Hello, I had originally used the profile Papa Doc [redacted], but encountered an issue when my games were all locked. It turned out that my child had accessed the system while I was at work. Support directed me to create a new profile, as the original one was being used by someone else. I ended up purchasing the extra package but wanted to switch to the premium package instead. I noticed I was being charged twice a month, $17.99 each time. My wife pointed out the double charge, which was due to a fraudulent purchase on my card and a replacement being issued. I mistakenly paid for a year's subscription of $[redacted].99 twice instead of the monthly $17.99 fee. I would appreciate a refund of $[redacted] and to switch to the correct monthly plan. I recently received an email regarding upgrading my PS4 to a PS5 before October 20th to receive a free game. I completed the upgrade today but couldn't find the banner for the promised free game. I feel that this is false advertising and am considering taking legal action against Sony Enterprises. I believe others may have also been affected by this misleading offer. Please respond promptly as I am willing to provide evidence to support my claim.

My account for Mia_Tay1, also known as Painless_Bine1, has been suspended due to chargebacks. I want to clarify that I made the transaction but did not receive the correct NBA 2K24 game. I recently changed my online ID on PlayStation and got signed out of my account with a request to log in to the PlayStation Network. Despite already having signed in with my email and password, I am now prompted to log into the PSN app and scan a code displayed on the screen. However, after waiting for the verification code to arrive, I have been unsuccessful, even after multiple attempts to resend it. I have tried using my TV connected to the PlayStation to send the verification with no luck. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to contact PlayStation Live Support as the live chat feature has not been accessible, leading to frustration as I am unable to regain access to my account. I hope to resolve this issue promptly.

I recently discovered that my PlayStation ID and password were altered without my authorization. I am seeking assistance in regaining access to my account. In [redacted], I acquired a PS5 and set up a new account for it, neglecting my PS4 until recently. Upon attempting to log in, I was denied access. This morning, I noticed my PlayStation Network account was signed out. When I tried to log back in, I experienced continuous sign-out errors without access to my account. The WS-[redacted]-3 error code indicated an indefinite ban. I am unsure of the reason behind this ban, and I am eager to have my account reinstated. I recently reported a message from a player, "Player Unknown," who used aggressive language and threats in our game. Despite my mild response, stating he was being weird and should improve his behavior, I found myself banned. I am requesting the immediate reinstatement of my account. If not resolved, I will escalate the matter to investigate Sony PlayStation for the lack of enjoyment and breach of contract. The standards are in place to prevent severe language use, but my case seems unjust as I simply called out inappropriate behavior without violating any rules. I have saved screenshots of the conversation to support my claim. It is evident that my message was not offensive, just pointing out the need for better manners. Please review and reconsider my account ban.

Hello, I have been trying to log in to my old account for a while now because I want to start using it again, but I am having trouble accessing the PlayStation Network as I cannot remember my email or password. I was banned because I defeated a player in a game who then reported me unjustly, claiming I insulted them. I received a one-month ban, preventing me and my little brother from playing. I believe this ban is a result of a misunderstanding and if I made an error, I apologize and assure it won't recur. I kindly request for my account to be unbanned so we can enjoy playing again.

Hello, I recently purchased the PS5. When I tried to log into my account, it appears to be permanently suspended. I haven't used this account for a while (I sold my PS4) and I believe it remained logged in there. In utter confusion, I checked my old email address where I found all the PlayStation messages and suspensions. How can I recover my account?
