I am reaching out about Order ID [redacted]-10. I have already initiated the return process for Order No. [redacted]-7 with return number [redacted]. I am waiting for the return number for [redacted]-10, which is why I am emailing you. Both rings will be returned for a refund to my credit card. I have been a loyal customer of various online ring companies, ordering 56 items and keeping 44. My main reason for returns is that the product may look different in person than it did online. I appreciate the professionalism of NOVICA's customer service team and find them easy to work with.
I plan to send both rings back together with the necessary paperwork in one envelope. I am waiting for the return postage label to be sent to my Arizona address, where the rings were delivered. I was just on the line with ELLEN, and unfortunately, our call got disconnected. I am reaching out regarding two order numbers: [redacted]-7 and [redacted]-10. These orders were shipped on October 5th from Bali and Mexico, and I have received both safely at my address in Arizona.
For Order [redacted]-7, I have a RETURN FOR REFUND credit to the Credit Card I used for the purchase. I am seeking the same refund for Order [redacted]-10 and plan to return both rings once I receive the return postage label from NOVICA at my Arizona address.
Could you please provide me with the return authorization number for the second ring that I received in today's mail? Once I have the return mail address label from NOVICA, I will promptly ship both rings back.

I have a suggestion regarding your service. For the past two years, I have purchased an item from Novica. The order number for this year's item is [redacted]. Upon receiving the items, I noticed that pieces had fallen off the sculptures each year. I bought the sculptures as gifts for my brother for Christmas, and he's had to attempt to repair them. It's disheartening to give a gift that's flawed. I'm unsure if this issue stems from the final inspection of the item or the packaging process. The packaging seems insufficient for the item's long-distance journey. While the items themselves are lovely, the problem with the loose pieces detracts from the joy of gifting them.

Regarding Order ID # [redacted]-26, I purchased three pairs of "Bison Socks": one size small (A402) and two size large (A403). Unfortunately, the individuals who received the large sizes experienced allergic reactions to the socks. One pair has been opened, washed, and used, while the second pair remains unopened in its original packaging. I have been satisfied with the small size I am using.
Could you please clarify if both pairs can be returned for a refund, or only the unopened pair in its original packaging?
