I made a booking with Opodo Prime, and I need to change the flight date and time. After contacting Opodo Prime's customer service over the phone, they informed me that changes cannot be made instantly. They have initiated a case and mentioned that I will receive a callback within 72 hours. Unfortunately, Opodo's website lacks user-friendliness when attempting to modify a booking as it doesn't provide options to filter by airport or time slot. I'm hoping for a prompt call from Opodo to discuss the available options with me.

I recently added an extra traveler to my booking. The new traveler is Tracy John, heading to Zagreb on Monday, March 13th. The booking reference number is [redacted]2. Unfortunately, all communication regarding the booking is being sent to my email instead of Tracy's, making it hard for her to check-in without the important details. I arrived at the airport on Sunday only to find out my flight was cancelled without any prior notification. I have a booked flight from Venice to Lisbon departing on the 11th of April and returning on the 15th of April [redacted]. I specifically selected and reserved the 11:40 direct TAP flight to Lisbon and the return flight at 14:15 direct to Venice. However, I received a confirmation for a flight at 19:05 direct to Lisbon, which is not suitable for me. Please rectify this error promptly or cancel my reservation without any charges. I am extremely disappointed with this level of service.

I need to cancel my Prime membership because of health issues preventing me from traveling. Unfortunately, I can't remember my password, and every time I try to reset it online, I receive an error stating the site is unreachable. My Prime subscription is set to renew in 6 days, and I want to ensure my bank isn't charged for another year. Please confirm that you will take care of this and send an email for verification. I made a booking for 4 people from Glasgow to Bloemfontein. Upon booking, I received a message stating the payment failed, but surprisingly 2 payments went through totaling £[redacted]+. I did not receive any email confirmation from Opodo, the airline was Emirates. I used the email [redacted] for the booking, but there has been no correspondence. The names on the booking are Karabo Joseph Letsie, Masenate Rose Letsie, Senate Rachel Letsie, and Mpoi Grace Letsie. Karabo Joseph Letsie made the payment. In February [redacted], I purchased a ticket from EasyJet for a trip from Liverpool to Amsterdam through Opodo in Barcelona, Spain. The initial payment of [redacted].96 € was made on February 6, [redacted], using my Visa credit card. On March 6, [redacted], a charge of 74.34 € was debited from my account. Now, on March 6, [redacted], another transaction of 59.99 GBP was processed through Opodo. Visa has informed me that this transaction is related to a subscription, but I am unsure of what exactly the subscription is for. I suspect this might be a fraudulent charge. I kindly request assistance in confirming the nature of this subscription and would appreciate information on how to contact Opodo in Barcelona regarding this matter. I made a return flight booking from Inverness to Luton International Airport for March 29 and returning on March 31. However, when using the app, my name displayed as "NULL" in the verification email. Even after receiving confirmation that my account was set up, I cannot access my booking worth £[redacted].96. Unfortunately, the telephone helpline refuses to assist without a confirmation number. This situation is urgent as three of us are traveling for a funeral on March 30. Hello, I need assistance regarding two issued tickets that were later cancelled. The tickets were mistakenly issued in my wife's name, causing confusion. In addition, a deduction was made from my bank account for these cancelled tickets. A prompt refund is crucial as my family cannot afford to purchase new tickets and there is limited time to wait for the refund to be processed. I purchased two tickets for flights from Zagreb to London via Munich and London to Zagreb via Frankfurt on April 16, [redacted], and April 21, [redacted], respectively. The flight from Zagreb to Munich got canceled by Croatia Airlines, but OPODO did not notify us. I am trying to file a Flight Cancellation Claim, but the OPODO system states that the booking does not exist. OPODO provided me with the booking reference, and I do not have any other booking number. Could you please provide me with a functioning phone number for OPODO? Also, I need an active email address without "no-reply" emails and the address where I can send the Flight Cancellation Claim.

On March 23rd, I booked round-trip flights to Malaga for August 10th to August 13th. The departure on August 10th is at 8 a.m. with U26471, and the return on August 13th is at 13:05 with U26472. I paid £[redacted].91 using my credit card. After booking, I was prompted to create an account, which I did. However, I didn't receive a confirmation email, and my account does not show the booking. When I tried to confirm online, I was asked for a booking reference that I don't have. Even after providing my details in an online help form, including my email and name, the company couldn't find the booking. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they keep requesting the booking reference and then cancel the request. My name is Dennis Charles Loffler.

I recently made a booking for a flight from Bristol to Dallas on 10.4.23. The payment was deducted from my bank account on 27.2.23. Despite checking my email inbox, including Junk and Spam folders, I have not received a confirmation email with a booking reference. I am unable to reach customer service via chat or phone without the booking reference, making it impossible to address the issue of accessing my flight details and tickets. Dear all, I need to cancel my taxi reservation from Naples Airport to Hotel del Sole in Pompeii for May 4th at approximately 3:15 PM. The fare of 78.15 euros has already been paid. I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to reach Opodo after being directed there by Sun Transfers. The confirmation number for my reservation is SUNTR_NC9607. In order to receive the refund, I will require assistance changing the payment method from the original card to a new one. I mistakenly provided the wrong email address for my booking. I need to correct this error so I can receive a confirmation number. I've tried reaching out to customer service but every time I call, they ask for a confirmation number I don't have. I've spoken to the hotel and my car rental is confirmed, but I'm still waiting to hear about my flights.

Despite being informed that I can cancel at any time by logging into my account, I cannot locate the cancellation option upon logging in. Good morning, I need to find a solution to what happened to me with your Opodo page regarding reservation number [redacted]5. I tried to purchase flight tickets and at the payment stage, it kept saying my card was not accepting the payment, prompting me to try another card. In the end, I decided to delete my account details and close the page. To my surprise, I received the invoice by email shortly after. Upon investigating, I found out that the tickets had been issued. I canceled them and requested a refund, but only half of the amount has been returned. I truly need a solution because it was an issue with the website, not a change of mind on my part. I would be very grateful if you could refund the full amount. I tried to contact your robot, but it just frustrates me by asking the same questions repeatedly without any progress. On the 5th of April [redacted], I noticed a charge of £59.99 on my Barclays credit card statement from Opodo for a Prime subscription. Despite requesting cancellation of the subscription following the first charge, I have discovered that my account is pending the same amount to be debited again this year. It seems my initial cancellation request was not processed. I have contacted Barclays to dispute this charge and have also emailed Opodo but have received no response. I am seeking your assistance in ensuring the cancellation of this subscription and stopping any further payments to Opodo. Unfortunately, I no longer have any flight reference or ticket details as I have disposed of the related documentation. I'm facing an issue with my Opodo app showing my flight LH [redacted] from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) to Frankfurt International Airport (FRA) as cancelled for Sunday, April 16th, departing Vancouver at 4:25 pm and arriving in Frankfurt at 10:55 am on Monday, April 17th (CEST). Meanwhile, the Lufthansa website states no cancellation for the same flight number LH [redacted]. Additionally, my friend, also booked on this flight, did not receive any cancellation notification through the Lufthansa app. I'm seeking clarification on this conflicting information and would appreciate guidance on whether the flight is indeed cancelled.
