I encountered an issue in the nether that was really frustrating for me. Here's what happened: I was mining, trying to descend safely, but got caught near some lava. I managed to survive the initial encounter and attempted to run away to safety before the lava could harm me further. Surprisingly, the fire effect dissipated, and I was still alive. However, out of nowhere, more lava suddenly appeared without me interacting with anything. Despite not mining or touching anything, I tragically died, losing all my items, including a diamond pickaxe. The sudden appearance of the lava was unexpected and devastating. I kindly request that this issue be addressed to prevent such incidents from reoccurring in the future.

Hello, I am experiencing issues with my account where all the skins, worlds, and packages I bought on the marketplace are no longer playable or accessible. I purchased a Minecraft Realms subscription, but I am unable to play. An error message states: "The last time we left something pending, let's complete the creation of your realms." The purchase went through, but my realms were not created. It mentions that the realms will be set up soon; however, it's still pending. The issue has been ongoing for a day. It advises checking back later and if the problem continues for more than a day, to contact Mojang support. I am unsure how to proceed further with this delay on my PS4 system.

Hello, I'm a PS5 player trying to play with a friend on PC. I discovered that using realms would allow us to play together across different platforms. I purchased a 30-day subscription to host a server, but encountered issues sending the realm link to my friend or adding him through Microsoft. Hello! It's been a while since I played Minecraft, and I've forgotten my username. Microsoft insists that my username (Moonshine) is only part of the information needed, which I find frustrating. I've tried changing my password and logging in with both my email and username without success. Microsoft won't let me migrate without my full username, which is very frustrating. They have my information but won't provide it, which seems unreasonable. I don't understand why they can't just give me my username so I can transfer my account and play the game. It's frustrating that they have my information but won't share it with me. I wish they would make this process smoother so I can access my account and play Minecraft.

I used a $50 gift card to buy [redacted] mine coins. My 12-year-old bought "Furniture+" from the Minecraft store without my permission. Now I see only 20 in-game coins. I want a refund for the purchase and to remove the "Furniture+" add-on. If that's not possible, I would like the correct amount of in-game coins added. Hello, I am experiencing difficulties with my family plan, as I have made a payment for a realm subscription on Minecraft but have not received access after 17 days. Despite following the given instructions carefully, I am unable to see the realm in the realms section of my account. I downloaded "Warship Empire: Battle Fleet" by The Craft Stars a few days ago. However, I have encountered a consistent issue where it prompts for an update that I have done multiple times, but still doesn't allow me to play or create a world. I have tried reaching out to Microsoft since you need to be logged into Microsoft to use the Marketplace in Minecraft, but they couldn't assist as the purchase doesn't show up as made directly through Microsoft. Therefore, I am unable to get any help from them. I would like a refund for this purchase since the game is currently unplayable despite multiple update attempts.

I bought a Minecraft game card from Walmart as a birthday gift for my friend's son. They couldn't get the game to work even after contacting support. Can I return the card since the code is exposed? When I try to change the email on the official Minecraft website, it directs me to contact support. However, when I click on it, it says the connection is not secure. I have a Minecraft account that I've been playing for years. The issue started when I forgot my password. Despite repeatedly trying to reset it using my old email, [redacted], I never received any reset codes. I then attempted to create a new account with the email [redacted], but I'm having the same trouble receiving any codes. I just want to enjoy the game I've been playing for the past 7-8 years. Hello, I am having an issue with my Minecraft accounts. I have purchased the game on two accounts previously. Currently, I am only able to access one account named "Zippo_23," but I would like to be able to log in to my other account named "Keifele," formerly known as "HiasMayer." The problem I am facing is that I cannot remember the email associated with the Keifele account. I have attempted all possible emails with no success. Hello, I've been wanting to revisit Minecraft after a few years. I received the game as a gift, but I'm unsure if it was for my 9th birthday (before [redacted]) or my 10th birthday (after [redacted]). Back then, we needed a username and password (not an email address) on the launcher to play. I believe my username was Thebellekid or Thebelkid, possibly followed by ..9 or ..09, but I'm uncertain about uppercase letters. While I vaguely remember my password and have tried various versions, I've been unsuccessful in recovering my account on the site to migrate it to a Mojang account for gameplay. For reference, my email address at the time was [redacted], and my father's email (who might have used his address to set it up for me) was [redacted] This account holds sentimental value as it represents my childhood. Hello, I purchased items in the Marketplace using coins a while back. Today, I received a message prompting me to register with Microsoft. After doing so, I tried to access the worlds I had purchased but found them all blocked. This is frustrating for me. Hello, I have a special inquiry regarding my two Microsoft accounts. The main account is 32*****[redacted], and the secondary account is mil***[redacted] During the recent Minecraft animal voting event, my secondary account was able to enter the bedrock server and vote before my primary account, which missed the voting deadline. I understand that by voting, players can receive an extra JAVA cape. However, my secondary account has not received the JAVA cape yet. I have a few questions: 1. When can I expect the cape to arrive for the secondary account? 2. If the primary account did not vote, will I still receive the JAVA cape? 3. If the primary account is unable to receive the JAVA cape and the secondary account has not received it either, could you please transfer the cape from the secondary account to my primary account?
