The item did not fit perfectly, and the fabric was too thin. The product did not meet expectations from the online image - the color was dull, the material thin, and the stitching poor. The absence of a price tag, only a barcode on the worn item, was disappointing. The Myntra delivery person has the return item. I bought it for Rs.[redacted], but the return value is now Rs.[redacted]. This experience is upsetting as it is my first return issue, and I could not reach Myntra customer service over the phone. My overall experience with Myntra has been very disappointing.

I purchased a wristwatch from Myntra, but it was not functioning correctly. I requested a return, and when the representative arrived to collect the product, they stated it was fine. I ordered two Scorpius solid crop tops, but instead of receiving two different tops, I got two of the same. I'm disappointed with the quality. When I tried to return them, the pickup person said they couldn't take them without the price tags and advised me to contact Myntra. The products arrived without price tags, which wasn't my fault. Even though they have different tags indicating they are from Scorpius, the price tags were missing. I want a refund for my purchase and won't be buying from Scorpius again.

I am a loyal customer of Myntra and this is the second time I am contacting you about a return issue. The complaint number is IN[redacted][redacted]. My concern is about the unprofessional conduct of a Myntra delivery agent.
To provide a brief overview, I used the 'Try & Buy' option for a product I ordered, but upon receiving it, I discovered that it didn't match the picture. I promptly requested a return without even opening the package. However, the delivery person proceeded to open the item outside without my permission, handling it with dirty hands. Instead of following protocol by checking for labels, he wrongly declared it damaged, refusing to return it despite my right to try on the item for fit.
Having been a Myntra customer for three years, I have never experienced such mistreatment. I demand appropriate action against the delivery person, as I have photographic evidence of the incident. It is unacceptable for a delivery personnel to tamper with a product untouched by the customer, preventing a legitimate return of an incorrect item. While another Myntra representative has collected the item, my return is inexplicably on hold.
I have spent a considerable amount on Myntra orders and expect my refund promptly. Failure to resolve this within 24 hours will result in cancellation of all active orders. I eagerly await an official apology and resolution via email. Such behavior tarnishes the reputation of a brand like Myntra.

I had an exchange product, and for the past three days, I kept receiving "out for delivery" messages, but the delivery boy would call me at night and inform me that the product would be delivered the next day. This occurred for three days, and this morning, I received a message stating that the order had been canceled. I received the wrong product from MYNTRA. I tried to return it, but the pick-up person never came. I ordered beige 32-inch trousers, but I got black 28-inch trousers instead. It's frustrating to receive the incorrect item, but it's even worse when the return process doesn't work, and my emails go unanswered. The lack of customer service from MYNTRA is disappointing, especially compared to Amazon. Amazon promptly arranges a call back when you need assistance, which is a stark contrast to MYNTRA's poor service. In my experience, MYNTRA falls short in customer care, while Amazon excels.

I received a Curren watch instead of the Fastrack one I ordered worth Rs. [redacted]. Myntra, please understand my frustration, as you have now rejected my complaint and put the blame on me, saying you shipped the correct product. I intend to take this matter to the consumer court for exploitation. I ordered a wrong jacket and received it on 19/12/20. Upon inspection, I noticed a small 1.5-2cm hole in one of the underarms of the garment. I promptly filed a complaint and requested a return. The return was collected on 21/12/20 and confirmed by the delivery person. The item was unused, unwashed, and had all tags still attached. However, I was informed that the refund was on hold due to not passing the quality check. I raised another complaint but it has not been addressed yet.

I need assistance with someone else's account. The account was previously linked to the phone number ending in [redacted], receiving notifications on that number. However, recently, I encountered issues with the shopping cart, where it was continuously showing as empty. I decided to reinstall the app and handed the phone over to the individual.
Unfortunately, they are now unable to access the original account and inadvertently created a new one. In the original account, there was a balance of [redacted] in a gift card from a returned shirt.
I am aware that typically two accounts cannot be created using the same phone number. Can you please investigate this matter and assist in recovering the [redacted] amount linked to phone number [redacted]? Kindly review the account logs for further information.

I returned a pair of roadster jeans but encountered issues with the return process. I sent the item to the nearby center in Kolkata as I reside in Andaman and Nicobar. I uploaded an image of my parcel receipt, and after 20 days, the parcel was returned unopened with the address crossed out. I initiated a return request on December 13. Upon the representative's visit for the return, my father was informed that the tag was missing without even inspecting the unopened box. I have not used the shoes as I ordered two pairs, with the other arriving timely. I needed these by December 10 but was away, with phone issues delaying my contact by 5-6 days. The return status remains pending. I kindly request a prompt resolution and notification of the outcome. I purchased a pair of jeans in size 28, but they were too big, so I wanted to exchange them for a size 26. Initially, when the size 26 was in stock, I was not able to exchange the product. However, when the size 26 became out of stock, the option to exchange the product disappeared. I am eager to exchange my jeans for a size 26. I need to inform you that I returned a pair of jeans, but I accidentally cut the tag. Despite including the tag with the return, it was rejected. My Myntra account has been locked for the past two days without any explanation. I have been attempting to login, but it keeps showing "account locked." When I contacted customer care yesterday, an executive informed me to wait for three days, but I remain unaware of the reason behind the account lock.
During the End of Reason Sale, I placed 5-6 orders. While 2 orders were delivered, the rest were automatically cancelled by Myntra citing fake reasons like technical issues and undelivered items.
These orders were intended for my New Year's party, and this unexpected cancellation has ruined my plans. As a loyal customer of Myntra, I am perplexed by why such actions are being taken.

I recently bought Marc Lorie flats, but unfortunately, they did not fit properly. When I tried to return them with the bill, the delivery person initially left without processing the return due to an issue with the quality check and claimed there was no bill. After checking, he returned and eventually accepted the return. I want to clarify that I did not use the flats and promptly requested a return.
