I have been awaiting your call back. I was offered a meager $25 credit for a night with no power, cable, and issues like cockroaches coming through a gap under the door as well as the disturbance of noisy upstairs guests at the Tempe ASU Broadway property. I am seeking a full refund for this experience. At the Motel 6 on 42nd and Thomas in Phoenix, I stayed four nights and faced being locked out, no hot water, and a lack of basic amenities such as pots and pans. The staff and owners were rude, and the interactions were disrespectful. I feel one night's refund is appropriate, along with a request for training the staff in customer service.

I made a reservation for a 2-night stay at Motel 6 in Cedar Park, TX from October 19-21, [redacted]. I chose this location due to our visit from Spring, TX to assist family and friends affected by the flood in Lake Travis, Austin. Despite being a former Motel 6 employee and a loyal customer, this particular experience was disappointing. The smoking room we were assigned was unpleasant with burn holes in the comforters and a strong marijuana odor. To combat this, I purchased air fresheners. Additionally, there were maintenance issues such as a noisy air conditioner, used towels displayed as clean, and a disruptive incident during the night when someone attempted to enter our room. Upon our return from helping at the lake, our room card was deactivated, requiring a trip back to the front desk. We discovered our belongings had been tampered with. The lack of privacy signs exacerbated the situation. Despite our efforts to clean up and cooperate, the overall stay was far from satisfactory. I am requesting a refund due to the substandard conditions we endured during our stay.

During our stay at Motel 6 on Waterloo St in Stockton, my family and I experienced bed bugs in room [redacted]. Despite being reassured that the room was clean, we were bitten, and when we discovered the bed bugs, the manager offered no solution other than saying there were no other rooms and no refund. My daughter's arms are swollen from the bites, and both the owner and manager saw them but did not compensate us. My husband, Joseph L., brought the bugs to the manager's attention, but we were left without a resolution. We were charged $95 for the first night and $90 for the second, although the receipt shows $90 for both nights. This lack of professionalism was concerning.

I stayed at Motel 6 in Rochester, NY on October 20, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the room I rented was subpar. The heating was nonexistent, there were cleanliness issues, including human hair in the bathroom, yellow and stained sheets and towels, and dirty sheets with cigarette burn holes. I encountered roaches and unknown substances on the walls. The room also reeked of cigarette smoke although I don't smoke. The experience was unacceptable, and my wife and I had to leave after just 4 hours, canceling our second night. I believe I should not be charged for the short stay. Please address these concerns at the Rochester Airport location. Thank you.

During my extensive work travels, I have encountered numerous hotels, including various Motel 6 locations, but the customer service at the North Ridgeville, OH branch stands out negatively. Despite staying for 2 months, I faced an issue with the hotel's tax refund policy after 30 days. To circumvent this, they insisted I transfer the room to the second occupant. Additionally, after another 30 days, they made me switch rooms, causing unnecessary inconvenience. What disappoints me is the lack of consistency, as another guest has not been asked to change rooms. This experience, coupled with previous troubles at other Motel 6 sites, has led me to reconsider staying at any of your establishments in the future. This feedback aims to highlight the discrepancies in customer treatment and urge others in my company to avoid this location. A total of 3 rooms from our crew will not be returning, impacting the hotel's revenue significantly.

During my stay at Motel 6 on [redacted] Cerrillos Rd in Santa Fe, NM this morning, a guest in the lobby made racial remarks about my adopted daughter being Native American, and accused me of lying about her heritage. Despite this, the staff member (Donny) behind the counter did not intervene to address the situation. Even as I was leaving, the other guest continued with the racial remarks unimpeded. Is this the standard protocol for your hotel chain? In my past hotel experiences, staff would usually step in to diffuse such situations, but Donny did not take any action. I find it unacceptable that your hotel staff would allow guests to make racial comments about others. Thank you, Mark.

On November 24, [redacted], I woke up to find a bed bug biting me on the right side of my neck four times. I captured it in a container and found another one. Despite my efforts to seek help by ringing the service bell and trying to reach the front office, I received no response. The lack of service and response from the motel staff was concerning, especially with the ongoing issues of pests like bed bugs, spiders, and frogs in the room. I have evidence of the bed bugs and attempted contact, but the situation has not been addressed adequately. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly to ensure the comfort and safety of guests. Thank you.

I'm reaching out regarding an issue with the bathroom in my room since my arrival on Tuesday. I'm hoping to extend my check-out time without any extra charges due to the inconvenience. I have evidence of the broken door in photos and videos available upon request. During my vacation, I've been unexpectedly called back to work early, and I would greatly appreciate a late check-out time until around 2 p.m. as I need to start work at 3 p.m. I value my experiences here at the Motel and hope for your understanding, especially since I checked in very late on Wednesday, technically early on Wednesday morning, following my arrival on Tuesday night. Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I encountered a few minor issues that I believe are worth mentioning. Despite an overall pleasant stay in the newly-refurbished building, I discovered some unusual bug-like creatures behind the dresser in my room. Additionally, while I didn't report it during my stay, I noticed that the door appeared to have been previously damaged and was difficult to close properly. The front office staff, although generally fine, seemed a bit abrupt when I requested a late check-out due to these inconveniences. As a working professional, I believe a late check-out is a reasonable request, especially considering the door troubles I experienced. I captured a video of the sticking door today, as it worsened during my stay to the point where I got briefly stuck in the bathroom. I hope the hotel can accommodate my request for a slightly extended check-out time to compensate for these challenges.

During my stay at this hotel near Highway [redacted] and 30 in Grand Prairie, Texas, I had a generally pleasant experience. Despite finding some insects behind my dresser in the newly refurbished building, I enjoyed my stay. The only issue I encountered was with the front office staff, who seemed a bit rude when I requested a late check-out. I work full time and thought it was a reasonable request, especially considering there was a problem with my door that I didn't even report. The door seemed to have been damaged previously and was difficult to open, eventually leading me to get stuck in the bathroom. I believe it's a simple request to ask for a slightly later check-out time due to this inconvenience.

During my stay at the Motel 6 in Kennewick, Washington, previously Days Inn, I occupied room [redacted] for over a month. I usually paid in advance but was late on one occasion. I settled the outstanding amount by paying for three additional days. Surprisingly, I was asked to vacate the next day. After leaving and cleaning the room, my father tried to collect the remaining days and my $[redacted] cash deposit. The staff claimed they had returned the cash deposit weeks prior, which was untrue as I never received it or signed for it. I had reported issues with the TV taking four days to fix and the fridge and microwave losing power for three days, causing my food to spoil. I had lodged a complaint with the corporate office previously. Please contact me at [redacted] regarding this matter. Michael Copeland booked the room under my name, Leah Copeland.

I made room reservations with Motel 6 for four nights on Oct. 17-20, [redacted]. I have been a loyal customer since the 1960s for dog show attendance. While staying at their Pleasanton location on Hopyard Rd., I followed their "no smoking" policy by smoking outside with precautions to prevent any disturbance to other guests. To my surprise, the manager and staff accused me of smoking in the room and asked me to leave. Despite my explanation and cooperation, they only refunded me for one day instead of two. I want to address this issue with their corporate office, but I cannot find their contact information. It seems the misunderstanding arose from the housekeeper misinforming about me smoking in the room. I am seeking a full refund for the two days I booked but did not stay. I am 71 years old and handicapped, and I hope to resolve this matter positively as I value my long-standing relationship with Motel 6.

I have been residing at Motel 6 in Ardmore, OK since May due to my husband's pipeline job. Recently, I discovered they offer kitchenette rooms, which would be more convenient for my kids and dog. I noticed an available kitchenette room yesterday around 3/4 pm, inquired at the office, and was instructed to wait until 8 am the next morning to switch rooms. However, when I arrived this morning to pay for the room change, I was informed they had already rented it to someone else as it would generate more income. Despite being granted a sales tax exemption for staying over 30 days, I am puzzled and disappointed as I had expressed my interest in that particular room which was disregarded.

I am facing difficulties with the motel I am staying at as they are asking me to leave due to odor complaints from other guests passing by my room. I have Sjogren's syndrome and am on antibiotics for a sinus infection, which affect my ability to detect smells. Despite passing the last room inspection, there were issues with odors from old meat and my dog being sick. I do not want to confront the management due to stress and my health conditions. The cleanliness of the establishment is subpar, with stains, discarded mattresses, and a fly infestation near the dumpster. I try to maintain cleanliness, unlike other irresponsible guests, and do not appreciate being singled out. I believe it is unfair to evict me over issues that can be addressed. Thank you for addressing my concerns about the trash and cleanliness with the management previously.

I have been at Motel 6 for a week since checking in on October 23. This morning, when I went to pay, the manager informed me that my room was already booked for the day, so I couldn't stay. Upset and with my two kids, I was told to move to another room 3 doors down, which I found unprofessional. I was overcharged today, $27 more than usual, making me feel undervalued. I just want respect, my money reimbursed, or another free night. The new room at $87 lacks a refrigerator, unlike the $64 one with both a microwave and fridge. I hope for a fair resolution. Thank you.

During my stay at Motel 6 North in Redding, CA from September 26, [redacted], to October 15, [redacted], my son experienced bites which led us to discover bed bugs in our initial room. Despite only being refunded for two nights and having our belongings cleaned and moved to a new room, upon further inspection, I found several new clothing items missing. Given the circumstances and unsatisfactory compensation, I hope to reach a fair resolution for the five uncompensated nights and the missing belongings. I am LEA FLANGAN and can be contacted at [redacted]. I have refrained from posting reviews to avoid any negative impact but seek an amicable solution with the management.

I had a reservation for check-in on 10/27 and check-out on 10/28. Upon arriving at 9:30 pm, I discovered issues in my room - a foul odor from the sink and a broken shower knob. After reaching out to the front desk, I was told no other rooms were available and promised a call back, which never happened. Despite multiple follow-ups, the problem wasn't resolved. The next morning, I was informed the general manager wasn't available as promised. I was offered a voucher for another location, which wasn't feasible for me. I ended up disappointed with the service and would like to request a reimbursement for my stay.

I stayed at Motel 6 in Tampa on Friday night with my daughter, Francesca A. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. However, there was a lot of drug activity happening. People were getting high on the stairs, blocking our way to our room. There were fights, people begging for money, and the smell of weed was everywhere. My daughter was frightened. I informed the staff the next morning, and they mentioned having a police officer on-site. I did see a cop around 1 a.m., but he was just sitting in his car. This was meant to be a fun night for us as we were going to Busch Gardens for Hollow Scream. My daughter was scared to leave her car and belongings outside the room. I am a frequent Motel 6 guest, and this was the first time I encountered such an issue. Someone should keep an eye on the situation there.

I checked in yesterday, October 28, [redacted], at the Chino, CA property reserved through Expedia for 3 adults. Upon arrival, there was no mention that the additional guests needed to show ID. Later, my adult children were locked out of the room by mistake and were treated poorly by the front desk staff. When I addressed the issue, the staff member was rude and claimed it had been 24 hours since check-in, which was not accurate. Despite mentioning a broken AC, no alternative room was offered. This experience with Motel 6 was disappointing and unexpected. I had planned to extend my stay but now unsure due to the poor treatment. I request a few complimentary days or a substantial discount to rectify the situation. A prompt response is appreciated before I escalate this matter further. Thank you.

I recently experienced an issue at the Motel 6 on West Saginaw Hwy in Lansing, MI. After paying for my room on Sunday, October 28th, the manager Brendon accused me of an incident from three years ago, stating I was not allowed to stay there. Despite my attempts to understand the situation, he refused to provide any details, mentioning that I knew what I had done. Although I was allowed to stay that night, I was asked to leave the next day. Upon discussing this with my father, he contacted Brendon to inquire about the issue, as I had never encountered any problems during my multiple stays at the hotel. Subsequently, Brendon called my room and insisted that I leave immediately, citing different reasons such as past issues, too much traffic to my room, and my age, which he inaccurately claimed as under 21. His behavior was unprofessional and caused me distress.
