I made a purchase on December 8th for 6 pairs of women's compression socks, totaling $10.59. Although the order seemed to duplicate, I intended to keep both sets. Strangely, the duplicate transaction has disappeared, but my bank account shows the proper amount for one order. I simply want to receive the socks. I have not yet received my order #[redacted], which was supposed to arrive on December 29th at 1:36 PM. I recently received a response from USPS regarding my claim. The message stated that my parcel was mishandled and that they were unable to locate the mis-delivered item that was sent to the wrong address instead of [redacted] 62nd St. I am sharing this as proof to the sender that I did not receive the item. Hello,
I purchased a black Super Soft Leather Crossbody bag approximately 6 weeks ago. Just a week after starting to use it, one of the rivets on the strap came off. This has made me hesitant to continue using the purse as I'm worried the strap might slip through and it will fall off my shoulder. I purchased three items from MobStub, all delivered promptly from different states. Unfortunately, only one had an invoice, making it challenging to process the returns correctly. Additionally, I received two flash drives instead of one and was charged for both. The lack of clear instructions on needing a computer to access the content led me to return the items. The 10-foot charging cords I ordered for my Galaxy S8 were actually for an S7 and below, resulting in extra postage fees for the returns. I am disappointed with the purple purse I received from MobStub. The purse, approximately 9 inches by 9 inches, was not the right shade of purple I desired, and the color and size did not meet my expectations. The only distinctive mark was "MAZE EXCLUSIVE," which had a backward E, and it seemed to be made of a cloth-like material. I prefer a refund as I have already purchased another purse elsewhere that I am satisfied with. After patiently waiting for a response, Mobstub finally replied to my email. However, instead of providing the RMA as requested, they inquired about the reason for the return. The Mobstub website clearly states to contact them within 30 days for an RMA "if you are unhappy with your product(s) for any reason." I believe their email asking for the reason behind the return is merely a delay tactic. Assistance is needed in obtaining the RMA from Mobstub. Thank you.

On the bright side, the link to track the return works fine. However, as I am unable to print the return label, I haven't been able to send the package back.
