Please list me as the owner and trustee of the land in Mesquite, Texas and remove any individuals listed as family members who are not our children, Tiffany and Nicole Chaney. Also, please include René Herrera as my father, who has a life estate in our property. Kindly refrain from sharing our address or our children's address and send us an email notification whenever someone searches for us. Only use Bonnie as my alias, as it appears in school records. Clarify that I have no siblings but am married to Walter Chaney. Correct any erroneous work information and remove any misspelled aliases that I do not use legally. I was only supposed to be charged a one-time fee of $4.98 by MyLife, but I was charged $4.98 and an additional $44.85. I agreed to the one-time payment of $4.98, but I did not agree to a subscription or the $44.85 charge. I need that amount removed as I am on disability and did not budget for an extra $44.85. Previously, I subscribed to MyLife due to concerns over someone stalking and harassing me. Initially alerted through Facebook, I later discovered that I was being double-charged monthly for two subscriptions without access to updated information. Today, when attempting to review my account and possibly remove it, I encountered an unexpected charge of over $[redacted], far exceeding the expected $14 payment. I am not inclined to pay additional fees to MyLife and wish to have all my personal details removed, particularly as the individuals engaging in stalking behavior do not even appear on the platform. Lacking visibility into what others can see, a comment from a relative has heightened my anxieties regarding the information that may be accessible.

I do not wish to pay additional fees to MyLife and simply want all my information removed. Surprisingly, the individuals stalking me do not even appear on MyLife's platform. Despite not being able to view my profile, I am anxious about what might be visible to others, as indicated by a relative's comment.

I was mistakenly charged $83.45 for a premium subscription by My LIFE on 1/3/[redacted], which I never ordered. Despite requesting help via email multiple times since 12/30/[redacted] regarding a one-time report I paid $9.95 for but never received, I have not received any response. I have disputed these unauthorized charges with my bank and request a refund for both the $83.45 and $9.95 charges. Please cease any automatic renewals and refrain from charging my credit card in the future. It is frustrating that the only contact method provided is email, and I feel like my credit information is being held hostage. Cease these charges immediately.

While trying to sign in, I noticed a discrepancy in the charges, so I clicked "no thanks" thinking I was canceling them due to the sketchy setup. I'm requesting a refund or at least the initial user fee of $9.95. Unaware that clicking "no thanks" would finalize my payment, I had a change of heart. I may consider extending to the premium package after trying the first day. I hope this can be sorted out to avoid negative feedback on BBB. I experienced hacking and scams involving my phone number, emails, Facebook, Twitter, and Messenger, resulting in the loss of thousands of dollars from my credit and bank cards. Being a disabled individual, this has been an exceptionally challenging and distressing time for me, putting my whole family at risk. They have been my support since birth and continue to help me, especially as I recover from a recent extensive spine surgery. I purchased the $6.95 program, but my debit card was declined. I attempted to use it again with the same result. I then proceeded to use my credit card for the purchase. However, the company charged my debit card $83.40 despite it allegedly being declined. Subsequently, the debit card was charged again and the credit card was charged $[redacted].40. Another $83.40 charge appeared on the card. The agreement was for a one-time charge of $6.95 per month only. I have since closed both cards. If you wish to proceed with business, please contact me to ensure we are in agreement moving forward.

I signed up for a membership on mylife.com for $6.95 monthly but had issues using my debit card as it kept getting denied. Eventually, I used my credit card, expecting to be charged $6.95 per month, but I was actually charged annually at $83.40. The problem is my debit card was also charged $83.40, which was supposedly denied, and my wife's credit card was charged $83.40 and $[redacted].40. This totals to $[redacted].20 when it should only be $83.40. I need clarification on which card was charged and would appreciate a phone call to sort this out as I'm not tech-savvy. To whom it may concern, I recently reviewed my bank account and identified three withdrawals from Mylife.com. The $9.95 charge is accurate, but I did not authorize any additional charges. I have attached screenshots for reference. I am seeking a refund for the two additional charges as I only intended to purchase a one-time background check for $9.95. When I selected the service, it displayed as $6.95. Shortly after, my bank contacted me regarding a $[redacted].00 charge from Mylife on my card. They asked if we authorized it, but my husband and I denied approving any amount beyond $6.95. Please halt the payment immediately. Our bank advised reaching out to you first as we are disputing these charges. This situation is unacceptable. It is shocking that Mylife engages in this behavior towards unsuspecting customers.

My husband has been unable to navigate the site, other than viewing his profile, to connect with old friends. We are both seniors and not proficient with technology. We urgently request the removal of his old profiles, membership cancellation, and speaking with a customer service representative. We prefer human interaction over computer assistance. Please ensure all banking information and profiles are deleted, and refund any overcharged fees for the year. We initially signed up for monthly payments but were charged for the whole year.
