I lost power in my apartment at [redacted] 8th Ave S, Apt [redacted], Nashville, TN [redacted] several hours ago. Despite recent payment of the bill, the outage remains a mystery. Despite initially being told by an automated service that there were no issues, I followed up with another number and have been unable to reach a human for over 2 to possibly 3 hours. I am currently on hold, and this time it has been over an hour waiting for assistance.

Our power went out around 1:00 pm on Friday, March 5, [redacted], due to high winds and a fallen tree. While the rest of the neighborhood had power restored by 6:00 pm yesterday, we remain without electricity at home. Despite spending a night in a hotel, we returned this morning to find our power still out with no sign of repair crews. I would appreciate an estimated time for the restoration of our electricity. It is concerning that there has been no work done yet. When attempting to contact them, the estimated wait time is currently 2 hours and 45 minutes.
