I promptly canceled my card, initiated a dispute with the bank, and reached out to the service provider without receiving a response. I did not intend to subscribe; my sole purpose was to address the errors in the background check results. Due to my current medical situation, I am unable to work, and this unauthorized charge has added financial strain. I kindly request a refund for the amount deducted from my checking account ($83.40) on October 16th, [redacted]. The transaction was linked to Bank Card Ending in "[redacted]." Please rectify this situation promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I signed up for a one-time check on my name for $1.00, but I am unable to access the site. Could you please clarify what the $1.00 charge is for? I am requesting a refund of the amount. Additionally, I noticed that my Windows account has been accessed without my authorization. If any of my information is being used, I will take legal action to shut down this company. I upgraded my access on Mylife.com to view more information and edit my profile. However, I discovered that my account is showing the details of another person named Laura Collins, aged 37 from Ben Wheeler, TX, while I am actually Lauren Collins, aged 52 from Tyler, TX. I am unable to correct this issue or reach a customer service representative for assistance. I paid for upgraded access to manage my own profile, not someone else's. I demand access to MY account to edit or block any incorrect information. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I am left with no choice but to consider cancelling my service if the matter is not resolved promptly.

I was mistakenly billed for a year's membership twice, even though I did not intend to subscribe. I was assured a complete reimbursement, which I am yet to receive. It is crucial to me that this matter is resolved promptly. While one charge has been retracted, the other remains unresolved. Since one was removed successfully, I expect the same for the remaining charge. I am puzzled as to why both were not rectified simultaneously. It is imperative to me to obtain a full refund and ensure that there are no further debits from my bank account. Kindly terminate the membership promptly to prevent a recurrence of this error. I eagerly anticipate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.

I recently noticed that inaccurate information has been added to my profile once again. Nearly two years ago, I had a conversation with a representative requesting the removal of my profile and the correction of this false information. It's important to note that I work in law enforcement in New Jersey, and I'm prepared to escalate this issue to the attorney general's office with a formal complaint. I may even consider initiating a class action lawsuit on behalf of other New Jersey residents affected by this issue. Incorrect information in written form is legally defamatory.
