I'm seeking assistance with getting information regarding a refund for tickets purchased on Opodo.pl in [redacted] that were not used due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Despite changes to my flights, the tickets remain unused due to the pandemic, marked as "open ticket." In September [redacted], I requested a refund for the tickets. After numerous attempts to contact them, in January [redacted], Opodo informed me that they had submitted a refund request to the airline on my behalf. Since then, I have had no further communication from Opodo. The airline claims they have no knowledge of this and advise me to contact the intermediary, Opodo. Contacting the bot is futile as I keep receiving outdated information from January 4, [redacted], about the processing of my request, which may take around 3 months. It's now January 11, [redacted], and there has been no progress, with the bot providing the same information. I am determined to pursue this matter as it involves a considerable amount of money. If a refund is not possible, I would like to use the tickets, but I am facing challenges with conflicting information from the airline regarding the status of my booking.

I am uncertain of my new departure date, so I must cancel for now. Despite reaching out to the agency, they advised contacting the airline directly for changes or cancellations since it is a low-cost carrier. Dear Sir, Following a flight comparison from Paris Ory to Saint Denis Run, our bank account was debited with the amount of €[redacted].50. This corresponds to a search conducted on Corsair Airlines. We received the following booking number: [redacted]7. Airline company T604LA. We did not authorize this payment as we chose a different flight with another airline (Air Caraïbes Booking Reference: [redacted]0. TX6701) for the same trip. We received an email from Opodo informing us that we had a duplicate booking which we did not validate. We contacted Opodo by phone on January 12th, and the advisor confirmed that we would not be charged €[redacted].50 as the booking was cancelled. I booked 4 return tickets to Oman through Opodo in [redacted]. Due to the Corona issue, my flight with Gulf Air was canceled, and Gulf Airlines refunded the ticket prices in November [redacted]. However, Opodo, my travel agent, has not yet deposited the refund into my bank account. When I contact Opodo, I only reach automated responses asking for my booking reference number, claiming the refund was processed successfully and would be in my account in 3-7 days. It has been over 2 years, and the money has not been refunded. I am still waiting for my money. My booking reference is [redacted].

Missing Baggage Information Causing Issues with Transit Time and Visa (Reservation Number: [redacted]4) I booked a flight through your website only to find out later that there was no warning regarding separate tickets or that baggage would not be checked through to the destination. Upon contacting the airline yesterday for baggage information, I was informed that I would have to re-check my baggage in London. This poses a significant problem as: 1. Passing through border control requires a visa. 2. Our transit time back to Warsaw is only 1 hour, so we will likely miss our connecting flight. Had I been aware of this baggage policy, I would not have purchased this ticket in the first place. I am incredibly disappointed and urge you to reach out to me promptly with a solution.

I noticed a charge of £59.99 from Opodo Prime on my bank statement this week. Back in early January, I booked flights with Opodo and now realize that I might have inadvertently signed up for a membership or subscription without my knowledge. I was never informed or asked about this during the booking process, and I am disappointed by this deceptive practice. I would like to get a refund for this money, but I'm worried about the inconvenience and repercussions of disputing it with my bank. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble contacting Opodo as none of the provided phone numbers seem to work. I find this lack of transparency troubling, and I feel deceived. I am determined to pursue this matter until I get my money back. Despite being a loyal customer in the past, I will reconsider using Opodo in the future and will caution my friends and family about their practices.

I tried booking a flight to the US, but at the payment stage, I cancelled because there was no information about the cost of checking in luggage. The website only mentioned that luggage check-in could be done after booking or at the airport without indicating the fees. For example, if I am flying with American Airlines, I need to know how much extra it will be for check-in luggage. Not having this information upfront is frustrating. I don't want to be surprised with unexpected fees later on.

I bought a return ticket from Newcastle to Doha through Opodo, with flights operated by British Airways. Unfortunately, I contracted Covid five days before my departure. I used my one free change, rendering the ticket non-refundable. I took the outbound flight smoothly. However, upon arriving for my return flight on August 19, [redacted], I was informed my ticket was canceled without prior notice from Opodo or British Airways. Needing to return for my wedding in the UK, I had to purchase another single ticket at the airport costing around £[redacted]. Seeking a refund from Opodo on August 21, [redacted], I was directed to British Airways, then back to Opodo. Despite being given conflicting information, I am seeking a resolution as I am now £[redacted] out of pocket due to the cancellation and lack of notification. I believe I am entitled to a refund for the second leg of my journey and the additional expenses incurred. If no positive response is received soon, I will consider legal action.

I bought a ticket on your site for a flight from Jorge Newbery airport in Buenos Aires to Punta Del Este airport for February 19. The ticket was bought with my Visa ending in [redacted] under the name Roy A Yackulic. The ticket was under Armando Insurrauble on Aerolineas Argentinas Flight No. [redacted]. Unfortunately, Armando missed the flight. The airline said only the purchaser can make changes. Both the airline and Expedia are pointing fingers at each other for help. I do not have the ticket or confirmation emails due to incorrect info provided by Armando. Can I rebook the flight for Armando, get a credit, or a refund? I paid $[redacted].40.

Armando missed the flight due to an incorrect email address on the booking. The airline said only the purchaser could make changes, redirecting me to Odopo as a third-party seller. I need help rebooking Armando on the same or another flight, a credit in my name, or a refund, as I paid $[redacted].40 for the ticket.

Hello, I recently used Skyscanner to find airfares and opted for a deal through OPODO. After making a payment of 13000PLN, I noticed my bank transaction only reflected 8300PLN paid to "OPODO BARCELONA." Strangely, I have not received a confirmation email from OPODO following the transaction. When contacting OPODO's customer service, they requested a booking confirmation number which I never received. My name is J.B. LEE, and I made reservations for a total of 6 individuals (4 adults and 2 children) on the following route: Wroclaw, Poland (02/05/[redacted]) to Barcelona, Spain (04/05/[redacted]) to Budapest, Hungary (05/05/[redacted]) back to Wroclaw. Hello, I booked a flight and hotel stay with you under reservation number [redacted]7, and at no point during the booking process did you mention that passports needed to be valid for 6 months after the return date! We paid for the booking and when trying to check-in the day before departure, two valid but expired passports (05/[redacted] and 06/[redacted]) were rejected! Our trip had to be canceled! We intended to travel with our child diagnosed with an illness to lift their spirits during the school holiday week! We not only lost the entire reservation cost we had saved up for, but we face the huge disappointment of our child not being able to travel! Had you made this passport validity rule clear during the booking, we would have never made the payment! That would have been logical! It is completely dishonest of you to deceive people like this! On some websites, passengers are asked for passport numbers before finalizing the booking; if you had done the same, we would have been alerted to the passport issue! But in your case, you do not request such information and let travelers proceed to payment! I have sought legal advice, and a law firm is currently looking into my case with great interest! I have recently booked a flight from Porto, Portugal to Bangkok and back through OPODO, opting for PRIME assistance. The flight is operated by INDIGO AIRLINES in partnership with Turkish Airlines. Unfortunately, we were unable to check-in online and upon contacting support, were advised to check-in at the airport. However, we were denied boarding due to a lack of access to the INDIGO system and were also informed of the need for an India visa despite our short layover in Delhi. Despite extensive communication with OPODO, INDIGO, and Turkish Airlines, we faced challenges and were unable to receive a refund or cancel the flight. Feeling frustrated and at a loss, we are unsure of the responsible party and are considering legal assistance to resolve the issue. We hope for a resolution soon. I booked 2 tickets from London to Rhodes a month ago, but the booking was under my name instead of my sister's. I contacted Opodo and the airlines multiple times, with no solution. Opodo offered me a £20 discount for a new ticket for my sister, but I never received it after several follow-ups. I ended up buying the third ticket without the discount. Opodo forgot about the discount offer, then unfairly activated my prime membership without consent, charging me £69.99. I want to cancel the prime membership and get a refund promptly. The Opodo app also had issues with the check-in process. I am very dissatisfied and would like a refund for the inconveniences, including the extra ticket cost and unauthorized prime membership charge. Can someone help me with the refund issue? I attempted to book a flight with Airserbia for my partner and me. As my debit card was not accepted, I tried booking through opodo. Despite multiple attempts on their website while accessing my online banking, the system consistently indicated that the transaction failed. My bank account shows two charges of [redacted] EUR each from Adyen B.V., the payment service, yet I never received a booking number. I have been looking to cancel the order on opodo or edreams, but the chatbot prompts require a booking number that I do not possess. I am seeking a complete refund.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my booked flight [redacted]7 from Hamburg to Bali. My initial flight from Hamburg to Amsterdam with KLM has a tight one-hour layover in Amsterdam. I am concerned because I have heard that flights are often delayed in the evening. Therefore, I would like to change just the first part of my itinerary to fly from Hamburg to Amsterdam one flight earlier, possibly at 3 p.m. When attempting to make this change through the app, I was shown a charge of [redacted] EUR, whereas a direct flight from Hamburg to Amsterdam costs only [redacted] EUR.
