The recipient has been in constant communication with PayPal requesting the funds be returned to me, the sender. Despite providing proof of the transaction, PayPal released the money to a card linked to the recipient's account. The bank in the US is investigating and holding the funds. Good afternoon, on March 14th, I made a transaction to the PayPal account email [redacted] for services provided to an Asian men's club. My PayPal business debit card keeps locking my account after just two transactions. I've already lost one vendor, and I'm about to lose another because of this card. When I tried to make a $[redacted] payment for the second time, my account got locked. All I want is to transfer my money to another account or card so I can close all my accounts and pay my vendor. I have an online store, let's call it AAA store, that uses a PayPal gateway. Now, I am looking to open another store, BBB store, under the same account if possible. I want customers to see "BBB store" on their statements. I have researched secondary accounts and child accounts, but I am struggling to find clear instructions on how to open them. I understand that having a second business account goes against PayPal policies. Both stores are run by the same company with the same manager as the account owner. I can use different store names, emails, and even a different bank account (although it is owned by the same person). If anyone could guide me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. I find it surprising that setting this up appears complex compared to other payment systems that take just a few minutes. Ultimately, I aim to have two stores where customers are billed under the appropriate store name.

I purchased a patio set online and paid with PayPal. Unfortunately, I have not received the item, and when I filed a claim through PayPal, they stated that it was delivered to my mailbox, which is not true. I have been trying to reach out to the seller multiple times with no response. I asked for assistance in contacting the company or if there have been any previous issues reported with them, but I have not received any help. I am starting to feel like PayPal is not helping me either, and it is frustrating as I spend a lot of money through their platform. I am considering discontinuing my use of PayPal as it seems they may be working with untrustworthy companies. I am extremely dissatisfied that neither the seller nor PayPal has reached out to resolve this issue.

I recently received an email from PayPal asking to confirm my identity. Due to a lack of utility bills with my address on them, I provided a screenshot from my previous internet provider ZUKU. I purchased two phone covers from ETS Ltd in February, but they were too large for my phone. On January 23, I ordered two shirts from what seemed to be an end-of-season sale on Facebook for a total of $25. Shortly after, I received an email confirming my order and delivery address, but it lacked any order details or company information. My Chase Visa was charged $25 on the same day by PayPal to CHENGDOUXIQ, a name I'm unfamiliar with. Despite over 60 days passing, I have not received any updates. On February 24th, I bought a Groupon for Villaggio restaurant for $13.60. Unfortunately, the printed voucher did not have a barcode. I only noticed this when I used it at the restaurant. I tried reaching out to Groupon without success. To make matters worse, I was double-charged $13.60 - once by Groupon and once by PayPal. After contacting my Visa card company, they refunded the Groupon charge, leaving me still out $13.60 from PayPal. I am now looking to contact PayPal to refund the charge due to the missing barcode on my Groupon. I am hoping to resolve this issue soon.

1. Can I change the currency of my account? Or will it always be in dollars?
2. I am a customer of Monobank. To test the program, I transferred $1 to another account.
The bank did not charge me a fee, even though I made the transfer from a hryvnia card to a dollar account. However, the fee in the app was almost 💯 percent of the transfer amount! How is that possible?
3. I am a citizen of Ukraine, if I understood correctly, during periods of armed conflict in my country, there should be no fees, right?
4. Does the fee amount depend on the transfer amount? If, for example, I want to transfer 10,[redacted] hryvnias, will the fee really be 5,[redacted] per transaction?
5. Is there a fixed fee for transfers? Or does it vary depending on the amount? Where can I find this information?
6. Where in the PayPal app can I see the exchange rate used for converting my country's currency?
7. Can I top up my PayPal account from a card without transferring money to third parties? I looked in the FAQ section, but couldn't find this information.
8. How does the process of withdrawing funds to a card work? Do I need a card in the same currency as PayPal? Or can it be a different currency? If so, how will the conversion be handled? How long does the withdrawal process take? Are there any limits on the account turnover per month?

I made a purchase on February 22, [redacted] from Stylishseason.com for 4 ladies' tops totaling $81.96. Unfortunately, 3 of the tops were too small when I tried them on, even though I ordered my usual size of X large. I contacted [redacted] to arrange a return. They requested a photo of the merchandise SKU, which I provided on March 30, [redacted]. On April 1, [redacted], they confirmed the SKU numbers and mentioned passing feedback to the relevant departments. I explained the fit and quality issues, expressing my desire for a refund without incurring expensive return fees. On April 2, [redacted], they stated that returns or exchanges are not supported without quality issues and offered a $5 refund as compensation. I insisted on a refund due to open seams and tears, but they have not responded since. My VISA bill shows a charge of $98.35 from "PAYPAL *LADIOPMN [redacted]." Last Friday, I sold some non-sports playing cards and was paid through PayPal. The customer payment was initially put on hold, but was released once they received the cards. I then tried to transfer the funds to my linked Visa debit card using the quick transaction feature, which comes with an $8 fee. However, the transfer is still pending, causing financial inconvenience. It's frustrating to wait for the funds, process the transfer, and still not have access to the money on either my debit card or in PayPal.
