I am greatly disappointed and frustrated by the lack of proper service I have experienced from your company. In the past two days, I have reached out to your company five times regarding the delivery of my parcels with tracking number Va[redacted]. Despite being informed that the delivery would take place on Wednesday, July 18, [redacted], the tracking notes mentioned that the address couldn't be found, yet two delivery attempts were made on the same day. On Thursday, I took the day off work anticipating the delivery and even provided directions to the driver who claimed to be close by, but to no avail. When checking the tracker, I was falsely informed about a failed delivery attempt with no card left while I was clearly at home. The communication with the depot left much to be desired as promises of callbacks were unfulfilled and the unavailability of supervisors or managers during my inquiries seemed questionable. This entire ordeal has left me distressed and inconvenienced, especially having to take another day off for a subsequent delivery, while I had clearly stated my work schedule in previous interactions. I request the necessary details for filing a formal complaint and seeking compensation, as well as intend to escalate this matter to the CEO of Parcelforce.

A delivery failed and was mistakenly taken to Parley Cross instead of the Ferndown post office or Ferndown Depot. I reside in Ferndown at 73 Tamar Close, Ferndown, Dorset, BH228XE. Due to my inability to drive, it is challenging for me to retrieve the parcel from the wrong post office. I kindly request for future deliveries to be taken to either the Ferndown post office or the Ferndown Royal Mail delivery depot to facilitate easier collection.

I am eagerly waiting for an urgent delivery with tracking number UK[redacted]. I have paid for next day delivery scheduled for Friday, October 4th. The tracking system indicated it would arrive between 11:30 and 12:30. Unfortunately, there was no delivery and no delivery card left. When I checked the tracking, it stated that the driver couldn't locate my address, even though my address appeared when I entered my postcode on the Parcelforce website. It's proving challenging to reach a human representative, which is disappointing. Perfect service is not expected, but the current situation is frustrating. I am not satisfied with this experience. I have been waiting for two deliveries from Parcelforce, but they claim they cannot locate my address despite clear directions and landmarks provided. Our small village should be easy to find. I contacted their customer service hotline, which was all automated. After providing my tracking number, I was informed that the delivery could not be made due to the inability to locate us, yet they left a green card at the door. Unfortunately, we do not have a nearby post office to collect the parcel from. Any assistance with this issue would be highly valued.

I was expecting a delivery today that did not arrive. I tracked the package and it said delivery was attempted at 2:30 p.m. However, I waited at home all day and no one came, nor was there a delivery notice left. This same issue occurred last week when my son was also at home waiting for a package from Parcel Force, yet no attempt or notice was made. It's frustrating that the packages are taken directly to the post office, forcing us to go pick them up after already paying for delivery. There has been no genuine attempt at delivery. I just want my parcel to be delivered as initially expected.

I have encountered repeated issues with my parcels not being delivered to my address but instead being taken directly to the post office without any notification provided. The tracking service indicates that delivery attempts were made, however, there has been no such attempt as we are always at home awaiting our parcels. No delivery notices or cards have been left, and upon checking my CCTV footage, it is evident that no delivery attempts were made on the specified occasions. This has now occurred three times, causing inconvenience and confusion. I kindly request your assistance in looking into this matter and resolving this ongoing problem. Tracking number: PBQM[redacted]. Email: [redacted]

I contacted you last month regarding a damaged parcel sent with next-day delivery on 9/01/20, barcode TWG[redacted]GB. The post office in Scotland mistakenly put the sender's address on the receipt instead of the delivery address in Plymouth. Despite assurances of a safe arrival by 1 pm the next day, the parcel reached the sender's address days late on 14/01/20, damaged. I anticipate your prompt response this time. Thank you.

Parcel Force claimed to have delivered a package to our address at 12 Farr Hall Drive, Heswall, Wirral CH60 4SF at 11:28 today. The delivery slip indicates that it was signed for by my wife, L. Baldwin, but it also states "left over the gate." We were home at the time of the alleged delivery, and no one came to our door. We did not sign for any package, and we have no idea where it might be. I have spoken to our neighbors, and they have no information about the parcel. I find Parcel Force's actions unprofessional, and I am seeking an explanation for this situation regarding parcel ref Twpq[redacted]gb.

Tracking Number: PBDS[redacted] I am still awaiting a next-day delivery that was due on 5/28/20. An attempt was made on the stated date, but no card was left. I submitted a form to request a redelivery yesterday. The status was updated today saying it's out for delivery. Unfortunately, a delivery attempt was made on Wednesday, 6/3/20 at 10:33, stating no one was available. I've been in the office all day, and no one tried to enter or left a card. No card has been received, and I urgently need this item. I am displeased with this service. Can you please provide me with an update and arrange for an immediate delivery? Thank you, Nicola

I am Marine Barkhudaryan, and I have been trying to locate my two lost parcels, EH[redacted]94GB and EH[redacted]68GB, for over a month now (since 28.04 and 30.04). The Parcel Force delivery driver handed my parcels to your worker manager, Mr. Mohammed, who I am unable to find along with my parcels. I have informed your customer service team about this matter, and I may escalate this to the court if necessary. Despite visiting the customer help desk at the Morrison store, I could not locate Mr. Mohammed. Please urgently resolve this issue or provide me with Mr. Mohammed's contact information. We have contacted the delivery service, and they have provided us with a document indicating that our parcels were received by your worker, Mr. Mohammed, after signing the necessary documents. If you and your team fail to locate and return my parcels, legal actions will be taken. You can contact me at [redacted]5.

I encountered issues receiving my parcels with tracking numbers EH[redacted]94GB and EH[redacted]68GB through Parcel Force. It has been over 40 days, and I have not been able to locate my parcels. The delivery driver allegedly gave them to someone named Mr. Mohammas, who I cannot find. Despite filing a claim with the sender and Parcel Force indicating the parcels were delivered, I have not received them. I was unable to locate Mr. Mohammas at the Morrisons store either. The deliver service claims Mr. Mohammas signed for the parcels, but I am still without them. After waiting more than a month and facing unresponsive customer service, I am considering legal action. It has been a frustrating experience dealing with Parcel Force Coventry's customer service, where phone calls are unanswered and emails seem ignored. The situation has left me feeling like my parcels were mishandled, and I am contemplating involving the authorities and the media to highlight the service issues.

I recently had to receive 2 parcels with tracking numbers EH[redacted]94GB and EH[redacted]68GB. It has been over 40 days, but I still have not received them. It seems like the Parcel Force delivery driver mistakenly gave my parcels to unknown individuals. Despite my efforts to contact my sender and file a claim, the Parcel Force system indicates that the parcels have been delivered, but I have not received anything. On April 28th and 30th, the delivery driver handed the parcels to a worker manager named Mr. Mohammas, whom I cannot locate along with my parcels. I have visited the Morrison store's customer help desk, but Mr. Mohammas is nowhere to be found. This issue needs to be resolved promptly or I need to be provided with Mr. Mohammas's contact information. We reached out to the delivery service, and they provided a document showing that Mr. Mohammas acknowledged receipt of our parcels by signing the documents. If the parcels are not located and delivered, we will have to escalate this matter further. The extended delay of over a month is unacceptable, and we demand to know the whereabouts of our 4 parcels. The Parcel Force Coventry customer service has been extremely poor. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, including calls to the depot and Customer Service team, the issue remains unresolved. The system states that the parcels have been delivered, but I have not received them. I suspect foul play and am considering legal action to address this situation publicly.

Contract Number: EK[redacted]46GB I utilized ParcelHero to send five boxes from the UK to my son [initials] Aspinall at Via Botteghelle 54, [redacted] Crotone (KR), Italy. GLS attempted delivery prior to the estimated date but couldn't locate the address on the 7th of August. Despite informing ParcelHero on the 12th, no effective assistance has been provided yet. One parcel was delivered correctly on 19-08-[redacted], but the other four are being sent back to the UK. GLS claims they lack tracking numbers for the four parcels and can't halt their return without official instructions from the senders. I'm requesting assistance in obtaining the GLS numbers for these parcels and directing GLS to forward them to the correct address at Via Botteghelle 54, [redacted] Crotone, Italy. Your prompt contact is greatly appreciated.

I shipped an item from Italy through the Italian post office to your trading center for delivery on 30/09/[redacted], with costs covered by J. Rawley. I possess a photo of the delivery confirming the buyer's signature received via the parcelforce website. I also have the recipient's mailing address and the codes provided by both the post office and your center. I'm kindly requesting if you could arrange for a courier to collect the item as payment has not been received. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter amicably with the buyer through various payment methods like bank transfer and PayPal, there has been no response regarding the outstanding payment. I would appreciate information on whether, by using the parcel tracking number, you could facilitate the return to be covered by the sender, the seller, Erik Bussola.

Hello, I'm reaching out regarding the Global Express Parcel PFW[redacted] that I purchased labels for on Saturday, 26th September for £32.76. I dropped the parcel off at Hampstead Post Office at 9.06. It was crucial for this personal item to reach Germany by 17.00 on Tuesday, 29th. Unfortunately, it did not make it in time before the recipient left the country. Upon delivering the parcel, I was informed that the additional export labels downloaded were unnecessary as they were only for Fedex parcels. The parcel remained at the post office until 13.04 on the 28th and was taken to the London Depot by 13.38, with preparations for export completed by 15.04. Despite your tracking showing the parcel at the London Depot, someone came to collect it from my TF66PQ address. I had a conversation with Sean on your website's Chatline on the 29th to cancel the parcel and request a refund as it was evident it would not reach its destination on time. This request was confirmed, even in subsequent chats, including one with Leonardo. On Monday, the 5th, I picked up the parcel myself in London to send via Hermes. I am disappointed with the service as there seemed to be confusion at the post office regarding the additional export documents and the unnecessary visit to my address. The entire process lasted 9 days for a 3-mile journey, which I could have walked in an hour. This falls short of the Global Express standard. I am eager for a full refund to my account ***[redacted]. Thank you, James G.

I am an Avon Representative and have often received deliveries from Parcel Force. Usually, it's John who delivers, but today it was Darren. Unfortunately, Darren mistakenly delivered my parcels to L Cottle instead of to me. I've been home all day, working from home, and I haven't seen a Parcel Force van or heard anyone knock on my door. I don't have a car, and being pregnant I'm struggling with sciatica, so it's challenging for me to get around. I kindly request for Darren to return to the house where he left my products, retrieve them, and deliver them to me as originally intended.

I've experienced repeated issues with the delivery of my package with tracking number TWNV[redacted]GB. Despite multiple excuses given for the failed delivery attempts, I've requested for it to be redirected to my home address, as delivery elsewhere has not been successful. Today, I was informed that the parcel couldn't be delivered even though I was home at the time. The tracking information claims it's back in Carlisle, which seems unlikely as there was an attempt to deliver it to Hertfordshire shortly before. I am eager to resolve this matter and request a telephone call at your earliest convenience on my mobile - 07[redacted]36.

I had trouble reaching Parcel Force via email and the automated phone service. Today, I found a card in our open porch stating a failed delivery. This only happens with Parcel Force. Despite being in lockdown and one of us being 82 and severely disabled, no attempt was made to deliver the package on Friday, February 12 at 12:30. We suspect "GuteR" means 'Gatwick' in the location description. The tracking reference is [redacted], likely for animal food we request to be left in the unlocked porch. This issue only arises with Parcel Force. We once caught a driver leaving without attempting delivery. We hope for better handling on Monday, February 15, either contact us or leave it in the porch as instructed. We are unable to retrieve the parcel. How can we prevent this in the future? Regards, M. Drake.

I (Ms C Mead) organized and paid for a package to be picked up from Sue Elwen at 15 Euclid Avenue, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG1 2BD, and delivered to myself at 277b Terrace Road, Walton on Thames, Surrey, KT12 2EF. Unfortunately, the parcel ended up in a pool of water and was returned to Sue Elwen as damaged. She has photos of the box. Sue Elwen contacted Dave at your Stoke Branch, who said he would investigate. I also spoke to Lee in Oxford, but he was unable to assist me. I attempted to email Parcelforce, but received a response instructing me to fill out a claim form, which I cannot do since I am not the sender. It has been challenging to get support from Parcelforce, causing frustration among customers. Kindly inform me if you plan to re-deliver my parcel.

I have tried contacting Parcelforce through phone calls, emails, and a written letter over a month ago, but have not received any response. My complaint is regarding a parcel I sent to France that was held up due to an issue with the recipient's phone number not being on the address label. This caused a delay and additional costs for reposting. I am seeking a refund as the Post Office did not specify the phone number as mandatory, but Parcelforce claims it is. There seems to be a lack of clarity in the labeling requirements, especially with Parcelforce outsourcing EU deliveries to FedEx with differing rules. The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing with difficulty reaching a real person for assistance, leaving me frustrated and disappointed with the company's communication.
