I wanted to address my recent experience with my order "Order ID # [redacted] [redacted][redacted]". Upon delivery, the item was soiled with stains that appeared to be from the print of the t-shirt itself, not caused by me. I promptly initiated a return request the same day it arrived, and it was collected on the same day.
However, I was disappointed when Myntra rejected the return during the quality check. It seems unfair that Myntra did not inspect the item for quality before sending it out and is now refusing the return, leaving me to bear the cost of a subpar product. I have been a loyal customer of Myntra for over five years and had never encountered such issues until recently.
This is the second time in a few months that Myntra has rejected my return without valid reasons. It is concerning to think about customers being stuck with expensive faulty items due to unjust return rejections. I reached out to Myntra through a ticket, but it was closed without offering a resolution.

I ordered two trousers, but I only received one. I contacted Myntra customer support a month ago regarding the missing item. Despite multiple follow-ups and ten phone calls, they keep telling me that I will receive a refund within 48 hours, but so far, nothing has been done. Myntra has been unresponsive and seems to be ignoring my concern.

I ordered a Belle Felle women's black hooded bomber jacket on December 23, [redacted], through the Myntra app. I received a wrong product, a coat instead of the jacket. I tried contacting Myntra customer care, but no one is responding to my calls. When I messaged them, they claimed that from their side, the correct product was sent from the warehouse. I ordered Campus shoes on EMI through Snapmint, and my order, processed by Myntra, was set for delivery by February 10, [redacted]. However, I haven't received my parcel yet. Even though I received a message stating the delivery was made, the agent never contacted me. I have tried to reach out to Myntra, but I have not been able to connect with anyone. The messages I received from Myntra indicate delivery failure and successful delivery, but I have not actually received my order. I am concerned as Myntra seems unresponsive to my concerns.

Hello, my name is Priti Chawla, and I ordered mustard jeans from Myntra on April 12, [redacted], with the Order ID [redacted][redacted]1. I paid via net banking. Upon receiving the delivery on April 16, [redacted], I found peach colored jeans in the package instead. I requested a return, and though a representative came that same day for the return, they refused citing a color variation and held back the return. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach Myntra customer care as the number seemed to be non-existent. I have raised the issue on the Myntra website, attaching pictures of the peach-colored jeans, but so far, there hasn't been a satisfactory resolution. Despite explaining that the peach jeans are in unused condition with all tags intact for verification, my return request was denied without a valid reason. I ordered two pairs of jeans from Myntra on February 16, [redacted]. When they didn't fit well, I requested a return which was successfully placed. However, the courier service informed me that they do not service my area and asked me to deliver the parcel to their office about 20-22 kms away. I contacted Myntra's customer care multiple times, and they said they filed my complaint and would re-create the return request. It has now been over two months, and my products have not been returned, and I am still awaiting my refund. Despite reaching out around 15-20 times in the past two months, the issue remains unresolved. I hope to receive either the returned products or a refund soon.

I had four items to return to Myntra. I submitted return requests for three items on the same day and one item the next day. I received an SMS from Myntra stating that a representative from Expressbees would pick up my items; unfortunately, no further details were provided. I handed over all four items to the representative.
The following day, Myntra messaged me again about picking up the fourth item, which I had already returned. Despite informing the collecting agent and providing details, I've received no response from Myntra after emailing them four days ago. I even have a recorded conversation with the collecting agent. Today, my return request was canceled because the product supposedly couldn't be picked up.
I've been unable to reach customer service by phone or chat, and my queries are being closed without resolution. I'm at a loss for what to do next.

Dear Myntra Team,
I am very disappointed as I write this review. A few days ago, I ordered 2 L'Oreal shampoos and 1 L'Oreal cream. Today, upon receiving the products and opening them, I was shocked to find that what I received was completely different from what I had ordered. Instead of the L'Oreal cream, I received a BIOTIQUE Whitening Lip balm, which seemed to have been used by someone else as it was wrapped in cello tape. Despite trying to contact Myntra multiple times, no one has responded to me as the number provided was constantly busy. I attempted to return or get a replacement for the item, but it appears that it is not available for this product. I am truly stunned that a well-known site like Myntra would have such issues. I am a loyal customer named Sanket Mishra. Last night, on May 9th, [redacted], while using the Myntra app, I successfully changed my password but encountered an issue where it kept saying the credentials were wrong when trying to log in with the new password. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I ended up creating a new account in haste and lost access to my previous account where I had items in my bag, including a pair of joggers. I recently received one order on May 8th, [redacted], and have another order for a pair of sneakers scheduled for delivery on May 13th, [redacted].
When I contacted customer service, I was informed that there is no account under my name and it cannot be traced. Additionally, I lost all my Myntra Insider Points. I would appreciate your assistance in recovering my original account.

I had a terrible experience with Myntra's service in Vizianagaram. The delivery agents were irresponsible and failed to deliver my orders. For the past week, there have been repeated incidents of orders not being delivered, and the agents have shown arrogant and careless behavior towards customers. This has occurred four times now. The agents in Vizianagaram were very rude, unresponsive, and displayed a lack of professionalism. They spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and even implied that they were untouchable within the Myntra team. Their attitude towards customers is unacceptable, and individuals like them should be removed from the service team.

I had an issue with the pickup of my return item. I received a message in the morning confirming the pickup for that day with a contact number for the agent. However, the number was fake. I lodged a complaint, and later in the evening around 8:00 pm, a lady called me. She was rude, accusing me of not providing the correct address, even though "karakavagu" was included, my current location. I mentioned receiving orders at this address from Myntra before, but she continued blaming me. Eventually, she abruptly ended the call without confirming the pickup time. Soon after, I received a notification that my area was non-serviceable. The customer service I received was disappointing, and it has soured my shopping experience with Myntra. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

The delivery service from Myntra in Vizianagaram has been extremely irresponsible. They have failed to deliver my 3 orders and have not addressed the issue in the past 10 days. I urge for immediate action to be taken against these careless delivery agents in Vizianagaram. It is frustrating to continuously complain without any response or resolution. This recurring problem reflects poorly on the service and is driving customers away. The lack of responsibility and unprofessional behavior of the delivery agents must be addressed promptly. I expect my 3 orders to be delivered by tomorrow without fail. The negligence of the delivery service in Vizianagaram is tarnishing the once good reputation of Myntra.

Today, my product was supposed to be delivered, but I received a message saying the shipment attempt failed, even though no one contacted me. When I tried to reach the delivery person, they hung up on me and never answered again. Customer service mentioned the delivery person reported that I was rude, yet no conversation took place between us. I requested call records to clarify the situation. Additionally, another order meant for tomorrow was last tracked in Chandigarh, where I live, but is now showing in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. When I contacted customer service, they cited a power cut and later sent a message saying the issue was resolved. I'm confused and frustrated with Myntra's handling of these situations.

I received a handbag I ordered yesterday, but upon opening it and recording a video, I noticed it was of poor quality. I immediately requested a return the same day, and the pick-up was set for today at 6 pm. However, the pick-up person refused to take the bag, claiming it lacked a price tag, which was actually pasted on the wrapper. This issue has never occurred with my previous purchases from Myntra. The pick-up person's behavior was disappointing. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. My return ID is [redacted]. I, Manisha Bhattacharya, had requested a refund for a recently returned Kurti on Myntra using my Allahabad Bank account. However, due to the merger with Indian Bank, the IFSC code has changed while my account number remains the same. Consequently, the refund was not processed as the IFSC code provided was incorrect.
