I made a booking (Nr [redacted]) from Dresden to Vancouver for April 18th to 23rd (Code L8E86D). After trying to upload my vaccination certificates, I realized the departure flight date is set for April 19th. Upon contacting Lufthansa, they confirmed the 19th as the booking date. Despite the confirmation emails received from Opodo stating the 18th, the booking seems to be for the 19th. I am disappointed and confused.
How can I still fly on the 18th as originally planned? I have tried calling the provided number [redacted] [redacted]2 without success. I am frustrated as I have made arrangements in Vancouver already. Can Opodo address this issue promptly?

I am feeling frustrated about my recent experience with Iberian Air. On 26 March [redacted], I received an email informing me of a flight change from Lisbon to Athens with an insufficient layover time. Despite multiple attempts over three weeks to modify the flight through the provided link, the website failed to progress beyond a spinning wheel.
After contacting Iberian Air at +1 [redacted], I was advised that due to booking through eDreams, the link would not be effective. I was instructed to cancel the booking and possibly face a refund uncertainty until closer to the flight date. The process was complicated as I initially tried to locate my reservation code MXJ3V on eDreams, later realizing it was booked through Opodo with code [redacted].
Seeking further assistance, I encountered difficulties reaching an agent via Facebook chat and experienced unsatisfactory service when finally able to connect with a UK agent at +44 [redacted]. Despite my efforts to clarify the situation and discuss a refund based on the airline's change instruction, I faced unhelpful exchanges and a promised callback from a supervisor that was never received.
I am now hoping for more than a partial refund of 61 euros from my original [redacted] euros. I acted in good faith, responding to airline rescheduling, only to be left with a canceled flight and the potential additional cost of [redacted] euros. Yesterday, I was scheduled for a flight from Mexico City to Frankfurt with Lufthansa, which I missed due to a previous flight delay. Despite landing in Mexico City at 23:05, I was too late. I contacted Lufthansa about getting a seat on the next flight at a lower price, but they directed me to Opodo, who I booked through. Unfortunately, I'm struggling to reach Opodo as their chat-bot isn't equipped for my situation, and their hotlines are in Spain. I fear that both companies will avoid helping me, leaving me to book an expensive new flight. I am writing this email because we booked a round trip flight on Friday, 1/04/[redacted], from Paris to Nouméa with stops in Zurich, Narita, and Tokyo, totaling [redacted] euros. Unfortunately, due to cancellations by the airlines, I had to accept alternative options provided by Opodo.
On the departure day, April 1, [redacted], bad weather caused a delay in the Paris flight, resulting in a missed connection to Zurich. This forced me to incur additional expenses and stay overnight in Zurich before getting a new ticket to Nouméa a week later, arriving a week later than planned.
For the return journey on 30/04/[redacted] from Nouméa to Paris via Narita, Zurich, and other cities, there were multiple flight cancellations, and Opodo offered various options. Despite contacting customer service on 25/04/[redacted] for solutions, no confirmation emails were received regarding the proposed alternatives. With my departure looming in 3 days, I reached out again on 26/04/[redacted], opting for the cancellation and refund choice.
Although I was informed today that my requests were declined over the phone, I never received any email confirmation of this decision from Opodo. This has led to uncertainty about the status of my refund request, causing significant inconvenience and financial strain on my trip to Nouvelle Calédonie.
I kindly request a prompt refund of the return ticket from Nouméa to Paris on 30/04/[redacted] so I can make new travel arrangements for work commitments.

I purchased a flight to Kathmandu, Nepal last year with Etihad Airlines. Along with the flight, I also bought insurance and some additional items. The ticket number is [redacted], and the airline's reference is AGFZAL NQQLKD.
After the flight, I was unexpectedly enrolled in a membership scheme costing £60 annually. The fee was deducted from my account recently, even though it has been a year since the flight. I did not intentionally subscribe to this and have not utilized any benefits. Considering my infrequent travels and the challenges faced in obtaining a refund during the pandemic, I am seeking a full reimbursement for the unwanted subscription. I would also like to terminate my membership.

I've been trying to fix this issue for months, but haven't had any luck. I can't reach an Opodo operator over the phone as they require the correct booking number, which I didn't receive due to the wrong email address.
Despite sending several emails, I haven't received any solutions. The departure date is approaching on 04/05/[redacted], and I've already made two changes with Corsair. I can't modify the reservation anymore to request a cancellation and refund.
I find this lack of customer service professionalism very disappointing.

I made a booking for a Ryanair flight through Opodo for May 29th from Madrid to London-Stansted. The passenger's name is A. Fernandez, and the last 4 digits of the card used for this purchase are *[redacted]. The price paid was £16.72, and the payment was deducted from my bank account successfully. However, I never received the email with the tickets or any confirmation. Unfortunately, I didn't note down the flight number as the page where I made the booking indicated it was processing, and when I refreshed the page, the information disappeared. I am experiencing issues with Opodo regarding unexpected charges for services I did not authorize. Despite the refund for the Opodo Prime membership fee that was charged after a free trial I didn't sign up for, there is still an unexplained outstanding amount of £[redacted].64. My recent EasyJet flights from Bristol to Marseille were canceled and then rebooked directly with EasyJet due to my grand-daughter's school commitments. I made a flight reservation from Berlin to Tirana on September 17th and booked a hotel stay in Tirana from the 17th to the 19th of September. Our booking number is [redacted]. Unfortunately, Wizz Air rescheduled our flight to September 18th. As a result, we need to adjust our hotel reservation to check in on the 18th and extend our stay until the 20th. I made a flight reservation with Opodo on April 25th for a trip from Banjul to London with a layover in Barcelona on May 16th.
I received a confirmation on May 3rd, however, the ticket shows travel from Banjul to Barcelona on the 16th and then from London to Barcelona on the 17th of May.

I flew with KLM Airlines from Sofia, Bulgaria to Entebbe, Uganda last year. I booked a return flight from Entebbe to Johannesburg with Opodo for myself and my wife, paid £[redacted].89 via Starling Bank debit card. After returning, I noticed a pending payment of £59.99 to Opodo on my online banking, which was taken later without my consent on May 9, [redacted]. I tried to contact Opodo but couldn't find a customer service section. Now, I am facing a similar issue with Edreams. This time, there is a pending payment of £59.99 with no way to resolve it. My bank also couldn't assist me. These unauthorized charges amount to a significant portion of my pension, causing frustration and financial distress. I plan to share my experience on various platforms and consider closing my Starling Bank account. It is concerning that companies like Opodo and Edreams seem to be mishandling debit card information.

I made a reservation with you last Sunday, but unfortunately I made a mistake with the passenger's name. I realized my error immediately and called your service right away, but the assistance I received was unsatisfactory. The operator directed me to Lufthansa, who redirected me back to you. I was advised to cancel within 24 hours to minimize costs, only to be informed later that there would be no refund as the hotel reservation was nonrefundable and the tickets were lost.
Despite numerous calls, I was told to cancel the cancellation and just purchase a new flight ticket. While my request was acknowledged, it has not been officially confirmed. I am hesitant to buy a new ticket until the situation is clarified. My departure date is June 14th, and I would appreciate an update on the status of my booking. I made a booking for my 93-year-old grandmother on 13-05-[redacted] through Opodo.nl and completed the payment via iDeal. The payment was successful, and the funds were transferred to Opodo Account NL51ABNA[redacted]. Shortly after, I received an email confirmation with the Opodo Reservation number. Following instructions, I downloaded the Opodo app to access all trip details and information about the airline, Iberia, along with the booking invoice.
Accompanying my grandmother to Medellin, Colombia, I took time off work as she needed assistance at the airport due to her age. Despite arriving early at 4:00 am for a 07:10 departure to Madrid, we were not able to check in as Iberia had no record of our reservation or e-ticket. After contacting Opodo customer service via chat, I was informed of a technical error resulting in the cancellation of the ticket. I was advised to book a new ticket, and the refund process was initiated, but the amount has not yet been credited back to my account.
I hope for a prompt refund of €[redacted].91 and reimbursement for the day off work and transportation to Schiphol Airport.

Subject: Complaint regarding Invalid Ticket Purchase from Opodo.com
On January 19, I purchased a round-trip ticket from Paris to Phnom Penh through Opodo.com with Reference number: [redacted]. Only five days before departure, Opodo informed me via email that I needed to collect my baggage for the final leg of my journey from Bangkok to Phnom Penh. However, Qatar Airlines staff stated they were unable to assist as baggage needed to be checked through to the final destination. Additionally, I had paid 71 euros for cancellation and assistance insurance, as confirmed in an email dated February 2.
The initial ticket was priced at [redacted].36 euros, but the total cost escalated to 1,[redacted].74 euros by the end of the trip. Despite contacting Opodo multiple times since February 9 via phone and email, I have not received any response. Furthermore, I was not informed of flight cancellations by Opodo, only by Lanmei Airlines and Cambodia Airways, resulting in lengthy delays at Charles de Gaulle Airport.
Given the issues encountered with the ticket purchased through Opodo, I am seeking compensation in cash rather than a voucher. Enclosed are detailed accounts of the problems faced throughout the journey.
