I encountered a security problem with Netflix. Allegedly, unauthorized charges were made to my bank account despite deactivating my Netflix account prior. On May 9th, I was debited Rupees [redacted], prompting me to contact Netflix support. However, upon trying to log in, I discovered my email had been changed. After failing to find a toll-free number, I initiated a chat on their website seeking assistance. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response or a refund for the deduction. Today, another Rupees [redacted] was debited from my account, leading me to reach out to customer service. The representative, Mr. William D., informed me that only this month's charge could be reimbursed due to account activity, neglecting the security flaw. After a lengthy call, he reneged on the refund promise and directed me to resolve the issue with my bank. This experience showcases unprofessionalism and a severe breach of security. I demand a full refund and request urgent intervention from the management team. Netflix's handling of customer accounts raises serious concerns about their security protocols and customer service integrity.

Hi Netflix, I signed up for the free trial today, but when I tried to download the app on my iPhone, it showed a message saying, "Your account is on hold due to a problem with your last payment." After clicking retry, my card was charged the monthly subscription fee, which overlapped with the trial period. Can I please get a refund for the subscription fee or have the service extended to the next month? Thank you.

I'm experiencing issues when trying to modify my package or cancel my subscription on Netflix. A message keeps appearing stating that I have no subscriptions with them. However, Netflix is deducting money from my bank account monthly. Despite my previous attempts to contact Netflix about this problem, I have received no response. I am left with two options – either involve the authorities or close my bank account to stop Netflix from taking further payments. This situation needs to be resolved promptly.

As an HSBC credit card holder, my June statement shows two charges for Netflix subscriptions, one for me as the main cardholder and one for my son as a supplementary cardholder, even though we both tried and failed to subscribe. Previously, I had a separate subscription paid with a different card, which I canceled. To prevent finance charges, I paid for the unsuccessful subscription with my HSBC card. I am unsure how to proceed with getting a refund and have not had any contact from HSBC. Please reach out to me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you.

I often receive an email that appears as follows: "NETFLIX Your account is on hold. Hi, We're having some trouble with your current billing information. We'll try again, but in the meantime you may want to update your payment details. UPDATE ACCOUNT NOW Please do not reply to this email, as we are unable to respond from this email address. –Your friends at Netflix This account email has been sent to you as part of your Netflix membership. To change your email preferences at any time, please visit the Communication Settings page for your account." I do not have a Netflix account and would appreciate not receiving this email anymore. Another peculiar thing is that it seems the email is being sent to: [redacted], which is not my email address. Could you please investigate this issue? Thank you. Sincerely, A. Holden

I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of Designated Survivor on Netflix since the third series started. The show now includes inappropriate themes like sodomy, unfaithfulness, an extended death scene, the killing of a beloved character, and excessive foul language. I believe the agenda behind this change is misguided and attempts to shock viewers rather than focusing on the original fast-paced political drama that drew me in. I urge Netflix to reconsider the direction the show is taking and avoid catering to a niche, left-wing agenda that alienates many viewers like myself. While I appreciate many of Netflix's other offerings, this drastic change in Designated Survivor's third series risks losing mainstream audience support. It is crucial for Netflix to listen to feedback from viewers who are disappointed with the recent content and make adjustments to ensure the show maintains its original appeal. Let's hope future episodes can course-correct and return to the compelling storytelling that made the show popular in the first place.

I recently updated the software on my new Samsung Galaxy S8 and encountered an issue with Netflix. Despite having the app installed, it would not open and I couldn't find it on the Google Play Store to uninstall and reinstall. When I visited the Netflix help center, I was directed to the app on the Play Store only to discover it was deemed incompatible with my device. Feeling frustrated, I searched for alternative support options on the Netflix website but only found a phone number, which I prefer not to call at the moment. I am disappointed that I am unable to access Netflix on my new phone.

I am looking to update my payment information on file. The card I used previously was lost, and now I am unable to verify the CVV number as Apple is requesting. Despite my attempts to add a new card, I am still being prompted to confirm the old card details. This issue is preventing me from maintaining my service. I have tried various methods including using my computer and following email instructions, but so far, I have not been successful. It is frustrating to go through these steps and not make any progress. I am reaching out for assistance to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your help. - R. O'Donald

I have been a loyal customer for some time now and have always appreciated my subscription without any issues. However, yesterday while browsing the kids' section for a suitable movie for my children aged 2, 3, 5, and 12, I came across something concerning. Among the kids' movies was "The Dirt," a film about Motley Crue, which contains graphic content in the first few seconds. My older son accidentally clicked on it once and was confused by what he saw. I am shocked that this movie was available under the children's section. I have a screenshot of the movie in the menu that I can share, but unfortunately, I am unable to attach it here.

I have been a long-time customer and never had any issues with my subscription. However, when browsing the kids' section for a movie, I was surprised to find “The Dirt” about Motley Crue. The first few seconds contain content inappropriate for children. My son accidentally clicked on it, and I'm concerned it was listed under kids' movies. I have a picture of the movie on the menu if needed. Thank you.

For the past two years, I have experienced multiple double or triple charges on my Netflix account almost every month. Despite managing to secure refunds for three of these charges with a promise for another, I am still owed thousands by Netflix. Specifically, Netflix owes me ZAR 3,[redacted], and I am seeking a full refund. Unfortunately, my attempts to resolve this through their call center have been futile as they have been unhelpful and unwilling to review the evidence in my account. In fact, the last representative I spoke to was extremely unprofessional. I am now considering taking legal action against them for fraud, although they are aware that pursuing this for a few thousand rand may not be worth the effort.

I am watching the 3rd season of Designated Survivor on Netflix. Unfortunately, the insertion of an extreme liberal narrative into the show has left me disappointed. The portrayal of Black, Brown, and immigrants as good characters contrasted with white individuals and American citizens as despicably bad is disheartening. Additionally, the overt promotion of homosexual relationships, the use of the term "Alt-Right" for effect, and the depiction of white supremacists targeting minorities are contributing to a divide rather than unity in our nation. The overuse of Latino enunciations further adds to this new narrative. I find the direction of the show as a platform for leftist ideas disheartening given the potential for a show like Designated Survivor to bring people together instead of further driving them apart.

Hello everyone, My name is Frank P. and my son, Isaiah P., are looking to connect with someone who has programming authority at Netflix. We have a fresh new idea for a long-term project that we believe could be of interest. We understand that Netflix likely receives numerous ideas daily, and we hope that our proposal will reach the right individual. Isaiah and I have been collaborating on an original story with unique twists that we believe would be a great fit. Given the competitive nature of the digital entertainment industry, we feel it's crucial to find the right platform for our project. We would prefer to work with Netflix due to our admiration for the network and its content. If you can assist us in reaching the appropriate contacts at Netflix, please feel free to contact us at [redacted] or give us a call at [redacted]. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Dear Netflix, I wanted to bring to your attention the upsetting news that "Pretty Little Liars" is set to be removed from the platform on July 27th. Many fans, including myself, are deeply disappointed by this decision. As a devoted viewer, this show holds a special place in my heart. While I understand it may be available on other streaming services, being 14 years old, I rely on my mom's Netflix subscription for entertainment. "Pretty Little Liars" is a beloved series that attracts a significant audience. By removing it, you run the risk of losing subscribers who turn to Netflix for their favorite shows no longer airing on television. I believe retaining the show can benefit both viewership and the platform's profitability. Please reconsider this removal. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, K. Bridger

My husband and I were thrilled to see that Designated Survivor, season 3, was available on Netflix. However, after watching the first three episodes, we are disappointed by the TV-MA rating. We have decided to stop watching the show due to the excessive language, nudity, explicit scenes between same-sex couples, characters lacking redeeming qualities, and even a scene with the president sitting on the toilet and swearing. The show has lost its appeal for us. We know there are likely many others who share our views on this matter. We urge Netflix to consider cleaning up their programming as there are already too many TV-MA shows available. We will be moving on from Designated Survivor. Thank you. Vickie and Gary Mattson

I would like to inquire why you are continuing to withdraw £5.99 per month from my bank account, considering I cancelled my Netflix subscription on April 11, [redacted]. Since then, there have been three monthly transactions; one on April 17, [redacted], another on May 17, [redacted], and the most recent on June 22, [redacted]. I am extremely displeased with this situation because I have not been using your service, and I have an email confirming the cancellation on April 11. It is frustrating that you resumed charging me just six days later and have continued every month since. I expect an explanation for these unauthorized charges, as I officially requested the cancellation almost four months ago. These repeated charges feel like theft to me, and I insist on a full refund for all the payments made while not using your service. If this issue is not promptly resolved, I will escalate my complaint further. I anticipate your prompt response.

Hello, I have crafted a movie script centered around an 18-year-old boy who resides solely with his grandfather. Feeling weary of mundane employment, the boy is propositioned by a stranger to engage in thievery for monetary gain. The scheme unfolds smoothly, yet their identities are exposed by a Security Camera. Consequently, the boy finds himself in jeopardy. To safeguard him and his girlfriend, the grandfather whisks them away to a country where their second home is situated - unbeknownst to the boy. In this unfamiliar land, he discovers his dual heritage; not only American but also the descendant of an immigrant, his grandmother. Overwhelmed by this truth, he develops a profound connection with the country and its inhabitants. I invite you to explore the script. Best regards, Haxhi Beqiri.

Dear Netflix, I would appreciate it if you could stop emailing me about someone named Pablo. It seems there was a mix-up with my email address, [redacted], that has nothing to do with Pablo or Netflix Brazil. I am a fan of Netflix and particularly enjoyed the Chernobyl series. I have never had contact with Netflix before and do not speak Portuguese. The emails I am receiving are from "[redacted]" regarding an account issue with Pablo. Please correct this mistake in your records and remove my email address from any association with Pablo. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Alex

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with the Netflix show "A Tale of Two Cities." I am open-minded and accepting of all relationships, but I was taken aback by the suggestive cover featuring two men in bed, as I watch shows in a shared space. I decided not to continue watching after the first episode. Unfortunately, Netflix doesn't seem to have an option to manually remove titles from the 'continue watching' list. I would appreciate any assistance in addressing this matter. Thank you. Regards, Barbara

Hello, I would like to discuss a matter concerning the Netflix series "A Tale of Two Cities." I observed that the cover image of two men in an intimate position on the screen raised some concerns for me. As a viewer, I made the decision to stop watching the series after the first episode. I am seeking assistance in removing this series and a few others from my 'continue watching' list. Netflix does not seem to offer a manual removal option, and I would appreciate any help you can provide. Additionally, I felt unsettled by a scene in "Designated Survivor" involving two male characters. I hope my feedback can be addressed. I also noticed that "Queer Eye" appeared on my list in a way that seemed manipulative. I prefer to choose the content I watch and do not wish to feel misled into viewing programs. If there is a way to address these issues with the continue watching list, I would be grateful for your assistance. Thank you, Barbara
