I have reached out via email twice and have yet to receive a proper response regarding how to proceed with a return or exchange. I purchased a game boy with [redacted] games as a Christmas gift for my son. Unfortunately, upon opening it on Christmas morning, we noticed that half of the screen appears cracked and black. The issue is not visible until the device is turned on, causing disappointment for my son. I am eager to receive a replacement for the faulty item and am willing to return the defective one. Order No. [redacted] includes 2 Lock Wallets and 1 pair of earrings. Regrettably, the wallets do not suit my disabled son. After receiving the return label via email, I faced a delay in printing it due to a need for a new printer cartridge. Unfortunately, upon resolving the printer issue, I realized the label had expired. I have since requested a new label to be sent by mail due to challenges with my older computer. Additionally, the earrings from the order have not been delivered, with the tracking indicating they are still in transit. I am seeking assistance in locating the missing item. I purchased a mob stub leather crossover bag in brown and blue on December 6, [redacted]. So far, I have only received the brown one with shipping number GB-Dash-[redacted] via UPS. I am still waiting for the blue one and would appreciate receiving it soon. The payment was made with my Discover card. Please deliver the missing purse to 40 [redacted] Cherry Hill Drive, Apt. I purchased 3 purses on 1/24/[redacted] totaling $74.85 under Order #[redacted]. I later received an additional 3 purses in a second order that I did not authorize, costing $96.80. Although I'm unsure of the order number, I have a reference number [redacted]49. I have made multiple attempts to communicate via email regarding the return process. After receiving instructions, I was unable to locate the button to print the return label. Kindly provide the return label promptly so I can send back the items and receive a refund of $96.80. It's frustrating that my previous messages have not received any response, and seeing similar complaints from other customers adds to my concern. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

I purchased a purse that was poorly constructed, where the handle was sewn together with a patch because of a material shortage. Unfortunately, the pieces have since separated, and only the stitching on each side of the strap and the piece of tape are keeping them together. I don't have my order number as I was unaware of the issue. I bought a blue one, which is okay, and a black one, which has the problem. The black purse features three pockets on one side, with a credit card case at the bottom, and two pockets on the other side. Thank you for your help. - Pat H.

I purchased a light brown soft leather crossbody bag on February 13, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged with a black spot on it, poor quality, and has an unpleasant smell. The bag had an MAZE Exclusive label. I did not receive any paperwork with the order, thus lacking an order number. I did receive a USPS tracking number: [redacted][redacted]23. Despite not being able to print the order at the time, I request assistance in resolving this issue. This is my second attempt. My details are as follows: Carla S. I am reaching out for the final time regarding my recent purchase of 2 purses from your company. The purses turned out to be too small and the quality of the leather is disappointing. I made a purchase on April 6th from MobStub.com for $34.62. It was a one-time purchase, not a recurring ACH debit. I have never authorized anyone to automatically withdraw money from my checking account. I did not consent to your company withdrawing any additional funds. Please cease this action and send me written confirmation that neither your company nor any affiliated partners will withdraw funds from my checking accounts. Order # [redacted] - W. Hailey I received my order on Friday, April 24, [redacted], and unfortunately, the package was torn open with the contents missing. I visited the post office and they confirmed the package arrived in that state. They advised me to contact you since it was a priority mail shipment and insured. I would like to either file an insurance claim or request a reshipment of the items. If you decide to resend the items, please consider using a more secure package, like a box, to prevent theft. On May 2nd, my wife Mary placed an order for a navy purse and navy wallet. However, after more than a week, she received a navy purse and a black wallet instead. She contacted MobStub on May 16th, and on the 17th, she received a notice acknowledging her inquiry. Despite following up on May 19th, 20th, and 29th, she only heard back on May 26th from Hanna, who asked for an image of the items, which Mary promptly provided. As of today, she has not received any further response from them. It has been over 5 weeks since Mary's original order and the mistake in color. I recently bought a black crossbody bag, but it's too small for my wallet. I've been trying to get a return label and instructions without success. I received an email from Eric acknowledging my concern, but I'm still waiting for a follow-up. My order number is [redacted], placed on 6/11/20, and I received the bag on 6/18. On June 21, [redacted], I placed an order for 4 pack tie dye face masks with order number #[redacted] and a Crossbody Bag with order number #[redacted]. Despite receiving confirmation emails from Mobstub, I ended up getting the 4 pack Tie Dye Face Masks instead of the Crossbody Bag. I contacted them via email with screenshots of my orders but only received a notification that the bag had shipped. It has been over 7 days since I made the order, and despite contacting them on July 2nd or 3rd, I was promised a response by July 6th, but have yet to hear back as of 4:20 PM. I placed an order for a purse in September, but it was delivered to the incorrect address. Mobstub assured me a replacement would be sent. I checked the tracking information and it shows as shipped since October 30th with no further updates. The order number is #[redacted] and the tracking number is TY [redacted][redacted]. I purchased a Multifunctional Canvas Bag as a gift for my daughter, which was scheduled for delivery to her house. Despite the tracking showing the package was delivered on March 9, [redacted] at 11:44 AM, my daughter never received it. The Post Office claims they delivered the package by mail on that date and time, while UPS confirms it was delivered to her door on the same date. However, upon checking my daughter's Ring doorbell, there is no activity recorded for that date. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and unable to afford a replacement. I am seeking advice on how to proceed in getting the order I paid for. Thank you for your assistance.

I made a mistake with my address when ordering a speech learning product for children. Despite entering a Connecticut address, it ended up showing my old California address after payment. I paid $15 via PayPal for the item suitable for children aged two and above. I kindly request to change the shipping address to 45 Spring St., Apt 1, Middletown, Connecticut. I have recently received Order #[redacted][redacted], but unfortunately, the size I received was incorrect. Instead of a medium, I received a small. Regarding the return process, I attempted to print the shipping label through the provided RMA [redacted]2 link in the email, but it did not work. Despite requesting a PDF link for printing, I have not received it yet. I am eager to exchange the small size item for a medium as soon as possible. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter as I have been patiently waiting for a resolution, as I am unable to speak with someone directly to address this issue.

I ordered a Purple leather purse (L) in February but it was too small, so I returned it. However, I have not yet received a credit for it. Following that, I ordered a Purple leather purse in XL, but I received a brown one instead, which is the wrong color. I specifically want the purse in Purple. I have kept the wrong item in its packaging and requested a Purple leather purse in XL along with a return label. It has been close to a month, and no action has been taken to correct this mistake. In early August, I made an order for a red bag and was charged $3.00 on August 3rd and $19.00 on September 3rd, but I never received the bag. Today, I noticed another $19.00 charge, which I assume is a club fee I was unaware of. I am requesting a refund for all these charges on my credit card and do not want to receive the bag. Please refrain from charging any more fees on my credit card. I attempted to contact customer support using the provided number, but all I got was a recording.
