I would like a refund immediately. I paid for December but stopped autopay a few days prior because I am currently overseas. Please refund the money urgently. I am trying to access my tax form, but there are issues with resetting my password through the AI system. It keeps rejecting my last four Social Security number digits. I just reapplied for my income-driven repayment plan, but the income tax information I submitted doesn't show the income reduction I will have in [redacted] due to a decrease in my teaching hours by $[redacted] a month and an increase in my rent by $[redacted] a month. My first pay stub reflecting this change will be available on 2/28/23. Could you assist me in adjusting my IDR to accurately reflect my decreased income for [redacted]?

I have both subsidized and unsubsidized loans. I think one doesn't require payments for a year. For the other, paperwork was supposed to be mailed for me to complete, but I haven't received it.
Just a heads up - my checking account was hacked, and all my money was taken. Bills amounting to 10K that I paid over the last year got reversed and sent to unknown individuals. Additionally, I lost my job. I'm working on getting things sorted out and dealing with the bank.

I submitted my federal student aid form for the renewal of my IBR repayment plan with Navient for my federal student loan. I sent in my paystubs before the deadline on 03/23/[redacted]. However, despite having a Navient representative guide me through the process, I received an email from Navient acknowledging the receipt of my paystubs but not the application itself. Today, when I tried to contact Navient, the recorded message stated that they were closed, despite their supposed 8pm closing time. I completed all the necessary steps correctly and on time, and I am eager to have this issue resolved promptly.
