Dear Customer Service,
I experienced multiple cancellations and reschedulings during my recent journey. Unfortunately, on two occasions, upon arrival at the airport, I discovered that my ticket and name were not registered in United Airlines' system as expected.
Lufthansa attempted to rebook my journey, but faced the same issue the second time. My ticket could only be confirmed from Frankfurt to San Francisco, failing to appear in United Airlines' system for the remaining leg to Las Vegas.
I have been unable to access or manage my booking since purchasing the ticket, making this travel ordeal the worst I've ever experienced. Lufthansa also declined to cover the ticket cost for the Dortmund to Frankfurt segment, despite my ultimate destination being Las Vegas.
I understand the challenges posed by the pandemic, but the level of mismanagement is unacceptable. I have tried to resolve this through over [redacted] failed attempts. Urgent attention to processing my refund is greatly appreciated.

I had a flight booked from London to Barcelona with booking reference: [redacted]. The departure was on Sunday, Dec 6th, and the return was scheduled for Fri, Dec 11th. Unfortunately, I was unable to board the plane because I did not have my PCR certificate, which was supposed to be sent to me via email before the flight. After missing the flight, I contacted the testers and they acknowledged server issues that prevented me from receiving the certificate on time. Consequently, I had to cancel my hotel reservation, and they kindly agreed to waive any penalties given the circumstances. I am now inquiring about the possibility of a refund for the flight. I can provide evidence from the testers regarding the server error that led to the delay in receiving my PCR certificate. Thank you. Jerry

It's been 8 months, and I finally received a partial refund from Opodo for my May flights that were canceled. I need to inform them in writing that I am not accepting a partial payment and urge them to continue their efforts to secure the full refund from Iberia, the airline in question. Attempts to contact them via email have been futile, as the only response I received was an automated one that didn't address my concerns. I will be sending a letter to their London office, despite not receiving a response when I tried reaching out over the summer.

Hello, I would like to rebook my flight with Qatar Airways. My mom was denied boarding this morning at 06:20 am due to an expired COVID test on 12/12/20. I have been attempting to rebook, but I am finding the Opodo website not user-friendly. I have tried contacting their advisers, but the phone numbers provided are not working. I recently arranged a holiday package through Opodo, but unfortunately, the airline canceled my flight. While Jet2.com refunded Opodo £[redacted] for the flight, I have not received the full refund yet. I had to use my own funds to book another flight since Jet2.com couldn't refund me directly. Unfortunately, I am struggling to contact Opodo as the phone numbers listed on their website are inactive. This situation has affected my Christmas budget. We received an email from Opodo regarding our flight refund request to Manchester, UK, but it seems there is no way to reply as it's a 'no-reply' email. We need to arrange a replacement flight. Unfortunately, contacting Opodo by phone has been unsuccessful, with only automated responses. Speaking to a customer service representative would likely resolve the issue promptly. It's frustrating not being able to reach them for assistance. We hope to sort this out soon, as this situation is similar to what happened in December. Hopefully, with some communication, we can resolve this matter without further escalation.

I had booked a flight with Ryanair through Opodo. Unfortunately, the airline cancelled the flight. After contacting Ryanair for a refund, I was directed to Opodo as they were the ones who received the payment. Despite some back and forth and multiple phone calls, I did receive a partial refund, but not the full amount.
I reached out to a customer service agent who assured me the remaining refund would be in my account within 2 days, but it never arrived. After further discussions, I was informed it would take [redacted] days as my request was with finance.
To my dismay, a month later, I discovered that Opodo does not refund baggage check-ins. This was confusing since I was previously promised a refund twice. I would appreciate it if Opodo acknowledged these errors and refunded the full amount owed to me, especially considering I didn't even check in any bags and the flight cancellation was not my doing.

I am currently working on arranging a replacement flight through Opodo. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, the online system does not acknowledge that I have a previous flight booked through Opodo with Lufthansa and the right to rebook. I have been unable to find a contact number for Opodo, so I am eagerly awaiting their call or a contact number from them. They mentioned they would call within a few days, but I have not received any communication yet. It feels like every step of this process is taking much longer than expected, and I suspect that there may be delays due to financial reasons. I was aware from Lufthansa that a rebooking was possible, but Opodo seemed unaware of this information. I already know which flights I want to book based on information from the Lufthansa website. This situation has taught me a valuable lesson, and going forward, I will make sure to book directly with the airline to avoid similar issues.

Hello,
I recently noticed an unauthorized charge on my account for a Opodo Prime subscription that I did not sign up for. This common practice on your part was brought up by the French organization Que choisir: UFC Que Choisir secures a refund for an Opodo Prime subscription imposed unfairly.
One of our members, Mr. M., informed us of an issue with Opodo regarding a Prime subscription he never requested. Upon seeing a charge of 54.99 euros on his bank account from Opodo, he contacted their customer service. Despite the agent's claim that he had been offered a free 6-month subscription in July [redacted] and sent a follow-up email in December, Mr. M. never received any such phone call or email from Opodo.
After contacting Opodo in July [redacted] through their website to purchase tickets to Sicily, providing his banking details, Mr. M.'s information was exploited to sign him up for an unwanted Prime subscription.
Our association sent a formal letter to Opodo demanding the cancellation of the subscription and a refund, to which Opodo complied, much to Mr. M.'s satisfaction.

Subject: Follow-up on Ticket Refund Request
Dear Sir/Madam,
On September 14, [redacted], I contacted Opodo numerous times regarding a refund for 4 tickets I purchased. The Opodo booking reference is [redacted] and the Airline booking reference is MH166Y6 (RBERJL).
During my last call, a lady from Opodo informed me that the refund of £[redacted].09 will be processed within 90 days after she recorded the last 4 digits of my debit card. Opodo stated that the request was forwarded to the Airline office for processing and would be completed within 3 months.
It is now mid-December [redacted], and I have not received the refund as promised. As a cancer patient in need of the funds, I am reaching out for an update on the status of the refund. Please provide clarification on the delay in refunding the amount deducted from my account on December 19, [redacted].
If the matter is pending with the Airline company, kindly share their contact details along with the date and reference information to assist my legal representative. Due to my health condition, continuous follow-ups are challenging.

Hello, I booked a ticket through Opodo for one passenger, but I was charged twice for it. I'm really disappointed by this mistake and would appreciate a refund promptly. It's frustrating to be charged twice for the same booking. I've already been trying to contact Opodo for three days through messenger without a response. I was not allowed to fly from Amsterdam to Vancouver despite having an open visitor visa to Canada. I need a refund for my travel bookings: Amsterdam to Vancouver on December 26, [redacted], with flight KLM681, and the return ticket from Vancouver to Amsterdam and then to Kyiv on January 11th and 12th, [redacted], with flights KLM682 and KLM3096. I am shocked and disappointed that I couldn't see my son even with an open Canadian visa and a negative COVID test. This situation has cost me money for flights and hotel bookings. It's been the worst holiday season for me and also for my son, whom I haven't seen in over a year. I booked a holiday through Opodo that got cancelled due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. Opodo assured me that I would receive a full refund. Although I understand that I won't get a refund for the flights booked through flybe due to their bankruptcy, I am still waiting for a refund for my Emirates flights that were also cancelled in March this year.
Despite my numerous attempts to reach out to Opodo over the past few weeks, I have been unsuccessful in getting through to a representative as the line disconnects. Even though my Opodo account indicates that the refund was processed in May, I can confirm that we have not received the refund.
I also attempted to contact them via email without any success. Whenever I spoke to a customer service representative, they assured me that the refund is in progress and promised to provide an update, but unfortunately, I have not received any further communication and am now unable to reach them by phone.

Hello, I purchased two tickets from the Opodo website on December 30, [redacted], for a flight from Paris Beauvais to Otopeni Bucharest, Romania. However, upon arrival at the airport for check-in, we were not found in the system. I checked the booking status and it was still processing.
