I recently placed an order for joggers and a top for my granddaughter from PacSun, but I mistakenly entered the wrong digit in the address. Although I promptly sent a correction, I received an email acknowledging the correction, but unfortunately, the address was not updated. My order number is [redacted]6 from December 11. Initially, the delivery was scheduled for the 19th, then the 26th, but it ended up being delivered to the wrong address on December 24. I acknowledge my mistake, but as a senior citizen, it was an oversight. This situation has left my granddaughter without her gift. I am disappointed in the service I received and do not plan to shop with PacSun in the future. Mistakes happen, and correcting one digit in the address before shipping should be a simple process.

I have not received the 2 E-Gift Cards I purchased for my daughter's birthday. I have checked all email folders (Inbox, Spam/Junk, Deleted). I sent a second E-Gift Card when the first one did not go through. However, the second one did not go through either. I would like this resolved by either receiving the E-Cards or receiving a refund. I prefer to receive the E-Cards, and please send them to the email linked to this request. Thank you in advance for your assistance during this hectic time.

I made a purchase from PacSun Online three weeks ago for two pairs of jeans. While I was charged for both pairs, I have only received one so far. Despite expecting a delay due to COVID-19, the second pair has not arrived. I recently received an email to rate the missing pair, indicating it has not been delivered. I did not receive tracking information for either shipment, so I can only track the first pair. My concern is not receiving the second pair but still being charged for it. I placed an order for a Pacsun face mask on May 22, [redacted]. The initial email confirmation mentioned a delivery within 7 business days, but it took 12 days to arrive, which I understand could be due to the current Covid-19 situation. Unfortunately, upon its arrival, I received the wrong mask, being the "Logo Face Mask" instead of the "Tonal Face Mask" I originally ordered. While I understand the policy mentioned on the website about masks not being returnable or exchangeable, I still would appreciate having the correct mask I purchased. Given the price I paid for it, I am not willing to keep the incorrect item. I kindly request either a full refund or the shipment of the correct mask. Thank you for your assistance.

I made a purchase from Pacsun on March 16th, [redacted]. While most of my order arrived, one item, a tank top, was missing. I was not informed about its cancellation, nor was my card refunded for it. When attempting to return other ill-fitting items to the store, I was unable to get a refund to my card due to the missing tank top. The in-store experience was also disappointing as many customers were not wearing masks, violating health and safety guidelines. I believe Pacsun should enforce a mask-wearing policy for the safety of all customers. I have encountered issues with Pacsun in the past and would like a full refund for the missing tank top and a partial refund for the other items I tried to return.

I recently received a refund of $23 from my original payment. I mistakenly ordered a pair of white vans in the wrong size, not realizing that a size six was for men instead of women. I recently made a purchase from PacSun consisting of three items. One of the items was a Vans XS National Geographic shirt, but I actually intended to order a small size instead. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact their customer service helpline due to its closure during the pandemic. I made the order on Saturday and learned that chat support is only available during the week, but I cannot locate the chat icon on the website. Dealing with this situation is quite frustrating considering PacSun's prices, as I have spent nearly $[redacted]. Returning the item for a size exchange would be costly and inconvenient. I placed an order this evening and one of the shirts I added disappeared during checkout. The first time it happened, I went back and added it again. However, at checkout, it disappeared again. Additionally, I had applied for a 15% discount using the code MBL15-D925VCQQXX, but I was not credited the 15% even though it was clearly applied before I completed the transaction. I had a terrible experience with a rude employee named Sara at the Manchester NH mall. She was unhelpful and uncooperative, forcing me to involve a police officer to obtain the information I needed. Despite initially providing her name, she became defensive when asked again and refused to cooperate when the officer intervened. She claimed to be a manager but behaved unprofessionally, even breaking down in tears. This incident was distressing, especially as I frequently shop with my daughter at this location. Recently, I had an unfortunate experience at your store while attempting to return a gift for my son. When asked for my information at the cashier, the manager's response was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of explaining the store policy kindly, the manager was confrontational and made me feel unwelcome. Despite feeling insulted during the transaction, I tried to maintain composure, but the situation escalated when I expressed my frustration on the signature pad.
The manager's behavior was unacceptable, and I left the store feeling disrespected and upset. I believe that customers should be treated with respect and courtesy, even in challenging situations. This incident has left a negative impression on me, and I am hesitant to continue supporting your store in New York City or online. I hope that this feedback is taken constructively to improve customer interactions in the future.

I ordered a package on 11-30-[redacted], and FedEx SmartPost keeps rerouting it to Ellenwood, GA. I'm struggling to locate it. Pacsun's emails just provide the tracking number, which I can check myself. The package keeps getting delayed, ending up back in Ellenwood, GA. Pacsun doesn't answer their phones, and FedEx suggested I ask Pacsun for help. Unfortunately, they only offer basic tracking information. It seems like my package is stuck in transit, going back and forth from GA. It's frustrating that no one can offer more than just checking the tracking number I already have. This situation is not helpful at all.

I have a concern about your men's clothing options. My teenage son is interested in shopping at your store, but I find it offensive that the top choices on your website feature Playboy bunny graphics and images of scantily clad women. I believe that promoting such imagery can contribute to the issue of human trafficking and the objectification of women. I urge you to reconsider showcasing these items as the main offerings on your website, especially for young boys. It is important to show respect for both men and women and not contribute to a culture that perpetuates exploitation and objectification. The Playboy symbol is associated with exploitation and does not align with promoting positive values for our youth. Let's work together to create a more respectful and responsible environment for our teens by being mindful of the messages we send through the clothing we offer.

At Pacsun in Strongsville on March 21, [redacted], I noticed the fitting rooms were closed, which also happened a few weeks prior. Interestingly, at the Summit Mall in between weekends, the fitting rooms were open. I find it perplexing that fitting rooms can be open at times but not always. It seems inconsistent regarding Covid protocols. The inconvenience of not being able to try on clothing before purchasing leads me to avoid buying items from stores with closed fitting rooms. Some high-end stores have their fitting rooms open, indicating it could be feasible for all clothing stores to do the same. It is frustrating to encounter store staff who cannot provide a clear explanation for the closure. I hope for a consistent policy where fitting rooms are open every time a store operates to facilitate a better shopping experience for customers like myself and my granddaughter, who value trying on items before buying.
