I recently received a concerning message from Our Time stating that a member I have been communicating with is suspected of being fraudulent. As I am deeply invested in this individual, I am eager to gather more details for my own safety. Unfortunately, all attempts to reach out to Our Time have been unsuccessful. Despite exhausting all options, I have been unable to find a contact number to directly speak with a representative. This lack of available assistance is frustrating given the urgency of my situation. I urgently require the intervention of OurTime security to promptly contact me. Thank you, Pam

I have been struggling to access my OurTime account for the past three days due to a persistent "ConnectMe" screen that requires an extra fee. Despite reaching out through various means and paying the suggested $1.00 fee twice for assistance, I have only encountered automated responses and no real solutions. The situation escalated when I was continuously prompted to purchase additional services to enhance my chances of meeting someone, further hindering my ability to sign in and utilize the services I have already paid for. Despite receiving emails directing me to FAQs for assistance, the issue remains unresolved, leaving me frustrated with the perceived pressure to spend more money to interact on the platform. I believe this constant solicitation for additional payments to be unfair and bordering on extortion.

Hello, I noticed that I was charged twice for my membership, once for $60 and another time for $80 shortly after. I wasn't aware the first transaction had already gone through. I am requesting a refund for the $80 charge since the $60 payment was successful. I have decided not to renew my membership as I am not satisfied with encountering the same individuals and the age gap. I would prefer to resolve this matter over the phone with a representative instead of online.

I feel deceived by my premium pass. The information provided is unclear, and I ended up getting it by mistake. There are also people I don't want to talk to constantly creating new profiles. I end up having to block them. Can you refund the extra 9 euros charged to me? Please remove the annoying crown symbol that promotes unwanted attention along with this scam of 9 euros. It's evident you are providing misleading information, taking advantage of customers who don't exercise their right to withdrawal.
