I am disappointed with the service provided by your driver. Checking the tracking information, it stated that the driver failed to locate my address. I find it incredulous that the driver couldn't deliver to a known home address, especially considering the nature of your business. The driver should have exercised common sense by asking for directions or knocking on a neighbor's door to clarify the address instead of returning my parcels to Shrewsbury. This situation is unacceptable, as even a young child could have managed the delivery. If the driver couldn't locate my address initially, how can I trust that they will successfully redeliver my parcels? It seems that my entire neighborhood may face issues receiving packages if your drivers struggle with basic addresses. I expect a reimbursement for the delayed delivery and inconvenience caused. I reside in a simple town bungalow, not a remote rural location. It's frustrating that even Royal Mail can manage accurate deliveries. Please ensure your drivers improve their service efficiency and promptly deliver my two parcels without further excuses. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.

I arranged for Hermes to deliver a package through ParcelHero on October 15, [redacted]. The tracking numbers are HOOFFA[redacted] for ParcelHero and P[redacted] for Hermes. The parcel was dropped off in Leeds on the 15th, but the delivery did not occur despite the tracking status showing it was out for delivery. The correct delivery address is 16/18 Chudleigh Road, EXETER EX2 8TU, not the previous address in Plymouth. The parcel was returned to the depot from Plymouth as the recipient no longer lives there. I have informed ParcelHero of the correct address but the parcel has not been redelivered. I am having trouble getting assistance from ParcelHero to resolve this issue. How can I get this matter sorted out?

Hello, I am currently experiencing an issue with a shipment to the UK. I had to pay customs fees twice, and now they are requesting additional payment. I would like to stop the delivery of this package and have it returned to me. I was planning to use that money to buy Christmas gifts for my children. On the 8th of November, I missed my delivery and received a card with a new delivery date. The next day, I left a clear note on the door requesting the parcel to be left in the garden shed, with the gate and shed unlocked, but unfortunately, it wasn't delivered as requested. On the 10th, I called the depot in Sighthill and got a new delivery date for the 11th at 11:33. Despite staying in all day on the 11th, there was no delivery, so I contacted the depot again. They promised to call me back with a new delivery time but never did. Today, the app shows a new delivery date for 8:18, but as I'll be away until Monday the 15th, I won't be home to receive it. I simply want my parcel delivered as soon as possible.

I request a confirmation email from Parcel Force for the collection of my parcel at TN40XA on Monday and delivery to HR82DW. Payment of £21.12 was debited from Barclays account [redacted] for ParcelForce Express 24 Service. The system prompted me to rate the service despite not collecting my parcel. Disappointed at not receiving the confirmation email. My name is Lorraine U., and the collection address is 41 St Lawrence Ave, Bidborough, Kent, TN40XA. I requested printed labels to be provided by the driver. I may have noted the tracking number incorrectly as PFW[redacted]. Anticipated receiving the correct number in the confirmation email which is yet to arrive. Very frustrating. Lorraine.

I sent a package via USPS to the UK, delivered by Parcelforce yesterday. However, the recipient claims not to have received it. I would like to request the photo of the delivery confirmation and the signature of the receiver. Additionally, could you provide the contact information for the delivery location? Unfortunately, I am unable to call Parcelforce in the UK from outside the country. Could you reach out to them on my behalf to gather this information? I recently ordered a Tig Welder from Vevor in Germany but realized I selected the wrong model. After attempting to cancel, I was informed it was already dispatched. I was instructed to refuse the delivery from Parcel Force when it arrived and have it sent back to Germany. However, I am now being asked to pay customs duty, Import VAT, and a clearance fee, which seems unfair given the circumstances. Despite visiting the Bristol depot and being assured it would be returned, there has been no progress on the tracking site. Vevor is withholding my refund until the item is returned. Can you please expedite the return of the package to Germany using tracking number EH[redacted]95GB and Parcel ref. [redacted][redacted] and confirm once it's done?

I sent a parcel labeled Fragile with Christmas presents to my son's family in Poland from your Liverpool depot on December 13, [redacted], using the Global Priority service. The parcel was unexpectedly returned without explanation on December 18. After speaking with Michael Long at the Huyton depot, the parcel was promised to be re-dispatched promptly. Despite being fast-tracked, tracking number EE[redacted]51GB shows the parcel only made it to the Coventry hub and remains there. Due to the delay, my son bought replacement gifts in Poland. The manager, Jack Lambert, mentioned concerns about the contents or paperwork. I request the immediate forwarding of the parcel to Poland, an explanation for the delay, and compensation. Please confirm receipt of this message. Thank you.

I have two issues that I need assistance with. 1. A parcel was sent to me by the seller yesterday using the 48hr Parcelforce tracking service with tracking number FWFX[redacted]GB. Despite my efforts to track it using both online and phone facilities, the system does not recognize the tracking information. I'm concerned and wondering why I am unable to track the delivery of my parcel. 2. Upon reviewing the receipt, I noticed that the Post Office has mistakenly listed an incorrect house name for the tracking information. While the postcode is accurate, the house name is wrong (listed as Charnwood instead of Claremont House). The parcel itself has the correct details, but I am worried about the discrepancy as it contains valuable items. I would like to have the house name on the tracking corrected to ensure the delivery reaches the correct address.

Dear members of the forum, I need assistance with a package I sent from Germany to England via eBay. Suspecting fraud, I reported the incident to the police and alerted them to stop the delivery. The transaction involved an alleged HSBC bank, confirmed by HSBC as a scam. Tracking shows the package has not reached England. Urgently seeking advice and support.

My address is 47C Ferrybridge Road, Pontefract, West Yorkshire. I am expecting a package from Germany with the tracking number EH[redacted]38GB. I received a notification that the delivery was scheduled for today. However, I had to rush someone to Pinderfields Hospital in Wakefield at 12:36 due to an emergency. I promptly contacted the Depot to redirect the delivery to the nearest local Post Office on Orchard Road in Pontefract. Upon returning home at 16:01, I found no package or delivery card. A message on my phone at 15:43 stated delivery had been attempted but failed, and a card was supposedly left. I thoroughly checked my mailbox and surroundings with no luck. Visiting the local Post Office confirmed no parcels were waiting. It appears there was a significant error by the delivery person, possibly named Alicia, who failed to deliver properly. I have arranged for redelivery but am uncertain about the expenses incurred due to this situation, including phone calls and travel to resolve the matter.

Dear Customer Service, I have encountered issues with the delivery of Package ID # ZS053607 to 68 Hook Road, Surbiton KT6 5BH. This delivery was meant to be express due to our house move. Unfortunately, the delay was caused by a strike, resulting in the package being returned to the depot instead of being delivered promptly. After contacting your customer service representative, they suggested I collect the package from the depot, which is a considerable 42 miles away. I requested the package be redirected at your expense due to the initial delay caused by the strike. I am hesitant to incur an additional £5.50 fee for the redirection when the original express delivery was not fulfilled as expected. I seek clarification on this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I recently bought a CD player from Amazon through a third-party seller named Hughes Ltd. Unfortunately, the CD turned out to be faulty, so I returned it to the Amazon return depot in Dunfermline, Fife on September 6th using Parcel Force Express 48. The parcel was picked up by Parcel Force a few weeks ago. However, I am still waiting for my refund from Amazon. When I contacted Amazon customer service today, they mentioned they have not received the delivery from Parcel Force courier. I am concerned about the status of my parcel, wondering if it got lost. I recently ordered shoes from a website with delivery to Germany via Parcelforce. However, after a week, the shoes have not arrived, and upon checking the tracking, I discovered that a delivery attempt was made without leaving a card. I have reached out via email to no avail, and I am hesitant to search multiple shops to locate the package. It has been six days since the failed delivery, and I fear it may be sent back if not collected promptly. I simply want to locate the package to retrieve it.

I recently ordered a parcel from Amazon. Initially, the delivery was scheduled for Thursday or Friday, but as I had plans on Friday, I tried tracking it for a more specific date. To my surprise, the Amazon website indicated that the parcel was already delivered on Tuesday, although I hadn't received any notice. After contacting Parcelforce, I had to arrange a redelivery. Upon checking my Amazon account again on Thursday, I discovered that the parcel had been at my local post office since Tuesday morning. It appears the delivery driver didn't attempt to deliver it and just left it at the post office. This experience has been frustrating due to the lack of communication and poor service.

Hello, I was expecting my parcel to be delivered between 4 and 5pm on Friday, June 9th. However, the delivery was attempted earlier than the stated time, and no retrieval card was left. This has made it challenging for me to locate where I can collect my package. I haven't been able to reach a person to discuss the parcel's location. My email account with Microsoft was closed due to a security issue. I'm having trouble tracking a parcel from China that was last seen at a mail processing center on 12/06/23. I suspect it might be with Parcel Force. My previous email was [redacted] Can you check if any delivery information was sent to me? The tracking info shows it was delivered to my address at The Lodge Woodhall Drive IP123EG on 13/06/23, but I haven't received it. The original carrier was BLGJ with tracking number blgj[redacted]Y. Tracking Number CB[redacted] for a high-value parcel has been closely monitored all morning. The tracking initially showed the parcel was out for delivery at 8:31 AM from Becton. Even by 12:00 PM, the status was still out for delivery. However, a sudden change appeared around 12:10 PM indicating a failed delivery at 9:28 AM with a supposed card left at the door. This, however, does not align with the actual events as no Parcel Force Van was spotted, and no card was found at the door. Consequently, I am deeply concerned about the potential loss or theft of my parcel. A complaint has already been lodged, but attempts to contact customer service via phone have been unsuccessful. A response within the next 24 hours is imperative, as failure to do so may lead to involving the police in the matter.
