Subject: Order Issue - Yasmeen Shaikh Hello, I would like to report that I have received a wrong product instead of the Anouk Kurta set that I ordered. I have attached a photo of the incorrect item for your reference. The receipt also does not have my name on it. I have already submitted a request through the Myntra app, but I am reaching out via email to ensure a prompt resolution. I had a similar experience in the past where my refund was initially refused, but after persistent follow-ups, the issue was eventually resolved. I have noticed that the Myntra delivery message clearly states "doorstep delivery," yet the delivery person is refusing to deliver at the doorstep. I am confused by this as they are providing seemingly silly reasons for not doing so, such as claiming an injury preventing them from reaching the 4th floor. This is frustrating since the delivery person's primary task is to deliver packages to our doorstep, and they are failing to do so. This kind of service issue seems to be unique to Myntra. I find this disrespectful and unacceptable. The delivery service from Myntra is disappointing. The delivery personnel are impolite and lack basic manners in their communication. They hastily provide flimsy excuses to avoid delivering packages to our doorstep. This is extremely unprofessional and disheartening.

Dear Myntra customer support team, I recently received a Small size navy blue shirt from MANGO with white lining, but unfortunately, it arrived in a terribly wrinkled and shrunken condition, appearing very old. Upon opening it, I noticed tears below the collar and next to the buttons. Due to these defects, I have not worn the shirt and decided to return it. However, when the delivery person arrived, he mentioned that he cannot take the item without approval from customer care. I am disappointed with the quality of the product I received and the subsequent response from Myntra. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this issue. I have attached pictures showcasing the poor condition of the shirt for your reference. I initially reported this problem on June 9, [redacted], but it remains unresolved. I purchased a Mast and Harbour solid jogger from Myntra around a month ago, but received the wrong item which is a Myntra Anouk kurta for women instead. I have tried multiple times to contact Myntra, but have not received any response. When I submitted a return request for the wrong product, a delivery person came today and refused to take it, insisting that I hand over the Mast and Harbour jogger instead. This is a clear mix-up, and I am unable to return the correct item as requested. I kindly request that Myntra accept my return request and issue a refund promptly for the inconvenience caused.

Subject: Missing Product in Order: [redacted] Hello Myntra customer service, I received my order, but unfortunately, the MCaffeine Unisex Naked & Raw Mattifying Coffee Hand Cream 50ml is missing, although it was listed on the bill inside the package. I only found the T-shirt in the parcel. The outer packet mentioned the total amount correctly as [redacted] rupees, but the mentioned hand cream is missing. I tried contacting customer care, but there seems to be a communication issue between calls and emails, leaving me unable to reach a resolution. The single callback option provided led to a frustrating experience with a disconnected call after little interaction. This kind of service during the lockdown period is disappointing. Order number [redacted] Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a terrible experience with this order. I am exhausted from making multiple requests. I have not received any calls or a resolution to my issue so far. The fabric was of poor quality and the size was incorrect. I initially requested an exchange on the delivery date, then canceled the order, but my issue remains unresolved. A [redacted] rupees order should not feel like a waste of 19 rupees. I am very disappointed with this order from Myntta; my money is stuck, and the order is of no use. It seems like all your policies and guidelines are fake. Please process a return and refund the money to my payment method or I may have to take action on social media or Twitter. Kindly assist me promptly.

I encountered issues with a recent order on 22nd June, [redacted] during the season sale. I placed an order for 4 items totaling around ₹[redacted], but they didn't show up in "MY ORDERS" list after 10 minutes. Worried that the orders hadn't gone through, I re-ordered the items. I received my first order on 24th June, which was fine, but on 27th June, I got the first order again alongside the second order. I managed to return the duplicate and received Myntra credit. On 29th June, I received the second order along with the third, which were also packed together. Each item had "delivered" status, yet they were duplicated without appearing so in my order list, leading to losses when returning for Myntra credit instead of a refund. I'm anxious about my pending 4th order. I'm 16 and can't bear this financial impact, seeking assistance and clarity.

I recently received my Myntra order of 5 tops on June 6, [redacted]. After paying Rs. [redacted] by card, the delivery person gave me the package. Upon feeling that the packet was light, I asked him to open it, and only one top worth Rs. [redacted] was inside. The delivery person contacted the area manager, Mr. Anthony, who promised to resolve the issue by refunding my money or providing the missing items. Despite contacting Myntra through the app and email, I received a message today stating that no refund would be issued as the packet was checked and sealed. I am confused as I only asked the delivery person to open the package, and he informed the manager. My phone number is [redacted].

Unfortunately, I got logged out of my Myntra account, and now I can't find the order in my order list. I had a concerning experience with Myntra. They claim my issue is resolved, but the wrong product is still in my possession. I am seeking either a refund or the correct product. Dear Team, I want to address an ongoing issue with an exchanged product I ordered on the Myntra website. Despite being told twice that the product was delivered and the query resolved, I haven't received it. This is my third complaint, and I sincerely hope it gets resolved this time. Initially, I received a red suit and white pajama instead of the Libas Woman Cream Coloured Woven Design Kurta I ordered. The exchange request was raised due to receiving the wrong product. Subsequently, when the correct product was delivered, the delivery person asked for it back on the same day. I believe there might have been confusion due to two exchange requests. While one request has been fulfilled, the other has been pending for two weeks now. I am unable to contact anyone to address this issue, which is becoming increasingly frustrating. The 'contact us' service needs to function properly if it is provided. I have always been a loyal customer of Myntra and never had complaints before. I trust that this matter will be resolved promptly, as I rely on Myntra for my online shopping needs. Subsequent communication indicated a resolution date by 1 July, followed by an email confirming receipt. I recently had a return rejected by Myntra due to an article number mismatch. Despite being a loyal customer, my first return for a blue Roadster jeans was denied. After numerous attempts to contact Myntra, they called me back for further information. Please note that we can only request a callback from them, and each callback can only be made every half hour. I explained the issue over the phone, and they requested pictures of the item with its article number tag. After sending the necessary images, I resubmitted the return request. Myntra informed me that I would receive an acknowledgment within 72-90 hours, but I have not heard anything yet. Despite multiple call requests, communication has been challenging, leading to frustration and disappointment. They have not taken responsibility or replied to my messages. I am unsure what steps to take next. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Myntra. The handling of my orders has been dreadful, and the responses from the customer care team have been unprofessional and inefficient. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance, I have not received any satisfactory resolution. Over the past month, my prepaid orders have not been delivered, and Myntra seems unwilling to either refund the payment or cancel the orders, leaving me in a frustrating situation. I have contacted Myntra's customer service multiple times, only to be met with false promises and deception. I kindly request help in resolving this issue. I am extremely disappointed with your service. I made two prepaid orders on 01.07.[redacted] with the commitment that one would be delivered by 18.07.[redacted] and the other by 23.07.[redacted]. However, there has been no progress in shipping them since the order placement. Typically, orders are shipped the following day, but in this case, 10 days have passed with no shipment. When I called customer service, I was shocked to learn that my orders were canceled without my consent. There was no notification or update on the app about the cancellation. Customers deserve to be informed about order statuses. I kindly ask you to keep the app updated for immediate order status information. It is a basic customer right. I recently purchased two sets of Beverly Hills polo perfumes, each with four bottles. Upon opening the parcel, I discovered that one box was leaking, although the packaging contained the spilled perfume. On closer inspection, two bottles were completely empty, and the others had minor leakages, causing visible stains on the box. I promptly contacted Myntra customer service to lodge a complaint. The courier asked me to initiate a return request, despite having the evidence through photographs taken immediately after delivery. Myntra initially assured me of addressing the issue, but later declined to refund the money, stating the condition of the product upon leaving their warehouse. Despite speaking with Narendra Singh from Myntra, no resolution was provided over the phone. I am deeply disappointed and feel deceived by this experience. I urge Myntra to consider my situation and assist in resolving this matter promptly.

I took photographs of the damaged product to document the issue. Despite my efforts to communicate with customer service, they have stated that since the product left their warehouse in good condition, they cannot assist with a refund. I am extremely disappointed with the response I received, especially from Narendra Singh, who declined to help further. I feel let down and deceived by Myntra. Approximately half an hour later, I received another notification from my bank stating that Rs. [redacted] had been debited from my account (the initial cart value). The vendor name remained TECHPROCESS SOLUTIONS LTD., with the transaction ID: INB/[redacted]36. While my order is confirmed and on its way, I am concerned about the double debit situation.
