Hello, I recently purchased a pair of Nike sneakers that I was eagerly awaiting to receive by tomorrow. Regrettably, UPS faced challenges accessing my building and could not deliver the package. After contacting their customer service, I learned that the package would be redirected to a UPS Center the next day. However, I have conflicting plans as I will be out of town in the afternoon and won't be able to collect it from that site. I was instructed to contact UPS again in the morning to attempt redirecting it to my local UPS store. Considering the sneakers are now out of stock in my size, if the package is sent back to the sender, I am wondering if it could be reshipped to an alternate address.
