On October 19, I purchased Malaga to Budapest tickets through Opodo.com for the flight Wizz Air W6 [redacted] on March 28, [redacted]. The departure time was supposed to be 7:55 p.m., arriving at 11:15 p.m. However, Wizz Air rescheduled the flight to the following day, causing inconvenience. To resolve this, I bought tickets from another airline for the same date. I contacted Wizz Air, who kindly refunded the total costs of [redacted].97 EUR + 59.99 EUR, originally paid using my Opodo Mastercard ending in [redacted]. I am wondering if Opodo will automatically refund me once they receive the refund from Wizz Air. Despite this issue, I found Opodo's website difficult to navigate. Any assistance is appreciated.

I need to change the date of my flight to at least 2 months later because one of the reasons I came to Argentina was to help a family member who will be undergoing surgery. Unfortunately, in matters of health, this country is in constant organization, so they moved the operation date to April with no way to change it. This is causing me a lot of trouble as I need to be here to assist, and for that, I would need to make a change to the reservation date. I appreciate any help that can be provided. On 28/10/[redacted], I submitted a request to Opodo to change my flight from the 4th to the 10th of November due to a change in my circumstances. After checking, I saw available flights for that date. However, on 29/10/[redacted], Opodo emailed me saying there were no flights for the 10th of November and therefore did not make the change I requested. I had hoped they would offer an alternative, but unfortunately, this was not the case. Despite having purchased the Cancel Guarantee Service for £53.00, when I contacted customer service, they informed me it was not applicable. I kindly request urgent assistance in resolving this matter, either by allowing the flight change or refunding 80% of the ticket cost as per the Cancel Guarantee Service. I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and eagerly await your response.

Hello, can you please explain why a flight from Manchester to Zurich is being advertised for £[redacted] and then suddenly increases to nearly double the amount at £[redacted]? I experienced this issue today, November 14, [redacted], at 14:55 while looking at a flight for December 12th returning on December 13th. Two hours prior, the same flight was listed for £[redacted], but upon checking again, it had jumped to £[redacted]. This is concerning and misleading to customers. Hello, I purchased a plane ticket for a flight from Ljubljana to Dubai and then to Hyderabad for January 19th with the return on January 31st. However, my flight EK2123 was canceled, and I was not informed. I learned about the cancellation from friends in my travel group. I tried to change my flight to January 18th but did not receive the updated ticket via email as promised. Despite several attempts to resolve this via chat, the issue remains unsolved. I was advised to open a ticket for the technical department to investigate, but I have not received any updates. I urgently need clarification on the status of my booking for January 18, [redacted], especially for the Dubai-Hyderabad flight EK526. I had to cancel my booking with Ryanair because they did not issue a boarding pass as Opodo, the company I booked with, is not authorized. I was forced to cancel and Ryanair charged me a 34 euro cancellation fee. Opodo is accountable for this problem, and I am requesting a full refund of 95 euros. If this is not resolved, I will need to report this serious issue to the appropriate authorities regarding the situation between Ryanair and Opodo.

Hello, I am writing about my booking number #[redacted]7. Today, I contacted your customer service to change my return flight from March 23rd to February 23rd since I mistakenly booked the wrong month. I paid an additional fee and received confirmation that my return flight has been rescheduled for February. However, when I check the Android application or the Opodo website, it still shows the original March date. I would appreciate it if you could provide some clarification on this matter. Best regards

I made a flight booking through Opodo on December 9, [redacted], at 17:00. My bank account was charged £[redacted].01 for the direct flight with Easy Jet U2 [redacted] departing from Amsterdam Schipol Airport on Monday, December 12, [redacted], at 12:45 and arriving at Luton (London) at 12:55. The Opodo Booking Reference is [redacted]1, and the Airline Booking Reference is K4JWBSS. It has been over 24 hours now, and I am unable to manage my booking online due to an incorrect email address error. I have tried to request assistance three times to speak with an agent but was directed to the CHAT smart bot each time. I have not received any confirmation email or e-ticket from Opodo. To resolve this and receive my boarding pass, I need assistance since I am unable to check in online. I hope to hear back from someone soon to avoid further escalation as I am feeling very frustrated about this situation.

I deleted my Opodo Prime account a month ago but noticed payment attempts on my Mastercard for the Prime account persist. Even after deleting the account and my card details, you continue to initiate transactions causing issues with my card. This is incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I have no use for the Prime account or any services from Opodo after deleting my account. Please cease all unnecessary transactions immediately.

Opodo reference number: -[redacted]9; British Airways reference number: -R9RKAS. I recently booked a return flight from England to Dominica for my elderly uncle, but I didn't realize there is a 12-hour layover in St. Lucia. I was focused on the good deal and forgot to check the itinerary. Is it possible to change the return flight from Dominica to avoid this long layover without increasing the fare? My uncle, being 83 years old, won't be able to handle such a long layover in St. Lucia. I understand that the mistake was mine for not verifying all the details before booking.

Avoid OPODO at all costs I had 2 flights to Strasbourg (via Amsterdam) 1st flight Madrid-Amsterdam at 09:00 2nd flight Amsterdam-Strasbourg at 14:00 They moved up the 2nd flight to 9:30 without notifying us After numerous complaints because we couldn't be in Amsterdam when we hadn't even left Madrid and they couldn't find us another flight or refund us, the day of the flights arrived, and we missed the trip and the planes. We keep filing complaints. They ignored us, ignored all emails and calls (I have the documentation) OPODO claimed there was no complaint registered To top it off, they said it was our fault for not processing it We have evidence of each step taken. To this day, they continue to play dumb and don't even pick up the phone Do not deal with OPODO...IT'S A SCAM

Hello, I am Viviana A. and I am encountering an issue with your app. Around this time last year and again this year, you charged my account for the premium service which I initially accepted. However, despite canceling multiple times, you are attempting to charge me again this year. This has caused my account to be frozen. I have been trying to obtain a refund for a flight canceled last year. Instead of offering an alternative flight, I had to book a new one for myself and my partner. I am attempting to reschedule my flight from Douala to Columbus from December 26th to January 1st. I purchased a date change option (FLEXRB156) from opodo, but now they are unable to help me with the change. I am confused about why I paid for this service. Opodo advised me to contact United Airlines for changes, but doing so would result in additional charges, defeating the purpose of the trip protection I bought from opodo to avoid extra costs.

Hello, I booked a flight from Krabi to Bangkok for the 25th of December. I did not receive a flight confirmation as there was an issue with the booking process. Consequently, I rebooked a flight from Krabi to Bangkok for the 26th of December today. However, I noticed in my online banking that the payment was deducted for the first flight, but I did not receive a confirmation. It seems I may have double-booked unintentionally. Hello, Yesterday evening, I booked a flight for three people from Cyprus to Düsseldorf on 14.05.[redacted]. However, I can't find this booking in my reservations. Hello, I purchased tickets on October 20, [redacted], from Vienna to Funchal and back through OPODO. The flights are with Wizzair, and I received an invoice from them for 99.98 euros. I promptly received an itinerary from Wizzair, so I do not require any further assistance. To my surprise, on December 28, 54.99 euros were deducted from my account by your company without my authorization, and I am unsure of the reason for this charge as it was not specified in the terms and conditions. I am unclear about what this additional charge is for. This situation is unjust, and I am unfamiliar with such actions. Dear all, I, Mario Messiha, made flight bookings for myself and my wife, Maria Awad, through Opodo with the booking number: [redacted]. We planned to fly from Vienna to Antalya on October 27, [redacted], with Corendon Airlines and return on November 2, [redacted], from Antalya to Istanbul and then Istanbul to Vienna with Pegasus Airlines. Unfortunately, our initial flight on October 27 was cancelled, leading to us missing our trip to Turkey. I contacted Opodo support regarding the issue and was assured a full refund of €[redacted].10. However, only €[redacted].98 was refunded on October 14, and the remaining €[redacted].12 has not been reimbursed yet despite my efforts. I am reaching out for assistance in resolving this matter before considering legal action, as both flights were cancelled by the airlines, depriving us of the service we had paid for.
