I purchased two items from PacSun, but unfortunately received a wrong order consisting of four items with different sizes. The items I was supposed to receive are: Item #[redacted] - Utility Cargo Pants in Bone, size medium, and Item #[redacted] - KK L/S Corset Woven Top in White, size medium. I placed an order for 2 pairs of jeans and one shirt yesterday. However, when I received the order confirmation via email, it showed that I had ordered one pair of jeans and two identical shirts, which is incorrect. I contacted customer service and spoke to a representative who had difficulty communicating in English. Despite explaining that I had just made the order and needed it corrected, he insisted it was my mistake for not checking properly. I informed him that I had attempted to verify but the process was too quick. He mentioned the order would be canceled the next day, but I insisted on it being fixed instead. When I requested to speak to a manager, he declined and said it could only be done the following day. This is a Christmas gift for my granddaughter, and I'm hoping for a resolution soon. I placed an order for clothing worth over $[redacted] USD in late November, and it was supposed to be delivered by December 5th. The FedEx tracking shows that my packages have been sitting at a facility in Austell, GA for about 2 weeks now. I really wish to receive my order by Christmas because it's for my husband, who has recently retired from the Army. He needs civilian clothes, and I wanted to surprise him with these items. I regularly shop at PacSun and have never encountered any issues before with orders or purchases in-store. I hope someone can assist me in getting my order promptly!

I have not yet received my order number [redacted]11, which includes two pairs of women's pants. I placed the order on 11/29/21 and according to UPS, the package was in their possession on 12/3/21. However, on 12/7/21, it was transferred to the US Postal Service in Louisville, KY, where it is still pending acceptance. The Postal Service claims they received an electronic message from UPS advising them that the package was coming, but it seems the package never arrived at the post office as expected. I am uncertain about the status of my package and whether it is lost or delayed. Could someone from PAC Sun provide an update on the situation and advise on the next steps to take?

I recently checked out some PAC Sun reviews and was disappointed to find complaints about their customer service and shipping. After placing an order, customer service claimed my package was shipped, but according to FedEx, they haven't actually received it yet. I placed orders with Footlocker and Amazon on the same day, and they have already arrived. I only went with PacSun because they had the size I needed. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, I was told one was not available. It's concerning that my package, ordered on December 20, has not shown any progress with FedEx. Despite contacting three times, FedEx still has no record of the package. I urgently need the package by January 7. I hope the company can look into this issue promptly and provide me with accurate information.

I need to inquire about my order number [redacted]. I am reaching out because I am upset. I returned my items and generated a return shipping label to halt any future charges from my account. When I called on Tuesday, I spoke with a gentleman who assured me that no further charges would occur while waiting for the items to be processed. Despite this, I received an email and alert from my bank about a payment deduction. He instructed me to contact the company immediately if any charges appeared. I am now notifying you that a payment was deducted from my account. I enrolled in the pay in 4 plan, and he ensured that I would be promptly reimbursed if any unexpected deductions happened. I am frustrated because I have already returned the purchased items. Please refund the full amount to me as soon as possible.

I returned two items to PacSun on March 18th, and it's March 29th with no update. Fedex says my package was handed to USPS, who then gave it to a mysterious "Returns agent." No one can explain who this is, leaving my refund lost in the process. Customer service has been unhelpful, with no one taking responsibility or providing a solution. This experience has been frustrating, and I am disappointed with the lack of support. I hope to get my refund soon, but this situation has left me reluctant to shop at PacSun in the future.

I purchased two hoodies from PacSun as Christmas gifts for my kids but unfortunately, they were not delivered. Despite receiving an email stating the package had been delivered, I checked and it was nowhere to be found. Upon contacting PacSun's customer service, a representative advised me to wait a few days and then reach out again if the package did not arrive. After several days with no delivery, I contacted customer service once more. This time, another representative informed me that once the package leaves their possession, they are no longer responsible. They suggested I file a police report and provided instructions on how to proceed. As a working parent with limited time, I found this process frustrating and unhelpful. I received no apologies or compensation for my inconvenience, which left me extremely dissatisfied with their handling of the situation.

On December 23rd, around 3:30 to 4:00 p.m., I visited your store. While my daughter was in a fitting room, a male employee and three to four female employees were present. The male employee went to the fitting room my daughter was in and looked under the door without knocking, where she was not fully dressed. When I raised this concern, the manager and employees present seemed dismissive and laughed it off. When I spoke to the manager, he excused the male employee's actions based on his height, which I found unacceptable. Not only was my daughter's privacy violated, but the nonchalant attitude of the staff was concerning. I have a recording of the manager's response to the incident, which I find troubling.

I made a purchase at store [redacted] with transaction [redacted] on 5/25/[redacted]. I bought item [redacted]04 for $44.99 and item [redacted]31 for $39.99. I returned both items to the same store on 6/3/[redacted] with the original receipt and tags attached. I received a refund of $37.92 for the first item and $21.48 for the second item, but I was expecting a full refund based on the original payment as per the return policy. The salesperson stated that I couldn't get full price because the items were on clearance, even though I was unaware they were on clearance when I made the purchase. I am seeking a resolution to receive the full refund of $22.93 that was deducted. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I placed an order a week ago with express shipping for several items. I got one package but it was missing a shirt and the color was wrong. The other packages have not arrived yet. I leave for summer in 2 days and now I don't have the shirts I ordered.

I had a disappointing experience at South Hills Mall with the manager. Despite bringing receipts and requesting help with a return, I was met with resistance. The manager refused to give me her name or contact the district manager for assistance. I purchased the items only two days prior and wanted a refund, but she insisted on store credit only. Her disrespectful and arrogant behavior left me feeling outraged. As a former designer with Kenneth Cole in New York, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and empathy. It's disheartening to see a company operate in such a manner.
