I purchased some coins on my Nintendo Switch to buy a couple of maps on Minecraft. I saved these maps to my account. Recently, I had to delete Minecraft to make room for another game. After finishing the game, I reinstalled Minecraft on my Switch and logged back in. Now, it shows that I have no coins, even though I had around [redacted], and all the maps I owned are locked, prompting me to repurchase them. My account name is WoolOsprey24186, and my Nintendo Switch name is TOG0212.

I enjoy playing Minecraft on the PS4. However, after the recent update that merged the PS4 edition with cross-play, I lost my beloved hyena skin. Upon exploring the new user interface, I noticed the skin was missing. I searched through every skin pack available but couldn't find it. Losing access to this skin has dampened my enthusiasm for the game, and I find myself less motivated to play as frequently as before.

I'd like to redeem the Java Windows 10 version as I've had my Minecraft account since [redacted] and meet the requirements. However, when I try to claim the free Java Edition, I keep getting an error message stating they have run out of gift codes temporarily. I'm eager for an update as others have mentioned they were able to get a code to redeem their free copy of the game.

I need help with my PlayStation 4 Minecraft game issue. After the recent update to 1.14, my Giant's server for me and my friends isn't functioning properly. The game lags, running at half a frame per second, making movement nearly impossible. Additionally, my friends can't join unless they navigate away from where our structures are located on the server. This glitch has disrupted our gameplay significantly.

I logged into two machines with the same Microsoft account by mistake ([redacted]) and installed Minecraft on the second device. I uninstalled the game, logged out, rebooted, and signed in with another Microsoft account ([redacted]) on the second machine. Subsequently, I bought another copy of Minecraft and installed it. However, the game still recognizes the first account even though the store shows that I am logged in with the second account.

While attempting to purchase a copy of the game with my mother's Mastercard, we encountered persistent errors regarding the card information. Repeated attempts led to unintentional charges, totaling four times the game's price. Unfortunately, we lack a transaction ID to reach out to Mojang for assistance. Seeking advice on obtaining refunds and accessing the game to avoid my mother's frustration. Please note that we are Spanish, hence possible language errors in the message. Thank you for any guidance on resolving this issue.

I recently archived Minecraft on my Nintendo Switch to free up space for another game. After completing the new game, I reinstalled Minecraft. I was able to log into my Microsoft account, but my purchased packs didn't load. In the shop, I saw that packs I bought are asking me to repurchase them, even though I already own them. Unfortunately, I don't have any Minecoins left to repurchase the packs.

A few years ago, I used a non-Gmail email to register for Minecraft. Recently, I forgot my email username and haven't needed the password to access the game until now. Today, I found out my password was changed, and I can't log in. The issue is I need the email to reset the password, but I can't remember its password or regain access to it. Every support resource I've checked instructs me to enter the email for a password reset, which is impossible for me since I can't access my email. Any advice?

While playing in my bedrock world on Windows 10 (from the Microsoft Store), my computer suddenly shut down. Upon restarting, I discovered that the world had disappeared, leaving me puzzled and frustrated. This isn't the first time this has happened, and I'm at a loss on how to resolve it. The game being from the store means I don't have access to saved world files, complicating the situation further. I'm unsure if it's even possible to retrieve my lost worlds. My account is [redacted], and I go by the username Happybluegirlmi.

A few years back, my dad gave me a Minecraft gift code that I successfully applied to my account. Recently, due to the updates, I'm now unable to access my Mojang settings because the new policy requires users to be 13 years or older. I will be turning 13 in March, so I'm wondering if I will then automatically gain access.
Additionally, whenever I attempt to obtain parental permission, it's asking my mom to repurchase the game.
My Minecraft game email is [redacted]

While playing Minecraft, I unfortunately encountered a mishap in the nether where I lost all my belongings after falling into lava. Instead of saving and quitting, I opted to turn off my computer hoping my items would still be intact. However, upon reloading the game, I noticed that my previous achievements, like "Sweet Dreams," were showing as newly achieved. Spending some time in the nether, I observed repeated chunks and lost track of the nether fortress. To add to the oddities, mining blocks yielded no results, I didn't take fall damage, and I heard a strange beep through my headphones. Any suggestions on how to rectify this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I need help with an issue regarding my twin boys who are 7 years old. They play Minecraft on their iPads and have Microsoft accounts where all their purchased items are saved. Recently, I changed their gamertags online through their Microsoft accounts as they requested something cool. However, after the change, they noticed that all their previously bought skins, worlds, and texture packs worth over $[redacted] are now showing as locked and available for purchase again. This seems like a mistake and I am concerned about how to restore their purchased items. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I purchased a Minecraft account approximately 8 to 9 years ago and have been logging in with my username and password. Recently, I wanted to create a Minecraft Realms to play with friends overseas, so I attempted to migrate to a Mojang account. However, I am required to provide my old email address, which I seem to have forgotten. Despite trying all the email accounts I had at that time, none seem to be working. When I clicked on "forgot email" on the migration page, it redirected me to a website instructing me to first migrate my account to reset my email. This has created a loop where I can't migrate my account without the email and can't reset the email without migrating the account.
As I purchased Minecraft many years ago, I no longer have the transaction ID. I found a forum post from someone facing similar issues linked below. I apologize for the frustration and thank you for any help you can provide.

I wanted to share a suggestion for a Minecraft add-on with you. The proposed add-on involves a new feature where players can "uncraft" items. Keep in mind, damaged items like a damaged diamond helmet or an anvil cannot be uncrafted to prevent an overpowered situation. When uncrafting a diamond sword, there is a 20% chance that instead of receiving 2 diamonds, you might get only 1 or none at all. The new crafting station, known as the "reverse table," is crafted similarly to a regular crafting table but with iron surrounding the wood and a gold block on top. Additionally, uncrafting items with at least 2 diamonds could have a 2% chance of producing a "glitched ingot." This ingot can be used to create slightly better armor than diamond gear or other glitched items such as a speedy furnace or a versatile multi-tool. Despite the powerful nature of glitched items, the rarity of obtaining glitched ingots adds a risk factor, making the game more challenging and rewarding with extra achievements. Consider this suggestion for your Minecraft gaming experience. Thank you.

Hello, I am interested in finding out how to earn trophies in my world once again.
A week ago, while playing Minecraft with my friend in my world, I got defeated in the END while he was in the overworld. I attempted to teleport, but the command did not work. Before this incident, I had earned a trophy. Upon revisiting my world today, I noticed a message stating, "you can't earn trophies in this world." I inquired with my friend to understand how this occurred. I feel this is unfair because I did not activate any cheats or features, yet now I am unable to earn any more trophies in my survival world. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or enable the trophy feature in my world again? I have been playing your game for four years and enjoy it, so I would appreciate your help. Thank you.

I purchased the "Monster School" Minecraft world from the Marketplace for my daughter, and it seems to have a glitch. Whenever she reaches a specific point, the game freezes, preventing her from moving her character or interacting properly. We have attempted troubleshooting methods like reinstalling the game and restarting the PlayStation to no avail. I have reached out to PlayStation Network, but they were unable to assist me. I understand technical issues can occur, but as a frequent buyer from the Minecraft Marketplace, I hope to either resolve the problem or request a refund. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your assistance. Thank you. - Heather C.

Hello,
I have an older version of Minecraft in Java and I'm trying to claim the Windows 10 edition. On my account page, there is a button available for it. However, when I click on it, I receive this error message: "Error! We seem to have temporarily run out of gift codes for Minecraft for Windows 10. Not to worry, more codes will be available soon. Please check back later!"
Thank you for your assistance.

I recall creating my Mojang account at the end of [redacted] with the username SuperCrafter2013 for my Minecraft character. However, I am unable to access the account since the email used belongs to my father, who has forgotten it and switched to a different email. As a result, I cannot initiate a password reset. I am hoping to regain access to my account, but the challenge lies in not knowing the original email address nor the password. Is there a way to redirect the password reset to a new email address with only the knowledge of my username, SuperCrafter2013?

I've been attempting to cancel my Realms subscription for the past two weeks without success. Even after I thought it was sorted out, my card got charged again, leaving me extremely frustrated. Additionally, my son's 30-day trial only started three days before it was set to end. I am very disappointed with this experience and if my son wasn't such a fan of the game, I would delete it entirely. I request that Minecraft refunds my charges and cancels my subscription promptly, as I have been unable to do so myself.

I bought Minecraft during its beta stage around [redacted] and had an account with all my skins until 2[redacted]. Now, with a new computer, when I tried to log in to download the Java version, I couldn't access my old account. Despite following the instructions on both Mojang and Minecraft websites to migrate my account, my email and old username are not recognized for password reset.
When I attempted to create a new account using my old username, it said it was taken, suggesting my old account still exists. I simply want access to my old account and my original username, as well as the game I purchased years ago.
Thank you.
