Good Afternoon, I am reaching out regarding my 10-year-old son who has been permanently suspended from his PlayStation account due to a chargeback issue. We have not received any email explaining why this suspension occurred. I recently purchased PlayStation Plus for him twice in the last couple of months, which has not been utilized. Additionally, he has purchased items/players on EA that he has now lost access to. I find this situation highly unjust as I am unable to clarify to him what has transpired. His PlayStation console is currently inactive, and we are all quite frustrated by this abrupt action from PlayStation. The lack of communication on this matter feels deceptive, and we would appreciate some clarification.

I was trying to purchase the new 2K game using PayPal, but encountered an issue when I forgot my password and had to reset it. Subsequently, PSN prompted me for two-step verification (2SV) codes that I set up a while back on my old phone with a different number. Due to not having access to my old phone or the backup codes, I am now locked out of my account. Despite knowing my password and email, I cannot receive the verification codes on my old phone as the SIM card is inactive. I am seeking help to regain access to my account under these circumstances.

Hello, I am having difficulty accessing my account due to not receiving the two-step verification message and not having backup codes. Unfortunately, I am unable to sign in or find assistance to resolve this issue. There might be a chance that the verification message is being sent to my previous phone number, +[redacted], instead of my current number, +[redacted].

My PlayStation Network account seems to have been compromised. The screen name has been changed to 'NowOFFLINE,' which is odd and not my doing. I am unable to reset my password because when asked for security questions, the answers are not accepted even though they are correct. I did not activate this feature. I am currently logged into the account on my PS4, but I can't access account information or change security settings without being prompted for a password that is not being recognized. As a result, I can't sign into my PSN account to set up my newly bought PS5.

I was trying to add funds to my account but ran into issues with signing in on the app. I needed a code from my phone, but my number has changed. I attempted to verify via email but did not receive any emails. When I tried to reset it on my console, it asked me to log in again. Now, when I try to log in, it says my account is blocked. I am unable to access my account at all. Requesting assistance, please.

My brother set up the two-step verification on our PlayStation with the authenticator app on his old phone. He recently upgraded to a new phone. When I try to log into my account now, the app doesn't display the verification code. I don't have backup codes or my account signed in anywhere else. As my account holds a lot of value, I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Hello, my name is Omran. I haven't accessed my email in a year and stopped receiving emails from Sony. I need a reset password email to unlock my account as the password has expired. Despite contacting Yahoo, they informed me that due to inactivity, my email was suppressed, leading Sony to stop sending emails. Yahoo advised unsuppressing my email for Sony to resume communication. My PS5 shut down abruptly during a power outage, causing issues with my extended storage. After fixing it, I attempted to play my games, but was prompted to connect the extended storage they were stored on. Upon checking my storage, I noticed my games, totaling around 3 terabytes, were missing. While I tried to redownload them, the system asks me to plug in the extended storage or doesn't allow me to delete and reinstall the games.

I made a typo error when registering for my Sony.com login. I mistakenly entered [redacted] instead of the correct [redacted] (with an extra "l"). As a result, I am unable to log in with the incorrect email and unable to create a new account with the correct email. Can you assist me by either deleting the account or correcting the email error? This account was permanently banned in [redacted]/[redacted] when I was younger at 13. Back then, my messages to friends had swear words which they reported for fun. That account holds valuable memories of games and friends, especially those no longer with me. Losing the account means losing sweet messages from my late dad. I've cherished this account since age 9 and really wish to regain access. I hope this message is considered. Thank you.

My 4-year-old son accidentally made two purchases on his Hot Wheels game on my PS4. While I was looking after his little brother, I received an email notifying me of the purchases made on 9/30/[redacted]. My boyfriend was permanently suspended for allegedly using inappropriate language in a gaming session. He claims he was falsely reported by another user, bobfrombestbuy69, who actually initiated the confrontation. Although my boyfriend was merely trying to set up a Red Dead Redemption 2 session with his friends, he was unfairly targeted. He even has video evidence to support his case. The other user unexpectedly attacked him in the game and fled when I joined the session.

I am unable to access my PSN account after a recent software update. I am stuck at the 2-factor verification screen without backup codes or authentication apps because I did not set up 2FV initially. This has locked me out of both my PlayStation and my phone, leaving me unable to resolve the issue.

I am seeking a refund promptly as I did not approve this charge. I am uncertain about the purchase made for that amount. My Cash App account details were used from my fiancé's PlayStation 4 account, Chris Thurmond. He was supposed to set up his account with his own card, not mine. This $15.89 was intended for my electric bill payment, which I need to settle tomorrow.

My account got permanently suspended after I messaged a guy on my PlayStation account, stating something like, "I don't remember the biggest twat in the world." I felt compelled to say it because I really didn't like him. He has been soliciting my sisters for inappropriate photos in the chat, yet I am the one facing consequences for using the word "twat." He continues to create new accounts to send me unsettling messages despite my efforts to block him. I attempted to involve the authorities, but they advised me to reach out to PlayStation Network, which unfortunately has not yielded any results.

I am unable to access my account as the two-factor verification is enabled, and I no longer have access to the phone number associated with it. I am unfamiliar with the recovery questions and have never used them in the past. Since I am not signed into any other devices, I am at a loss on how to regain access. The account logged me out on its own, leaving me stranded. Unfortunately, support is currently closed, and I am unsure of what steps to take next. The process to recover my account feels like I am stuck in an endless loop, hindering my ability to play the game.

My son received an email on 08.10.23 regarding Order Number: [redacted]40 (see attached file). He did not make this purchase, and the linked bank card is no longer valid. The payment of 79.95 EUR was made from an invalid MasterCard ending in [redacted] as shown in the attachment. How did this occur? Additionally, he can't access the account due to not receiving the 2SV code. We need assistance in obtaining a refund for the payment or gaining access to Marten's account to investigate further.
