I am interested in booking a flight from Dusseldorf to Edinburgh from August 15th to August 18th, preferably non-stop with Eurowings. I would like to include a hotel booking at the Apex Hotel in Grassmarket, Edinburgh. I noticed that your system indicated there are no single rooms available at the Apex Hotel for these three nights. However, upon checking the hotel's reservation system, rooms seem to be available. Could it be that you have a specific allocation of rooms which is now full? I recently received an offer from you for a flight + hotel package priced at €[redacted].02, excluding breakfast and cancellation fees. I would appreciate it if you could arrange the total package for me, including the Eurowings flight and the Apex Hotel in Grassmarket (which is my preferred choice). Hello, I wanted to share that yesterday at around 4pm, I bought two tickets from Pegasus Airlines on your website for the ATHENS - ISTANBUL - TBILISI flight departing at 18:25 on Mon, 8 Aug. After the purchase, I received an email which I have forwarded to you. Simultaneously, [redacted] euros were charged to my credit card. Regrettably, I did not receive a booking confirmation, resulting in Pegasus not recognizing my tickets. Consequently, I missed the mentioned flight and lost the [redacted] euros. This has left me extremely disappointed and I will not recommend your site for ticket purchases. The situation caused a significant problem in reaching my destination on time and led to financial losses. I kindly request that you resolve this issue promptly by refunding the amount to my credit card. Failure to do so will result in legal action. I eagerly await your swift resolution.

I had to cancel my Ryanair plane ticket from Billund to Alicante on July 5th due to a family emergency. Ryanair confirmed my refund and mentioned it will be processed through Opodo, where I made the booking. I received an email instructing me to contact Opodo for the refund. I attempted to email Opodo with the details forwarded from Ryanair, but it seems I may have the incorrect email address. I am hoping to resolve this soon. Thank you for your assistance. Booking Reference Number: [redacted] I booked a flight for domestic travel in India in August [redacted], back in July [redacted]. Payment was made, and I received a confirmation email. The Opodo app was downloaded to check the confirmation of the tickets. The day before the flight, I tried to print my boarding pass but couldn't. The app instructed me to do it at the airport. Arriving two hours early, just 1.25 hours before takeoff, I was informed my tickets were cancelled. Despite showing them the confirmed tickets on the Opodo app, the airline staff said they were not valid. I immediately attempted to contact Opodo customer service by making an international call from India. After several failed attempts due to not being a prime member, even with my young children with me, I ultimately had to purchase new tickets directly from the airline at a higher cost. The airline was able to provide me with evidence that the original tickets were cancelled just four minutes after purchase.

Dear Customer Service, I have encountered an issue with a recent flight booking involving both your company and Croatia Air. I attempted to book tickets separately from an offer to Amadria Park Jure in Sibenik through the Opodo website. Although the payment seemed unsuccessful on the website, I later received an email from Croatia Air assigning us seats on a flight that we did not take. Despite the payment being deducted from my card, none of us boarded the flight mentioned. I have already informed Croatia Air, but they directed me back to your agency for a refund. I have been charged approximately [redacted] Euros for these unused tickets, with an additional [redacted] Euros noted as conciliatory costs by your agency. Hello, I am reaching out to express my frustration regarding Opodo’s premature charge to my credit card for the prime membership, which was supposed to be free until the end of the trial. I respectfully request a refund of £59.99 to be credited back to my account. The prime service was cancelled on August 25th, before the trial was to end on August 28th. Hello, I recently made a booking through Opodo for a trip from Dortmund to Varna on 01.11.[redacted] for 2 passengers. My Opodo booking confirmation number is [redacted]8 and my Wizzair booking confirmation number is MK7UNK. Despite requesting 1x 10 kg luggage for each passenger and receiving a confirmation email from Opodo, Wizzair has conflicting information stating that one passenger has 2x 20 kg luggage and the other passenger has none. This discrepancy is concerning, especially since this is a business trip. I kindly request assistance in rectifying this issue with Wizzair as they were unable to provide a resolution. I recently purchased a flight ticket but did not receive any email confirmation or reference number. I have been attempting to contact customer service for the past four days without success, as the automated system requires a reference number which I do not have. This is frustrating as I need assistance regarding my booking and my bank account has already been charged for the transaction. I urgently need help to resolve this issue and organize my trip.

Booking Reference: [redacted] Hello, I encountered an issue while checking in my luggage. When attempting to pay for a suitcase, I received an automated message stating that the accreditative was not valid and to try again. Upon retrying, the same prompt appeared. Subsequently, I was registered for 2 suitcases totaling 46 kilograms, one for Pamela Sasso and one for Alejandro Mayr. I only need one suitcase registered for 23 kilograms. I am staying at Whala Beach Hotel located in Av. Miramar, 1, [redacted] S'Arenal, Illes Balears, Spain. My booking number is [redacted]9. The hotel does not reflect what is shown in the photos. There is no proper balcony, just a small one facing a dirty backyard. I have stayed for three nights and have not had a peaceful sleep due to noise from other guests. The bathroom is dirty with structural issues. The walls are thin, lacking soundproofing. The balcony window is not double-glazed, allowing noise to easily enter the room. Considering the conditions, the hotel should not be rated four stars, maybe two and a half. I am highly disappointed with my stay given the high price of nearly [redacted] euros. The reality of the hotel and rooms does not match the pictures online. The doors slam loudly, disturbing the peace of guests. We, Jan-Helge Henningsen and Dr. Hans-Dieter Claus, recently booked a flight from Bangkok to Phnom Penh with Opodo. We also arranged transportation to Kampot and back through GADT Travel for a total of $[redacted]. Our booking codes are MOZ[redacted] and MOZ[redacted]. However, we encountered significant issues with the transportation service. Upon arrival, the driver was not present, causing delays and inconvenience. Despite rescheduling our departure transfer for 6 a.m., the driver was 45 minutes late and uninformed about our travel details, leading us to rush to catch our flight. We are dissatisfied with the service provided and question whether we will consider using similar offers in the future. For the price paid, we expected a higher level of service and reliability.

On September 27th, [redacted], I received an email from Opodo informing me that my flight booking was impacted by an airline schedule change. The email directed me to "Manage My Booking" for further instructions. Upon checking, I found that some of my flights were canceled, but Opodo assured me they would assist in handling the cancellations. When I chose Option 1 after the flight cancellation, I was promised an alternative flight within 24-48 hours. It's been a week now, and I still haven't received any updates or alternative flight details. Despite calling Opodo Customer Service at [redacted]2 on October 1st and 3rd, my calls were transferred to different departments where I waited for over 3 hours before the line disconnected both times. I am eagerly awaiting confirmation from Opodo regarding my alternative flight arrangements and request that they update "Manage My Booking" with the new itinerary details promptly. Thank you.

I have been requesting a full refund for a mistaken purchase. I was instructed to contact the airline, but SkyExpress is notorious for not answering their phone calls and charging for hold time. After over two months of trying to secure a refund, I have had no success. My reference number is ref# [redacted]4. I believe Opodo should issue a full refund and compensate for the inconvenience. Opodo has been unhelpful throughout this process. I am seeking assistance from GetHuman to resolve this.

When I booked a flight with Wizzair to Montenegro, I was redirected to Opodo Prime for a discounted flight deal and agreed to a 30-day free trial. Despite trying to cancel before the trial started on October 14, [redacted], I struggled to reach Opodo through email and phone. On October 13, [redacted], they attempted to charge me £59.99 before the trial commenced, which raised concerns with my bank Santander, prompting them to block the transaction. Even though Opodo continued their payment attempts beyond the cancellation window, Santander confirmed no funds were withdrawn. Despite following cancellation instructions via an automated phone service and email, I haven't received confirmation yet as of October 18, [redacted]. I keep receiving membership and trial emails, which I find unnecessary as I no longer want the service. Santander advised against future payments and insisted on Opodo Prime confirming the cancellation. Kindly update your records to reflect that I am not a Prime member and do not wish to receive further emails about your offers. Thank you.

I made a reservation for a flight from Baden Airport, Germany, to Zadar, Croatia, for two people on June 6, [redacted], using my Visa credit card ending in [redacted]. Unfortunately, I couldn't take the flight due to a sudden breast cancer diagnosis on August 9, [redacted], which required immediate treatment. I reached out to Ryanair with a doctor's letter and a cancellation request, not realizing I needed to contact your company. I received confirmation from Ryanair, but not from your side. The booking was only visible in the Opodo app. Ryanair has already refunded €[redacted] to the original account and instructed me to contact you. Hallo liebes Team, ich habe einen Flug gebucht und der Betrag wurde von meinem Konto abgebucht, jedoch habe ich keine Buchungsbestätigung erhalten. Später wurde der Betrag zurücküberwiesen und ich erhielt keine weiteren Informationen von Opodo oder eDreams, über die ich den Flug gebucht habe. Da mir keine Bestätigung vorliegt, ging ich davon aus, dass die Buchung nicht erfolgreich war. Nach einigen Tagen stellte ich fest, dass mein Paypal-Konto überzogen ist und der Betrag erneut abgebucht wurde, jedoch habe ich immer noch keine Informationen von Opodo erhalten. Es fehlt jegliche Bestätigung, dass die Buchung abgeschlossen ist, obwohl der Flug vor 2 Tagen stattgefunden hätte. Leider kann ich Opodo nicht ohne Buchungsnummer kontaktieren und eDreams war auch nicht erreichbar. Meine E-Mails bleiben unbeantwortet und die angegebene Hotline existiert nicht. Dear Sir or Madam, Booking Number: [redacted]4 I am writing to report significant issues with the booking referenced above. We had reserved two seats for both the outbound and return flights (27K and 27J for the outbound flight from Vienna to Bangkok with flight number OS25) which were confirmed and paid for according to your booking confirmation. However, upon check-in for the outbound flight in Vienna, we discovered that these seats were not reserved for us. Instead, Austrian Airlines assigned us two regular seats without extra legroom. We immediately raised this issue with Austrian Airlines who informed us that although the seats were reserved by you, they did not receive any payment and had assigned the seats to other passengers. This situation is completely unacceptable as we paid for the trip inclusive of the reserved seats. We specifically booked these seats because my partner underwent foot surgery three weeks ago and it is not suitable for her to sit for 10 hours without being able to elevate her foot. The flight caused her significant discomfort. Please investigate how this error occurred and inform me promptly regarding the reimbursement of the costs for the reserved seats. Furthermore, I kindly request you to verify our reservation for the return flight (on November 25, [redacted], Bangkok to Zurich with flight number LX181) and ensure that the seats we reserved (31D and 31E) are available.
