I purchased 6 of your 5-port chargers, but only 3 ports are working. There were no instructions included, and I'm unsure if they are supposed to function this way. I have been attempting to reach your customer service department for a few weeks now. I made a substantial purchase of over $[redacted] on your products this season. I ordered a total of four comforters but only received three. The missing one is a king-size chocolate brown and cream goose down comforter. Additionally, I did not receive a couple of bracelets meant as gifts, one for a grandmother and granddaughter, and the other for a grandmother and grandson. I purchased a princess ring, size 7, from your store. Unfortunately, the ring arrived with 8 missing stones. I promptly returned it in the original packaging with a letter describing the issue. Order #[redacted]. I ordered 3 Women's Fashion pillboxes on 5/8/16 - 1 yellow, 1 blue, and 1 pink. However, when I received the order on 5/18/16, I received 1 black and 2 yellow pillboxes instead. I need the specific colors for different medication schedules throughout the day. I already have a black one and would like to return it along with 1 yellow, and have them replaced with the pink and blue ones as initially ordered. Hello, I made a purchase from your company on April 20, [redacted], and received it recently. My order number was [redacted]. I bought an iFlash USB Drive for iPhone and iPad, but it seems poorly made. Despite managing to download pictures from my iPhone, it isn't transferring them to my computer. The item cost $49 and was a 64 GB Rose Gold drive. I also got a two-pack of Wireless Desktop Smartphone Chargers in black and white for $33, but both are not functioning. Hi Ilana, I am Ginny Fox. I previously emailed you regarding my recent purchase issue. The Crossbody Purse I bought on 4/28 and received last week is too small for my needs. Yesterday, on June 4th, I received my order. However, I noticed that the purse is too small for my liking. Hello, I have been trying to get an issue resolved without success. I ordered a purse in the color coffee, but received the wrong color. Sarah from customer service apologized on 5-24-18 and assured me the correct color would be sent within 3-7 business days. Despite sending pictures of the wrong color and shipping slip, I still haven't received my purse as of today. I am inquiring about the status of my refund. Despite following all the instructions provided, I have not yet received it. Unfortunately, there is no phone support available, which makes it challenging to resolve this issue promptly. My order for toothbrush heads was incorrect in size, and after considerable effort, I obtained the return instructions. I have not yet received the item I ordered. Customer service advised that it was sent and I should check with my post office, which I did, but there's no record of a package being delivered. They promised to send another one, but I haven't received that either. I've emailed multiple times but haven't received any replies. Also, when I called the phone number provided, it had no live person to help, just a recording. This experience has made me hesitant about ordering more products. It's crucial for a merchant to follow through with what they promise and provide good customer service. I shop online frequently, and these are important factors to me. I ordered one purse initially, then two more. Once they arrived, I chose one and decided to return the other two. Despite reaching out for instructions, I didn't receive a clear return procedure. I ended up sending one purse back to the shipping address I had, only to receive a return address via email later that day. I then sent the second purse to the new address provided. Each package included my order details, email, mailing address, and order numbers. However, I haven't received any update on my refund even though both purses are now in the hands of MobStub. Considering MobStub's presence on the BBB website, I'm unsure if I should contact them directly. I simply seek confirmation of receipt and the processing of my refund to resolve this matter.

I purchased several pieces of jewelry in July. Out of all the items, I returned two via mail several weeks ago. The first item was the climbing cat pendant #[redacted], returned for a $14.95 refund to [redacted] North America Drive, West Seneca, NY, [redacted]. I also returned the genuine tanzanite stud earrings #[redacted] for a refund of $16.95 to 15 West 37th Street, 10th Floor, NY, NY, [redacted]. Despite mailing them, I have not received the refunds yet. I was informed via email that refunds without tracking numbers cannot be processed back to my credit card. Unfortunately, I do not have the tracking numbers as a family member mailed the items for me, and I never received the receipts. I have attempted to contact both addresses directly but did not find listed phone numbers. I am disappointed that after returning the items in their original packaging and covering the postage, I have neither the jewelry nor the refunds.
