I've been watching "When Calls the Heart" for a few weeks now. I was in the middle of an episode in series 5 when the program abruptly cut off before the end. When I tried to restart the episode, the program had completely disappeared from my watched programs. I really want to finish watching it. How can I get it reinstated? I noticed it will be taken off in January, but it's still before Christmas. Please advise. Thank you.

I have two Netflix accounts being charged to me at £7.99 and £11.99, but I am unsure how this happened. Since my husband's passing three months ago, I am just starting to manage our household finances. I would appreciate a refund for the £11.99 charge. Due to changes in my financial situation and having Netflix through Sky, I also need to cancel. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated as I am facing financial difficulties now. Thank you. - Mrs. W D Wootton [redacted] Brodrick Road Eastbourne BN22 9NY

I've recently re-subscribed to Netflix and watched multiple series. However, it doesn't recognize me as an existing customer each time, prompting me to sign up for a new deal. I've provided my payment details twice in the last few weeks. Barclays bank informed me of an £8.99 refund issued in November. I subscribed to the basic package. Could you please clarify the situation? I'd like to know if you are collecting a payment now and why I can't access my account without re-entering payment details. Thank you.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with my Spotify account. I mistakenly logged out of my Spotify premium account from the app and am unable to recall the username and password to log back in. It seems that I have two accounts: one with premium access and one without. I am able to access the account linked to my email address (g******[redacted]) which has basic privileges, but I cannot access the premium account that I am subscribed to. I believe the premium account's username was a combination of letters and numbers, possibly generated automatically when I signed up through Apple since it is not associated with any email address. I wish to keep only one account with premium access. If I provide my debit card information used for payment, could you assist me in regaining access to my account? I await your response. Thank you, Giulia

As a UK Netflix subscriber, I am curious why certain series like 'When Calls the Heart' only have a limited number of seasons available on the platform. It's frustrating to start a show and not be able to finish it due to incomplete seasons. It feels like being unable to read the last chapter of a book, and it's disappointing. It seems unfair that viewers in the US can watch the entire series while we are left with gaps in the UK. Consistency in customer service is essential, and it's disheartening not to be able to access all the episodes of a beloved show like 'When Calls the Heart'. I hope Netflix can ensure that all subscribers have equal access to the content they enjoy. Disappointedly, Stephanie Wood.

I recently subscribed to Netflix through my Virgin account on 28 January [redacted] after returning from staying with my daughter in Paris, France for six weeks. I added a standard Netflix account to my Virgin bundle on the TV in my kitchen. Last night, I watched some shows on that TV. Today, on 29 January, I tried to watch Bridgerton in my lounge, where I was surprised to see my daughter's and grandchildren's names displayed instead of mine, linking to their account in France. I contacted Virgin Customer Service, but they were also puzzled by the issue and suggested changing the domain, which I couldn't do as I don't speak French. My daughter confirmed they haven't linked my details to their account. I'm reaching out for help to resolve this confusing mix-up. Doris J. 34 Kingsclere Road, Basingstoke. I am writing to express my deep concern about the airing of Jimmy Carr's racist and hateful comments towards the traveler community. As a member of the Welsh Kali Roma community with a background in the NHS and a teacher for a wife from a similar background, I find it appalling that in the 21st century, Netflix would allow such content to be broadcasted. This is not about being oversensitive; it's about respecting the real suffering that has occurred. Joking about medical experiments on children in Nazi camps on World Holocaust Memorial Day is inexcusable. As a current subscriber through Sky TV, I will be canceling my Netflix subscription immediately. I cannot support a platform that promotes such disturbing content in my household. This decision is deeply disappointing, and I hope Netflix reconsiders its choices. Sincerely, Peter Axinowe

Since March [redacted], I have been a subscriber to Netflix. Originally, I was charged £9.99, which was later increased to £10.99. However, I have noticed that since March, I have been charged £9.99 twice a month, and now I am being charged £10.99 twice a month. According to your website, this is supposed to be a hold charge that will be refunded within 8 days. It has been months, and I have not received any refunds. I demand that you stop the double charges immediately, refund me for all the double charges since the beginning, and cease the practice of double charging altogether. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be resolved promptly.

Hello Netflix team, I wanted to reach out and offer some constructive feedback. It seems like other platforms such as Disney+ have surpassed you with their popular content like Marvel and Star Wars. While you have had some great shows this year like "Reacher" and "The Terminal List," it might be beneficial to consider listening to customer suggestions for new content ideas. Following the success of adaptations like "Halo" and "Raised by Wolves," perhaps creating a show based on a popular video game or movie such as "Chronicle" or "Riddick" could be a good direction to explore. Even taking a chance on a TV show like "Independence Day" could generate buzz and bring attention back to Netflix. It's worth considering the impact of customer input on content decisions to stay competitive in the streaming market. Best regards, F.G.

Recently, I received an email allegedly from Netflix claiming issues with my non-existent card and Netflix account. Realizing it was a scam, I disregarded the email. Following that, I discovered numerous emails from an unfamiliar person who likely received the same fraudulent email. Alarmed, I found my sent folder flooded with similar Netflix-related emails dated September 1st and August 29th. This has left me extremely concerned. I also noticed the Netflix logo displayed on my phone's Outlook page. It seems like my phone has been infiltrated by these emails. I am unsure why this is happening and am eager to remove them swiftly from my account.

My name is John Anthony Castranova, and I want to discuss "You" the Series on Netflix. I had the opportunity to meet Penn Badgley while I was working as a security doorperson at a nightclub in Columbus, Ohio, in the United States. Penn Badgley plays the main character, Joe Goldberg, in the series. I have watched several behind-the-scenes interviews on YouTube, in addition to the show. I am not joking when I say that I feel I may have been compensated or given consent by Netflix or its subsidiaries without my knowledge or signature, possibly through payments such as checks or wire transfers. I have never signed anything or agreed to any form of compensation. I apologize for the lengthy message, but this is very important to me and not a joke. I kindly request this be escalated to your supervisor, manager, and legal department. Thank you, John Anthony Castranova [redacted] Columbus, OH

Netflix needs to be ready for the BREXIT End-Time Event involving important figures like Valadamir Putin, Donald J. Trump, and Pope Francis. It is crucial that the United Kingdom avoids appointing a new monarch. According to the message, Queen Elizabeth, who has passed away, is seen as The Last Monarch who will serve Christ Jesus in His eternal Kingdom that includes England and Wales, with Ireland facing a decision on its union with the European Union. The text emphasizes the fulfillment of a divine promise across generations and mentions King Charles as The Last Prince of Wales. The writer, signing as Christ Ian+, a time traveler from [redacted], speaks about humanity's potential as children of God, alluding to a future where individuals possess Christian+ abilities to explore the universe freely. The message also includes a playful mention of time travel affecting email responses.

I received an email from someone claiming to be Ted Sarandos. The email came from [redacted] Supposedly, he offered to turn my book into a Netflix series, but I suspected it was a scam. He asked for my phone number, which raised red flags. Additionally, he wanted me to make an author video at my own cost, making me even more skeptical. I declined his offer and warned others as well. It's essential to be cautious as scammers target vulnerable individuals who may end up losing money. The individual provided a US phone number, +1 [redacted], yet claimed to be in London, UK. Stay vigilant against such fraudulent attempts.

I'm reaching out for some assistance with my Sky Q subscription. I signed up on September 18, [redacted], and opted for their special offer. As I recall, I was under the impression that Sky would handle all the necessary arrangements. However, it seems there has been an issue. Since September 18, [redacted], I have been billed for Netflix through Sky, while also continuing to pay Netflix directly for the same account during the same period. I only recently noticed this double payment on the account I rarely check. Can someone please provide guidance on how to address this issue? Thank you, D. P.

I canceled my Netflix subscription 2 months ago when I had new Netflix boxes installed. However, I encountered issues when trying to log back in. Last month I resubscribed, but I have been charged twice this month on the 16th and 19th of May. Surprisingly, the old canceled subscription also charged me again on April 20th. I only use Netflix in my 1-bedroom flat, primarily in the front room, and I am certain no one else has access to my account details.

I had previously informed you that Sky Glass has been handling payment as part of my TV package since March 15, [redacted]. Despite my earlier notification, payments have continued to be deducted from my account each month. Although Santander blocked my card last month to prevent further deductions, a payment was still processed on June 5 using an alternative method. Santander has now re-blocked my card and is conducting an investigation. I kindly request that this unauthorized payment issue be resolved to prevent any future occurrences. Thank you, Karen G.

I need assistance with setting up my TV in London. I have a TV in the country, and I'm aware I can only use one TV. How can I make the other TV work? I'm struggling with this issue. I'm an elderly person and not as tech-savvy as younger individuals with phones and computers. Any help is appreciated. I have already tried unplugging my TV and hub, ruling out any issues there. The TV turns on with Netflix but switches back to BBC or ITV after a minute. I pay my monthly bill regularly, so that should not be the cause of the problem. My email is correct. Thank you for your assistance.

I am encountering difficulties accessing Netflix. Upon reviewing my information, I realized I mistakenly provided [redacted] instead of [redacted] Consequently, all security notifications are being directed to a nonexistent email account. Unfortunately, the phone service is inadequate, especially given that I reside in a remote area without mobile reception. I am unable to even terminate the subscription due to this login requirement. All I need to do is correct the email address. I can be verified using my card details. Could you please update my email to [redacted]? You can reach me at [redacted]0.
