I have been attempting to settle the difference and confirm my flight but have been unable to find any assistance on your website. I am dissatisfied with the service provided. We arrived at the airport with six passengers for our flights only to discover they were canceled. We had booked through Opodo for a trip with Lufthansa from BHx to Frankfurt and then on to Larnaca. Upon contacting Opodo at the airport, we learned that Lufthansa had canceled the second leg, resulting in the entire journey being canceled. Opodo did not inform us, and we even received check-in reminders from Lufthansa. Due to it being Easter Saturday, there were no immediate alternative flights, leaving us with a Wednesday option with a 24-hour layover in Frankfurt, which was impractical with two children aged 2 and 9. Despite canceling the return flights ourselves, we have only received most of our refund back, missing £67.96. We believe we should be fully refunded given the circumstances, as we incurred additional expenses like unused car hire and a non-refundable villa reservation in Cyprus for the days we missed.

Hello, I purchased flexible tickets through your website to be able to adjust our travel dates. Since yesterday, Sunday, April 23rd, I have been trying to modify these dates because I am waiting for an official document to return to Bordeaux. However, your website keeps showing me an error message saying, "unable to modify online," and I have been unable to reach you by phone. I would like to understand the reason for this issue as I should be able to modify my tickets up to 24 hours before departure. The departure is scheduled for Tuesday, April 25th, at 6:50 pm. I made a flight reservation for a 30-day trial but never received the booking confirmation. Subsequently, I discovered an error in my email address after multiple attempts to contact them. Despite correcting the email, I was still charged incorrectly for a non-existent email due to an issue with Opodo Prime cancellation within the trial period. Customer service mentioned merging the accounts with promises to rectify the situation, allowing me to use Prime with my correct email. However, I am now unable to access my account as the login credentials are not recognized, and the password reset function seems to be linked to an incorrect social media account. I'm seeking assistance to resolve this matter.

After contacting Aegean Airlines with the provided references, I was informed that while some aspects are confirmed, certain parts are unpaid, and the reason remains unclear. Hello, I'm Harpinder Singh. I had an Opodo subscription last year, for which I paid £59.99. I canceled my subscription through the Opodo app. However, Opodo has been trying to withdraw money from my account for the past week, despite my cancellation. Additionally, Edreams Prime attempted to debit funds on behalf of Opodo. Surprisingly, Opodo also charged £59.99 from my wife's account. I am quite dissatisfied with this situation. Hello, I wanted to inform you that we recently made flight reservations through Opodo for three separate flights. The funds for each flight were charged to my account individually. To date, we have only received the tickets for one of the flights via email. Despite our attempts to cancel the flights and request a refund through Opodo, we have not received any assistance. We suspect this may be due to not having created an account when making the bookings. We are seeking guidance on how to proceed with canceling the flights and obtaining a refund since we have spent a considerable amount of money without obtaining tickets for all the flights. After receiving an email advising me to rebook, I attempted to do so as my initial booking failed. Unfortunately, your system failed me twice. Sadly, due to severe flooding causing casualties and unsafe conditions, our vacation plans are now disrupted. The anticipated enjoyable activities like swimming are hindered by sewage contamination in the sea, clearly depicted by the abundant garbage in the photos. Hello, I have frequently used your company to purchase plane tickets. Recently, I bought a ticket to Turkey, but due to a visa issue, I was unable to travel. I notified your company 10 days prior to the journey, but unfortunately, no assistance was provided as I did not purchase ticket insurance, resulting in the loss of the ticket cost. I purchased a plane ticket that departs in 2 hours, but I haven't received confirmation for the flight. This is the second time I bought the same ticket because eDreams did not notify me that my reservation was canceled. They advised me to buy from OPODO. I am looking for a company's email address and found you through google. I came across an issue with a payment made to Opodo. Hello, I am concerned about a unauthorized withdrawal of €64.99 from my bank account by your company at 02:40 without any prior notification. I purchased a ticket from Frankfurt to Belgrade on May 6th and now I am confused about the additional charge. I have contacted my bank and they advised me to take legal action if the matter is not resolved promptly. I demand the immediate return of my €64.99 as this was done without my consent. We were unable to commence our trip from Porto to Bangkok (and back) due to internal airline issues. Despite multiple attempts to contact OPODO by phone and email for assistance, we received no response. The hotline advised us to contact the airlines directly, which we did. Recently, GOINDIGO airline informed us via email that we would receive a partial refund. After requesting a refund for the entire flight, they informed us over the phone that the refund had been transferred to OPODO. I have emailed OPODO requesting the funds be transferred to my bank account but have not received any reply or refund yet. What steps should I take next? Regards, Ires.

Hello, I have a flight booked from the 16th of September to the 23rd. The flight departs at 21:10 and arrives in Alicante at 00:55. Unfortunately, I entered an incorrect email address, [redacted], during the payment process. The correct email address I use now is samsanders1998hotmail.com. As a result, I did not receive my booking confirmation. I have tried contacting Opodo through their website, but they require a confirmation number that I did not receive due to the wrong email address. I have verified that the payment went through from my bank account. Thank you.
