We suspect a message was attempted to be sent earlier but was delayed due to a system malfunction around 5-6 p.m. local time. We are experiencing difficulties transferring funds to an account with a negative balance, as we agreed to refund an eBay Buyer. The only option provided is to issue a check. We urgently need to address this issue as we do not have sufficient time to verify the Buyer's claim. Despite the Buyer acknowledging our promise of a full refund, they unexpectedly filed a claim without basis. We attempted to communicate and resolve the matter with the Buyer, but they were unresponsive. Our efforts to reach PayPal customer service failed and time is of the essence. Despite never authorizing PayPal to charge me, the items were both low quality and delayed. When I mentioned a return costing $80, they first offered me 20% refund to keep the items, which I declined. Subsequently, they offered only $1, which was unacceptable. I reached out to you since you authorized the payment. Despite regular responses to their inquiries, they claimed I did not reply. The confusion continued when they denied offering me $1 on the same day. After multiple exchanges, they closed the case on the grounds of my alleged silence, which is untrue. I am currently unable to access my PayPal account. The email associated with my account is [redacted] I encountered an issue while changing my password and have been unsuccessful in regaining access. I need to pay an overdue charge to regain access to my account. I have been trying to resolve this since the beginning of November, when I was expecting a payment of over $[redacted]. I am not sure what the charge is for, as I never received any prior alerts about it. Without access to my account, I couldn't see that my balance was negative. It's frustrating that my account access was cut off over a small old charge of $7 or $8. I wish they could have deducted it from my Ebates payment to resolve the issue. Especially during the holidays and as I am currently living in my truck, every dollar counts.

I recently received the items I ordered, but I received four of the same size when I was expecting a variety of sizes. I am also waiting for more orders and need to verify their contents. Unfortunately, I have been struggling to get in touch with customer service - there is no live assistance, and when I call, it either rings endlessly or goes to a busy signal. I need to discuss the charges on my credit card from October to November, with no mention of the December charges. I am concerned about incorrect or unidentified charges totaling hundreds of dollars. I have been struggling with PayPal and the company regarding a product I refused and returned to China. I have not received my refund since sending the product back on September 26. Today, I received a bill from a collection agency for the item I returned. I canceled the order shortly after purchase due to the overpriced product, but the seller ignored my request. I am currently dealing with a fraud case involving my ex-bookkeeper, Stacie Reid. She has embezzled from me, including using my PayPal account. Despite submitting the required investigation statement and providing the police case details, I have not received any updates from PayPal. Stacie Reid has also committed additional crimes like burglary, but the police are waiting for all embezzlement charges to be court-ready before taking action. There seems to be confusion on which charges are fraudulent on the form provided by PayPal. I am struggling to navigate the website to compile evidence for the police. Stacie Reid's account was temporarily suspended but has been reinstated, while mine remains frozen. I have used XOOM to transfer money from my U.S. bank account for cash pick up in Guatemala without issues in the past. However, on October 12, after delaying picking up $[redacted] for about 2 1/2 weeks, I was informed that the money had already been collected. Despite reporting suspected fraud to XOOM and Chase bank, XOOM's investigation did not prove any wrongdoing and they have banned me from using their service. Although my bank initially refunded the $[redacted], they may debit my account again if fraud isn't proven. Afraid of potential repercussions in Guatemala, I seek help as the situation remains unresolved. Another $[redacted] transfer made later in error also faced complications when I attempted to collect it without success.
