Hello, I am Aleksandrs Fialkovskis. I noticed a charge of 65 euros taken from my account yesterday. Could you please explain the reason for this charge? I only had one flight on April 4th. Kindly review this matter thoroughly. Thank you.

Opodo Booking Reference: [redacted]3 My booking for a flight to Faro on June 11th included 20 kgs of hold luggage for Howard Kilvington and 10 kgs for Gillian Kilvington for both the outbound and return journey. However, at the Cardiff check-in, it was discovered that Howard Kilvington's boarding pass only allowed for 10 kgs of luggage, resulting in an additional charge of £43. Subsequently, the boarding pass for the return flight from Faro to Cardiff correctly indicates 20 kgs of luggage. The discrepancy in luggage allowance between the outbound and return flights appears to be an error made by Opodo when transferring my booking details to Ryanair. I kindly request a refund of £43 as compensation for this inconvenience. Howard Kilvington

I made a flight reservation on Opodo for three people, but there is an error in one passenger's name. Despite contacting Opodo to correct it, they directed me to the airline (Air France). After reaching out to Air France, they redirected me back to Opodo. Despite multiple exchanges with Opodo's customer service, they claim they cannot make any changes. Opodo keeps sending me back to Air France and vice versa. How can I proceed with changing the name on my booking? Should I cancel? Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, A. Guerin

Good evening. Today, I was purchasing some plane tickets. Everything was going well, but when I went to make the payment, I only received a notification to cancel [redacted] euros and something. I was unsure if that was the total amount you charge for the tickets and if the difference would be charged later after confirming the purchase. I accepted it, and the money was deducted, but the ticket purchase was rejected. I don't have a ticket receipt because the purchase didn't go through, I only have the deducted amount on hold. I tried to make another purchase, and again when confirming the purchase with the bank, the amount shown was higher than the ticket price. I need a refund for the first purchase and an explanation as to why the payment amount is lower than what is indicated on the website during checkout.

Hello, I have been trying to reach Opodo through various channels several times without success. The chatbot has not been helpful either. I wish to cancel and delete my account, but I am unable to do so as I keep receiving notifications that my subscription is still active. I am concerned about forgetting to cancel before it renews, as I have faced this issue in the past and was unable to contact Opodo at that time. Kindly advise on the necessary steps to take in this situation.

Dear Sir, I am seeking assistance regarding a duplicate car booking made for my partner, Dorothy M. The initial booking was on June 2 for a car rental from Paphos airport through Budget with reference CY[redacted]20, charged £[redacted].44 from my partner's account. Despite not receiving an email confirmation and being unable to locate it on my Opodo app, the booking was not activated, and a refund is requested. The second booking, on June 14 or 15, using the online agent, had reference CY[redacted]80, and was charged in two payments totalling £[redacted].26 on my credit card. This booking was fulfilled today when my partner collected the car, though Budget staff identified the duplicate and advised applying for a refund. I have contacted Opodo prime support via email 8 days ago but have yet to receive even an acknowledgement. Your help in resolving this matter is appreciated. Thank you.

I booked flights through Opodo Prime for April [redacted]. I discovered an unexpected £59.99 annual subscription charge on my bank account which was declined. I purchased a flight ticket a week ago and did not receive a confirmation email. I am certain the booking went through as the payment was deducted from my bank account. After investigating and contacting Ryanair, the airline I am flying with, they indicated that I might have used 'co.uk' instead of 'com' in my email address. I am now stuck without a confirmation email or a booking reference number required for their online services or to speak to a representative. When I call the helpline, it directs me to a French-speaking service, which I cannot understand due to my current location. I attempted to email them, but it only led me back to their online help link. I simply need to talk to a live person to resolve this issue before my upcoming flight. What steps should I take?

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing regarding the cancellation of our Wizz Air Flight from Frankfurt Hahn to Skopje on 04 July, [redacted]. The cancellation occurred just before boarding with no prior notice. At the airport, we were advised to book another flight and were informed that Wizz Air would fully refund our expenses. Due to important meetings in Skopje, we booked a roundtrip flight through Opodo from Frankfurt to Skopje for 05 July, [redacted]. I have recently been informed that Wizz Air is suggesting Opodo to handle the refund process on our behalf (Shemsi, Mirsela, and Han Shainov). They have proposed accessing our Wizz Air account for the refund, or alternatively, requiring various documents to be submitted to initiate the refund process. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist in managing the refund process with Wizz Air. Please let me know if you require copies of my travel expenses to Frankfurt airport and if Wizz Air is willing to refund our additional booking costs of [redacted] EUR. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Ich möchte mein Flugerlebnis mit der Opodo Buchungsnummer [redacted]4 von Kopenhagen nach Nürnberg am 23.6 teilen. Leider wurde der Flug abgesagt und mir wurde eine Alternativroute über Zürich angeboten. Beim Rückflug am 25.6 mit Flugnummer WW6L2R gab es erneut Probleme, was dazu führte, dass ich meinen Anschluss in München verpasste. Dies führte zu Unannehmlichkeiten, da ich ursprünglich mit dem Bus fahren wollte. Hello, I am encountering difficulties with Opodo regarding our ticket refund. Our trip was canceled after KLM discontinued our return flight from Amsterdam (Flight: KL [redacted]) to Basel. I paid for a price freeze on a flight from Dublin to Bangkok on [redacted], and the confirmation email from Opodo stated I had until 1:16 AM on [redacted] to pay the balance. Facing issues on the website, I was prompted to use the app on my phone, but my iPhone 7 was incompatible. Upon contacting Opodo at approximately 12:30 AM, Aduniu stated the window to redeem the frozen price had closed at 12 AM, refusing a refund of the €[redacted] fee. After insisting on my entitlement until about 12:50 AM, I was finally connected to a manager. Despite disconnections, the manager eventually offered only to fill out a claims form lacking essential details. I demand a full refund of €[redacted] and €[redacted] in compensation for the distressing experience and high phone expenses during the long call. Your attention to this matter is requested. Dear Opodo Team, My father-in-law has previously contacted you in June and July regarding a charge of CHF 69.90 on his credit card. According to his credit card company UBS MasterCard, the charge is for an Opodo Travel subscription. He is certain that he did not subscribe to such a service intentionally (unless by mistake). Unfortunately, the cancellation did not go through. We will be contacting the credit card company to block any future Opodo charges.
