I have bought Minecraft: Java Edition, played it with multiple worlds and files to prove it. Today, when I logged in, it showed 'Play Demo' instead of 'Play Offline'. On October 16, [redacted], I discovered multiple unauthorized weekly charges of $63.85 for a product called Premium Version Super Effects (Maps Among Us for Minecraft) under order number 3[redacted]-5[redacted]9 on the Google Play Store. These charges were made on November 13, [redacted], and November 16, [redacted], for items I never purchased. Since the receipts were sent to an inactive email account, I was unaware of these transactions. I never intentionally bought this service and when I realized the charges on my credit card statement, I contacted my credit card company to dispute them. My card was blocked, and I was issued a new one, leading to difficulties in resolving this issue directly with the Play Store. I am seeking refunds for the unauthorized charges. I've been experiencing difficulties with accessing my Minecraft account for the past week. After signing out of my laptop at work, I returned to find the Minecraft launcher asking for my password, which I entered without success. I've been struggling for about two weeks to regain access to my Minecraft account, and I am unwilling to pay more than $20 for a new license. Despite trying to reset my password using my linked email address, I haven't received any emails in either my spam or regular inbox. I've double-checked for any typos, and since I don't have many email accounts, I even tried sending emails to all of them. The email I am certain is correct is the one associated with the Mojang account migration from 1-2 years ago, giving me confidence it's the right one. After not receiving a response to the support ticket I sent to Mojang on March 20, I am feeling desperate. Their customer support has been unresponsive, and if I can't recover my account, I may have to stop playing the game.

My friend, Dan, created a realm for me and some friends to join. To access it, I was instructed to go to the "friends" section and click on a button that says "join realm" or "add realm." However, this button is not visible to me. Instead, I only see an option to "add friend" when there should be a button to join a realm. When I try to login to Java servers to play online with my friends, I keep getting a message saying the authentication servers are down. Whenever I try to join a server, I am unable to, even though my friends don't have any issues logging in. I need help fixing this problem since the authentication servers appear to be working for others.

I've been experiencing issues connecting my Microsoft account to Minecraft on Nintendo Switch for quite some time now. Despite reinstalling the game multiple times and trying to troubleshoot with Xbox support, the error persists without any specific explanation. Each time I attempt to log in, I am directed to https:/aka.ms/remoteconnect and given a code, only to be looped back to the same prompt after entering the code in Minecraft. While playing on my Bedrock world on Xbox One, a sudden incident occurred while using my Netherite gear. After months of hard work, I experienced a game-breaking issue resulting in the loss of everything I had achieved.
