStation support and managed to disable my 2-step verification. While streaming, I received a notification on my phone that the 2-step verification was turned off, followed by being logged out of PlayStation and receiving an email about changes to my password and email. When I reached out to PlayStation support, they claimed I had contacted them multiple times already, which was incorrect because it was my first interaction. This incident made me realize the person had been pretending to be me.

Around three months ago, my brother made a £3.99 purchase on Fortnite. Usually, I remind him to remove our bank account details after each purchase to avoid unauthorized charges by Playstation. Unfortunately, this time he forgot, and Playstation ended up charging £[redacted] without our consent. My dad contacted the bank, and we managed to get the money refunded. However, Playstation mistakenly banned my account, thinking we were involved in a scam. All we wanted was to recover the extra money spent without permission. I kindly request Playstation to reinstate my account as we did not engage in any wrongdoing that warrants a permanent ban.

I recently paid to have my banned account reinstated on the PS4 network. After receiving an email from the network administrator instructing me to pay off the remaining debt to regain access to my account, I entered my PS4 card details and the transaction was successful. I was informed that my account would be restored within 24 hours. Later, I attempted to make a purchase for $4 on another account, assuming the $20 I paid was deducted from the PS4 card. Now, I am waiting for my original account to be restored so I can use the remaining balance for other purchases. Could you please deduct $21.01 from my other account, [redacted], to settle the debt on my banned account, [redacted]? Thank you.

Hello, I am in need of assistance. Earlier, approximately 30 minutes ago, I attempted to log in but received a message stating that my account has been temporarily suspended for 7 days due to a report. The situation arose when I removed a player from my party to allow a clan member to join. I solely play Bo4 with my clan members, and being accused of hate speech or hateful content is unfounded as I am not a hateful individual. I checked my email and was informed of the report. I used the contact email to create a PSN account, "dzeris13," about 2 years ago. It got hacked, and around [redacted]-[redacted] euros were spent on coins for a game I don't like, Fifa 17, through PayPal. They refunded the money, but my account was banned. After contacting PS support, they fixed the issue, but as I was underage, the account had to be set up under my parents' account with a different email. Now that I'm an adult, I want to switch the email back, but two PS support members mentioned that the account is still active, even though it was set up as "dzeris13." I currently use this account under a different email, and I'm puzzled as to how the provided email is still linked to an active account. How is this possible and how can I regain access to it?

My 13-year-old son recently received a text from PS4 and inadvertently responded, resulting in an unexpected £40 charge on our phone bill. As his mother, I cover his phone expenses and in-game purchases, especially for Fortnite. I am concerned about the duration and reason for the network and online feature ban imposed. I recently deactivated my PSN account, and now I am unable to connect to PSN at all. My internet settings appear to have changed since deactivating my account. I need help restoring them, particularly the DNS settings. I can't connect at all, which is frustrating. My PSN account with the username xFree3B was hacked, and someone changed the password, messaging my friends for details and pretending to be me. Despite reaching out multiple times to Sony, the situation hasn't been resolved. Sony informed me that I'm banned from messaging due to the hacker's actions. I am unable to access my main account xFree3B because of the changed password. It's distressing that my games are locked, and I can't play them. I need help to recover my account, even with the messaging ban. I have proof of the hacker messaging my cousin from my account if required. My username, DatKneegaLuke, was deemed offensive by PlayStation. Despite the numerous truly offensive usernames allowed, mine resulted in a week suspension which was supposed to end early Thursday. However, even after the suspension period should have ended, my account remains locked. I am seeking a refund for the time I was unable to use my paid annual PlayStation Plus subscription. If my request is not honored, I may have to switch to Xbox. It is frustrating that such a minor issue led to such a severe punishment, making me question the platform's fairness.
