Since October 12, [redacted], I've been trying to exchange/return Order #[redacted]. The black crossbody bag (Ref. [redacted]) arrived with a torn plastic wrapper and loose strap that was taped back. The brown bag in the same order was perfectly sealed. Initially, I requested an exchange as it was a gift. After communicating with Ilana, sending bag photos, and attempting to print return labels, I'm considering returning the entire order #[redacted] with bags labeled RMA [redacted] and [redacted]. I purchased a small crossbody bag for $23.77, but was charged $39.95 the next day. Please explain the additional charge. If you cannot resolve this issue, kindly refund the full $39.95 to my Visa card. If the error cannot be fixed, please cancel the order. I was in the process of considering an order when I clicked on it to check the shipping fees. Ultimately, I decided not to proceed, so the order was not finalized. Despite informing you through my daughter that the order was not completed due to a change of mind, I received an email stating otherwise. The payment has not gone through on my bank's end, and they were unable to provide a transaction number. I am requesting a refund to be issued back to my account. Kindly send me a return postage sticker so I can send the item back. When I attempted to contact your customer service last night, I was redirected to a site that required payment for assistance, which I find unacceptable. I simply wish to return the package and receive a refund. I received a package yesterday from Mob Stub, which I did not order, leading me to believe it was sent in error. I recently purchased a teal crossbody bag on 11/4 but mistakenly missed selecting the size during ordering. I received the wrong item without any paperwork included. I have sent five emails expressing my disappointment with this company. I ordered a game for my little boy in blue, but the order confirmation showed black. Despite my attempts after placing the order to contact customer service and rectify the mistake to change it to blue, the item is now on its way in black. This mix-up will disappoint my son on Christmas. I am determined to spread the word about this company's poor business practices, making it simple to collect money but not deliver satisfactory service. Thank you for your lack of assistance.

I placed an order for a gift on December 15 with a delivery date of yesterday, December 19, but unfortunately, I did not receive it. The order was processed through PayPal on December 15. I recently purchased a pair of Anti-Glare glasses that were supposed to fit over my regular glasses. Unfortunately, I received the wrong glasses that do not fit over my existing pair. I reached out to your company via email, and Adam promptly responded, requesting a picture for clarification. Despite providing the necessary documentation, I did not receive any further communication after sending the picture. I followed up three times but have yet to receive a response, which I find disappointing.
