Opodo Booking Reference: [redacted] Hello, I recently made a reservation for flights from LA to Prague on August 21, [redacted] (flights TK180 and TK1769) through Opodo. I noticed that my name appears twice as "Adam Ehrenberger Ehrenberger." I did not input it twice, and this seems to be an error. Additionally, another passenger's name, "Kamila Ehrenbergerova," has been changed to "Kamila Ehrenberger" in an Americanized style by Opodo. I've contacted support, and they advised me to cancel the booking for a full refund due to these issues. However, after a day, the booking is still active in the app, and I am unsure if the refund is being processed. I urgently need confirmation of the cancellation and refund as I need to purchase four other flight tickets promptly. I appreciate your prompt assistance. Thank you, E. Adam

Last night, I attempted to make a booking using your search engine. Unfortunately, I was unexpectedly logged out during the payment process. Despite the booking not being completed, funds were deducted from my credit card. I did not receive a confirmation number. The intended flights were for Paul Kelly of 36 Oak Rise, Royal Oak, Santry, Dublin D09 N6Y7. The amounts charged were €[redacted].09 for Etihad Airlines and €[redacted].00 for Japan Airlines. It is crucial that these charges are refunded promptly, as I had to secure flights through another provider due to the incomplete transaction on your site. I made a booking for my father's flight from SAW, Turkey to STN, London from August 20th to August 28th, which cost £[redacted].98. Due to a hospital appointment clash, I contacted customer service to change the flight date. Although they couldn't provide a refund, they managed to change the date. The original payment was made with my Barclays bank account, but I was surprised to find out that they charged my Sainsbury credit card £[redacted] without my permission for the change. This unauthorized use of my credit card details has left me feeling frustrated and concerned.

Hello, I purchased Ryanair tickets through Opodo on June 16, [redacted], for the following flights: - Santiago de Compostela to Orio al Serio on July 6 - Orio al Serio to Santiago de Compostela on July 15 While the payment went through on my bank account, I have not received any email confirmation from Opodo. This has made it difficult to reach Opodo's customer service without the booking number. Despite contacting Ryanair, they explained that since the booking was made through Opodo, they are unable to provide details or enable self check-in. She encountered difficulties with the internet, so I assisted in booking. Today, upon arrival at the airport, she was informed she was not listed on the flight. Although she received emails confirming the booking, there seemed to be issues with payment confirmation for the return leg of the journey. Opodo Booking Reference Number: [redacted] I was recently notified that a refund request has been submitted for my canceled booking, Reference Number: [redacted], due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Qatar Airways has promptly refunded another canceled booking of mine while I await the refund for the booking mentioned. The delay in communication has been frustrating, and it seems to be a pattern within your organization. I cancelled my ticket within the full refund window, and although I was told I would receive a full refund, I have only received 2/3 of the original price. Hi Maria, I received a message saying my trip has been successfully cancelled and my refund request is being processed. Here are the details: Opodo booking reference: [redacted]. Cancelled itinerary: - Mon, 23 May, London to Auckland (with British Airways and Air New Zealand) - Wed, 8 Jun, Auckland to Melbourne (with Qantas Airways) - Wed, 8 Jun, Melbourne to London (with Cathay Pacific). Hello, My name is Viktoriia Korenieva, and I am a Ukrainian citizen. On June 27th, at the Berlin airport, I missed my flight. My Opodo booking reference is [redacted], and the airline booking reference is NYA5SQ. I missed the flight because I couldn't complete the required online vaccination form to enter Nigeria. The website was down, and airport staff couldn't help me complete it. I contacted Qatar Airways to reschedule, but only a business class seat was available, which I couldn't afford. Hello, I purchased a flight through Opodo with PNR number CP8BO4 (last name: Babapour) but when I tried to confirm the booking on the Citizenplane webpage, there seems to be an issue. Despite Citizenplane being associated with Pegasus Airlines, Pegasus is unable to find our reservation and states the tickets are cancelled. This has caused a lot of confusion and frustration as I have been trying to resolve this for three days through emails, chats, and support calls. I urge Opodo to take responsibility for the situation, liaise with both Citizenplane and Pegasus Airlines, and verify the validity of my ticket so that I can proceed with adding a pet to my reservation and receive a valid boarding pass. This was meant to be a long-awaited vacation with my kids after enduring the challenges brought about by Covid-19 in the past 3 years. I recently had to cancel the trip due to my ongoing kidney failure and the need for dialysis three times a week. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate a dialysis center during the vacation. Hence, I now seek to rebook the trip to a different location in Istanbul with Turkish Airlines departing from Zurich. Regrettably, I overlooked the policy on non-refundable tickets while making the booking. I now desperately wish to proceed with my vacation plans as initially intended. Hello, regarding my flight TO3020 on July 17, [redacted], reservation [redacted], we asked the transavia staff which way to go by showing them the boarding passes we received by email. They told us it was unnecessary to check in baggage because it was carry-on, then they directed us through a crowded area to customs and then to the police who stamped my passport for exiting, only to inform us that the plane had already left. I am requesting a refund for my missed flight due to their poor organization and the strike by the transavia staff, as we had to hastily book another costly flight. Regards, CF.

On July 9, [redacted], I made a booking with Opodo for a trip to Berlin from August 26 to August 31, flying with Easy Jet from Glasgow and staying at the Best Western Hotel. The total cost was £[redacted].23, with £[redacted].09 paid upfront and the remaining £[redacted].14 due to the hotel. After mistakenly booking the wrong dates, I tried to change the reservation through the app but was advised to contact the airline directly for any modifications. Despite my efforts, I faced challenges canceling the flights due to booking through a third party. After multiple attempts, I managed to cancel the flights with easyJet's help but encountered an issue regarding the refund being credited to a different card. While the hotel booking was successfully canceled, I am still awaiting the refund from Opodo. The lack of communication and delayed refund have caused stress over the past two weeks. I need to cancel my trip booked with Opodo because the airline changed a part of my flight to a day I can't fly. I emailed Opodo, who said they need more time to find a solution. The airline told me to contact Opodo first and if they don't respond, to reach out to them again. Opodo didn't reply to my follow-up email, and I can't get through to them on the phone after trying three times, each time waiting for 20-50 minutes. I never spoke to a human. The airline also didn't respond to my second message. I'm worried because my flight is in 16 days.

I was charged an overpriced amount for a flight that was never available. Initially, I searched on Skyscanner but couldn't find a return flight. I then booked through OPODO, paying £[redacted].65 with my debit card. However, the next day, I received a message stating that the airline declined the return booking, despite already charging me. Although I received the ticket confirmation for the outbound flight, the app displays the return flight as confirmed. I am unable to speak with a representative and can only interact with an unhelpful chatbot. My booking number is [redacted] for a flight from Nairobi to Mombasa on June 20, [redacted], with Skyward Express, and the return on June 27, [redacted], with Safarilink. I was informed that the return flight was canceled by the airline, so I had to return via SGR train. Despite expectations of a refund, I have not received it even after 70 days. Their website promises refunds within 10 days, but my experience contradicts this. It appears that Edreams, with similar dubious service, acquired OPODO and shifted operations to Spain to evade ATOL protection. Regards, R. I was charged for a flight that I couldn't book. I initially tried Skyscanner, but then used OPODO. They confirmed the booking and took £***.** from my debit card. The next day, they said the airline declined the return booking, suggesting my card was declined. However, they had already taken the money. I got the confirmation for the outward flight, but on their app, the return flight shows as confirmed, which is why I believe I was charged. I can't reach anyone except their unresponsive Bot. Booking ********** Nairobi (WIL) - Mombasa (MOI) ** June ** with Skyward Express. Mombasa (MOI) - Nairobi (WIL) ** June ** with Safarilink. The return flight was cancelled, so I took the train, and I am still waiting for a refund. Edreams, also involved, seems to offer poor service. Have you had luck contacting them for a refund? I demand a refund for the unfulfilled services charged to my card.

I purchased a ticket for a trip with AirAsia online, but it was only partially confirmed. This has caused an issue with obtaining a visa from the Thai embassy according to my travel plans. The embassy requires a confirmed flight ticket for the visa application. I have tried reaching out to both the airline and Opodo for assistance, but unfortunately, I have not received any help in resolving this issue. At this point, it is too late for me to proceed as planned, and I now need to cancel my flights due to the visa problem preventing me from flying on the scheduled date.

I recently received an email informing me that my Ryanair flight has been canceled, instructing me to confirm an alternative quickly. However, when I tried to manage my booking on their website, there was no option to choose the alternative flight mentioned in the email. My booking includes a round trip to Paris, and only the return journey is visible on the Ryanair website (apparently canceled as per the email).
