I scheduled a 24-hour delivery for 4 parcels collected on Monday, August 14th. Unfortunately, the parcels were not picked up, causing inconvenience to my customers. I contacted customer service to inquire about a refund for the expedited service fee. However, the representative I spoke with displayed impolite behavior, including sighing during our conversation. I apologized for any misunderstanding, but I believe there is a need for improved customer service training to ensure better interactions in the future.

I have been receiving multiple emails regarding an unpaid invoice, number #[redacted], dating back almost a year. Despite my attempts to clarify the charges through email, I have not received any responses. The invoice pertains to a previous discussion about return shipping or the disposal of a package due to a failed delivery, and I opted for the latter, with a 50% discount applied. I was willing to pay the discounted amount, but without further communication, I assumed the emails were a scam, especially since I have not shipped anything recently. I request assistance in resolving this matter, including reapplying the discount and offering payment through secure methods like PayPal or Apple Pay rather than sharing my bank details online. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
