On March 6, [redacted], I made an annual payment through BBVA bank for my Google Norton subscription in the amount of $[redacted].00 Mexican pesos. The subscription included protection for 3 devices: 1 Samsung S8 phone (which was stolen), 1 Samsung phone, and 1 Dell laptop. The transfer reference number is #[redacted], debited from account *[redacted] under the name of Bertha de Jesús Rodriguez Ibarra. Since my Samsung S8 was stolen, I have requested the antivirus to be installed on my new phone, as Telcel has retrieved the same number for me.

I noticed that I was charged twice for the Norton Antivirus through automatic bill pay. I had only meant to purchase one copy, but due to an error last year, I accidentally authorized an extra charge. Even though I thought I had cancelled one of the orders, I was still billed for both on the same date this month. Could you please review my current bill and cancel both duplicate purchases? I recently signed up for your services for my i14, not my computer. I paid all the upfront fees, and now I'm being informed that my device has 67 viruses and I'm not covered. Three months ago, you were aggressively promoting deals, but now that I need assistance, I feel abandoned. It's disheartening to receive this kind of treatment for my new phone. I'm beginning to doubt if you ever provided the VPN service that was promised. I was repeatedly assured that everything would be taken care of, but now it seems like false promises. I hope you will honor your commitment moving forward.

I am currently dealing with an issue on my computer where McAfee has been difficult to remove even with my existing software. I tried using Total AV as recommended, but it does not seem to be effective either, possibly resembling the behavior of the McAfee virus. Although I have Norton [redacted], I am unsure of the next steps in resolving this problem. Additionally, since my husband, Richard L. Norton VPN has been incredibly frustrating to use. The customer service is unhelpful, and I am unable to add my area code for payment methods like card transfers or Paypal. Deleting my account seems impossible, and reaching customer support is just as challenging. The pricing is misleading, and additional charges seem to crop up unexpectedly. This experience has been disappointing and feels deceptive.

I've been experiencing issues with my computer getting fake subscription expiration notifications. A Norton representative, allegedly named Adam Copeland, was unhelpful and tried to sell me another Norton program, Norton Utilities, for $89 despite me already having Norton Antivirus. I am feeling confused because I didn't realize I had to pay for something. I am frustrated that I need a pin to access Messenger. This app is causing more confusion and irritation for me. I am already dealing with enough problems at home. I want to unsubscribe from this app. The security measures it introduced are causing more issues, especially finding out later that there are charges involved. I want to discontinue using this security app.

My daughter recently experienced a severe hacking incident. She lost all her content on Facebook, including her business page, connections, and family and friends, as well as her Instagram messages. Despite reporting the issue, she hasn't been able to recover any information or receive adequate assistance. She was recommended to consider Norton security once she retrieves her stolen identification. Norton was suggested by a family member. I'm reaching out for advice on her behalf as she's occupied with her business and under a lot of stress due to this situation. Any guidance or support you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I attempted to get a refund from Norton for an item I didn't purchase, and unfortunately, I became entangled in a bank scam that could have cost me $[redacted]. The scammers gained access to my computer, replicated my bank page, and falsified a $10,[redacted] refund instead of $[redacted]. They coerced me to withdraw cash from the bank and deposit it into an ATM to prevent them from draining all my accounts and freezing them. Despite their threats on my online banking page, my bank confirmed that no transactions were made, alleviating my worries. This misconduct is a serious matter that warrants investigation.

On 9/28/23, Norton charged my account $63.97 for a LifeLock [redacted] antivirus renewal, even though it was not due to expire until 11/l/23. They did not notify me of this charge, and I only noticed it on my credit card bill on October 29th. I knew my software was expiring on 11/1, so on October 10th, I cancelled my auto-renewal and received a confirmation email stating it was cancelled as of 11/1/24. Despite their 60-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions, the customer service webpage for cancellation and refund is unresponsive, making it impossible to request a refund.

I bought Norton a year ago, and upon renewal, funds were deducted from my auto account, which was more than expected. Contacting Norton revealed I needed additional protection costing $[redacted] on top of the $[redacted] renewal fee. The total would exceed $[redacted]. I requested a cancellation and filed a fraud alert with my credit union. Despite the $[redacted] withdrawal, my claim was denied due to older transactions of $20 and $30. I seek a full refund of the $[redacted] and wish to terminate my Norton subscription as I have switched to a different anti-virus software.
