I purchased Skechers shoes for my dad's birthday, but unfortunately, he received a damaged product with poor stitching and the wrong size. It appears to be a duplicated item. Despite requesting a return, I was informed of a defect and instructed to contact customer support. However, the return process has been delayed. I am unable to use my email, so I have to request a call back daily to file a complaint, which goes unanswered and is closed without notice. I recently ordered 7 to 8 kurtis, and only 3 were delivered in one packet. I initiated a return for one of the kurtis the day it arrived, and the next morning the delivery came for the pickup. However, I faced some issues with the return process due to the polybag requirement for the returned item. The inconvenience and additional steps for the return have left me quite dissatisfied. As a vlogger who recommends shopping on Myntra, I have always appreciated the convenience and trustworthiness of your service. This is the first time I have encountered such difficulties. The estimated delivery date was July 22nd, but I received a message today informing me that my order was canceled due to an internal issue. I feel deceived because I purchased the shoes at a significant discount. When I reached out, they provided no valid explanation or solution. This treatment of customers is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. Myntra should not deceive customers with fake discounts and accept orders they cannot fulfill. I purchased 5 items from Myntra two months ago. I requested a return and the items were collected, but my refund is stuck in Myntra credit. I have been trying to contact them daily but cannot find a way to provide my account number. Their responses do not address my concerns. I am frustrated and want my cash refunded promptly and accurately. The incorrect refund amount displayed adds to my annoyance and has diminished my opinion of Myntra.
Additionally, 3 out of the 6 glass jars I ordered arrived broken. Despite informing Myntra for a return pick-up, they have failed to collect the items as promised on two occasions. I have since given up on a resolution and consider it a donation to an orphanage. I urge Myntra to address these issues promptly. Thank you.

I am Nilesh, a loyal customer. I encountered an issue with my order of a Roadstar Sweatshirt placed on July 22, [redacted]. Although the promised delivery date was August 4, [redacted], your courier arrived at my office address on July 24, [redacted], at 9 a.m. Unfortunately, I was not present at that specific time and informed the courier that I would be there within half an hour. However, the courier left without waiting. Subsequently, upon contacting customer service, they mentioned the order was returned to the origin, suggesting it was canceled, which I did not do.
Upon multiple attempts to resolve this issue with customer care, there was a discrepancy in the number of delivery attempts made. The price of the item has also increased now, making it challenging for me to reorder, especially after using a Myntra coupon initially. I am disappointed with the service and seek guidance on how to proceed.

I received the ordered watch in extremely unsatisfactory condition. The premium watch box was severely damaged and appeared to have been used with visible wear and tear. Upon closer inspection, it was clear the item was not genuine. As shown in the photographs, the damaged box and poorly wrapped watch indicate it is fake. Furthermore, the watch does not have a functioning chronograph as advertised. It's evident this product is not authentic, and I feel deceived by the vendor after spending 15k on it. I am incredibly disappointed by this experience with Myntra. As a reputable online shopping platform, this incident has made me question your reliability in the future. I am requesting a full refund for this purchase as I have no desire to buy the same item or fall victim to fraud again.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I regret to bring to your attention an issue regarding an order placed by my daughter, Mansi Uniyal, with Myntra. The complaint pertains to order numbers [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]3 and [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] for a blue dungaree. Upon receipt, it was evident that the size 34 ordered was too large, and we promptly requested a replacement for size 30 within 20 minutes of delivery.
Despite our efforts, when the Myntra courier came for collection, they claimed approval was needed as the item appeared damaged. I would like to clarify that the item was not damaged or soiled upon receipt and remains in perfect condition.
Numerous attempts to resolve this issue have been made, including assurances of an inspection within seven days, which have not materialized. I possess recordings of all conversations with Myntra representatives as evidence. The deadline for resolution passed on August 7th without any contact from Myntra, leaving me no choice but to consider legal action after August 17th.
I kindly request a suitable resolution from Myntra to avoid further escalation.

I had a very disappointing experience with Myntra which has shattered my trust in the company's services. I placed an order on 23rd July [redacted] for a Varanga Women Maroon Embellished Straight Kurta for Rs [redacted] (order id [redacted][redacted]3). However, upon receiving the item on 1st August, I discovered they had sent the wrong kurti from the same brand. I promptly requested a return, which was picked up on 3rd August in good condition.
Despite following up daily, my return request was put on hold, with customer care citing the wrong reason. I have some questions regarding the quality check, barcode systems, resolution time, product pricing, customer service escalation, and the process for complaints escalation. I am giving you 24 hours to refund my money, or I will consider legal action and share my experience on social media.
This type of service is unfair, unacceptable, and falls below industry standards.

I was impressed with how Mynta handled delivery issues during COVID-19. Unfortunately, my first order on July 15th was meant for delivery in Kochi by July 24th. Surprisingly, the item was in Kochi on the 19th, only to be sent to Bengaluru the next day. While my neighbors received their orders, mine seemed stuck. Despite raising queries and waiting for resolutions, the item was not delivered. Now I just want a refund of over 2K. Despite requesting it on August 3rd and waiting for 72 hours, it wasn’t canceled. Now I’m waiting an additional 48 hours without certainty. Even after being promised an update by August 12th, I still have no resolution.

Hello team, I wanted to share an issue I encountered with Myntra. I received a call from them about a job opportunity. They requested Rs. [redacted] for document verification before scheduling my interview. After the interview, they informed me that I got the job. However, a different person contacted me two days later. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer support provided by this online shopping site. I have been struggling to receive assistance regarding an order where I was sent a used product in improper packaging. Despite immediately requesting a return upon receiving the product, my request was inexplicably put on hold for failing a quality check. It is absurd and unprofessional that there seems to be no quality check when sending out the product initially, only to have one magically appear when a customer tries to return an unsatisfactory item. I ordered a bag worth $10,[redacted], and after the discount, it cost me that much. I was very excited about it. However, upon receiving the bag, it was not properly packaged. It was carelessly stuffed in a plastic bag that was not the right size. The shape and structure of the bag were roughed up, and the lining inside was coming out. I reported the issue, got a pickup arranged, but when the delivery person arrived, he refused to take it saying I needed approval. I contacted the company, but they claimed they could not guarantee anything right now. After a lot of back and forth and feeling humiliated, they finally agreed to reopen the case and asked me to wait until a specific date. I feel like I am being blamed for ordering a defective bag.
