Hello, I have used my email "[redacted]" for the past 6-9 years. It has been my primary email for all my activities. I relocated to Europe 3 years ago and overlooked updating this information. Recently, I have been unable to access my account due to suspicions of unauthorized access, though it is indeed me due to my constant travel patterns. Despite these travel habits being consistent for years, the account recovery process now claims I lack sufficient information, which is frustrating. The crucial data stored in this email has prompted me to update my phone number, switching from my old Canadian number to a new Austrian one to facilitate receiving a PIN. I am hopeful that you can assist me in resolving this matter. Thank you for your anticipated help.

I am experiencing issues with my Outlook account. Someone is sending emails from my account to suspicious addresses, and I keep receiving notifications for undeliverable emails. Despite resetting my password and re-installing the app, the problem persists. Moreover, I am encountering pop-up requests for my password on my phone and tablet, which I suspect are linked to this scam. I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I am having difficulty installing MS Office Home & Student [redacted]. I clicked a link to download the software as I do not have a CD. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue during the installation process and was unable to proceed. Although I have a product key, I was not prompted to enter it. I am seeking assistance with the installation and would appreciate guidance from support to ensure that I complete the process correctly.

Around a year ago, I had an encounter with someone who claimed to be a Microsoft technician and mentioned they cleaned my computer and installed antivirus software. They charged around $[redacted] on my credit card. This person remotely accessed my computer, added new icons for computer diagnostics, and insisted on renewing the coverage, which I declined. Recently, I received calls stating a refund was issued for the services, instructing me to contact their refund department at 1-[redacted]. When I called and mentioned I no longer had a computer, the man I spoke to became rude and offensive before hanging up. Both the person I initially dealt with and this recent individual had Indian accents, making me now concerned about the legitimacy of the situation. If needed, please reach out at [redacted] or via email at the provided address.

I am locked out of my account with case number [redacted]. My recovery email was [redacted] Unfortunately, I had a corrupted extension on my Google browser. After unsuccessfully trying to have Google fix it, I reinstalled the browser on 1/23/19. You can verify this by viewing my Google tweets on Twitter. I understand I may be a nuisance, but please help me retrieve my account as it contains important Medicare and legal information. I have other emails like [redacted] and used to have a Microsoft Health Vault, which I recently received an email stating it would no longer be supported. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by my poor decision-making. If you can unlock my account, I assure you I will be more cautious in the future.

I am reaching out to inquire about my recent email communications seeking assistance. I have replied multiple times to the email address [redacted] Despite filling out the verification form twice and providing my original purchase receipt for Office [redacted], I received responses indicating difficulty in verifying my ownership. My primary email address, [redacted], was accidentally deleted by a member of the Best Buy Geek Squad during a Microsoft Outlook update, causing both [redacted] and [redacted] to stop functioning. To aid in resolving this issue, do I need to obtain information from the Geek Squad? I have diligently submitted the verification form twice using contact details and subject lines from [redacted] I have maintained my Office [redacted] subscriptions since the initial purchase, and have faithfully followed instructions by providing all requested information along with my Office [redacted] receipt. I am in need of speaking with a live representative and not an automated recording. I am eager for a response as I last contacted you on Tuesday, June 4 at 9:00 p.m., and it is currently Wednesday, 8:30 p.m. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently received a phone call claiming to be from Microsoft, stating I needed to pay for services within one hour. The caller, who identified as Aran, mentioned I had won a computer but required a $[redacted] payment on any credit card for delivery scheduling. When I requested more details, he abruptly ended the call. After an apology for the disconnection, I inquired about verifying his legitimacy through Microsoft, leading him to hang up again. Upon trying to dial back the number displayed on my caller ID (1-[redacted]), a recording stated it was not a valid number.

Hello, My previous email account was compromised some time ago, and I hadn't realized my laptop (Windows 10) was linked to it. I had been using a PIN to log in for the past 3 months until I updated my laptop with a BIOS update, which disabled my PIN login. Now I am unable to access my laptop, and Microsoft has not been able to assist me beyond the password problem. I no longer require access to the email account but I urgently need to regain control of my laptop. I would appreciate any advice on how I can recover access to my laptop. Thank you, Ted

While searching for a recipe on my Windows 10 Surface Pro, I encountered a suspicious pop-up claiming to be from Microsoft suggesting that someone was attempting to hack into my computer. The message urged me to call a number, [redacted], where I spoke with an individual named Amit Mishra who gained remote access to my device. He alleged that individuals in another country were using my IP address to download illegal content and attempted to withdraw money from my bank account. He then tried to sell me a $[redacted] Microsoft security package to supposedly resolve the issue permanently. Despite not purchasing the package, I am concerned about the access he may have obtained and the validity of his claims. His efforts to show me his Microsoft technician profile on a website to establish credibility have left me confused and worried about the security of my computer.

My elderly parents are locked out of their hotmail account due to suspicious activity. They mainly use it for communication with family and a few bill reminders. Despite multiple attempts to fill out recovery forms and reset the password, they remain unsuccessful. They cannot recall the last email sent or received. With no mobile phone for text verification, their only contact number is a landline. After spending two frustrating hours yesterday on this issue, I am now unable to submit more forms due to reaching the limit. It is disheartening to see them struggle when all they want is to access their email occasionally. The affected email is [redacted] Assistance in resolving this efficiently would be greatly appreciated. It seems unreasonable to invest so much time and effort into this process, especially for elderly individuals who may not remember all the details.

I've been struggling to access my Outlook email as it keeps redirecting me to a Microsoft security verification page. Unfortunately, the only option they provide is to send a code to a phone number that I no longer have access to. They did send a four-digit code, but the system requires a six-digit code, causing a loop in the verification process. It's been over a month, and I'm getting frustrated trying to resolve this issue just to access my emails. I hope someone can help me fix this problem soon so I can log in without any further complications. Thank you.

I am seeking assistance to reset my mother-in-law's Outlook Hotmail account. She is 87 and rarely uses her account. Unfortunately, when I attempted to access it on her iPad, I couldn't because she forgot her password. The reset process requires information she cannot recall. Her Hotmail account is [redacted] After submitting the reset form on her behalf, it was rejected citing insufficient information provided. Given her age and memory limitations, I am unsure how to proceed. While I understand the need for security measures, I hope some consideration can be given due to her circumstances. My email is [redacted] I await your response. Regards, John L. (representing Margarita A.).

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my account under the username [redacted] I changed the password in January [redacted] but have since forgotten it. I recently received a message about my Microsoft account security. After being locked out until June 10th, I got a notification saying the security for my account was updated. Despite receiving multiple security codes that didn't work, I am unsure of the status of my account. My email has changed from [redacted] to [redacted] due to switching internet providers. Now, I'm facing issues with account recovery and ownership verification. I appreciate the privacy measures in place but need help accessing my Word and Excel files. Should I create a new account to resolve this issue?

My computer crashed due to spam pretending to be from Microsoft. I am having trouble resetting it, even though some of my information is saved. I have a hard drive backup I purchased a few years ago. Despite working with Dell Premium Support, I have not received the necessary assistance. I need to return to my original Office [redacted] settings to access my previous puzzles, card sets, documents, and stock information from the older version of Office I purchased around three years ago. Please contact me with some positive news on how you can assist me. I have a sense of humor and am eager to work together. Thank you!

I am having trouble accessing my account because it says the password is incorrect. Unfortunately, the account recovery form provided is not helpful as it requires email verification, which I can't do since I never sent emails from that account. Additionally, I forgot the password and can't receive text messages for verification as I don't have a mobile phone. I urgently need access to retrieve payment receipts and invoices from that email. It's frustrating that Microsoft only offers automated responses, and I was unaware of the mobile phone requirement when I initially set up the account. I have created a new account, but I need to regain access to my old account [redacted] I hope to speak with a human for assistance in recovering my account.

I am having trouble accessing my Outlook email account because I forgot my password. I have tried to recover it six times online, but I keep receiving a message saying that Microsoft was unable to verify my ownership of the account. They are asking me to submit a new account verification form with as much accurate information as possible. I am unable to answer questions about emails sent, as I have not had the account very long and have only received emails. I can log into my Microsoft account without any problems, but I cannot access my email account at [redacted]

Several months ago, I created some email accounts on Outlook that I haven't used, and now I can't find the passwords. I've attempted to recover them through the Microsoft prompts but haven't had enough information for the process. With a new job approaching, I need to set up a password on my computer, but I'm unable to do so because it prompts me to log in to *****@***.com, and I no longer have that password. Is there a way for me to verify my identity and resolve this issue with the accounts?

I had an Xbox [redacted] account named MCKILLERcole when I was 8 or 9, now I'm 13 and want to recover it. I shared it with someone named quickscope1020, who shared his account with me. I remember my purchases like Fallout: New Vegas and Chivalry, and I bought an add-on for Fallout: New Vegas. I recall one of my passwords but can't remember my security question. I used an Xbox [redacted], and my YouTube channel has videos verifying it's my account. I really want my account back. I encountered a modder who could manipulate internet speed and hack, and I think he may have changed my password after I upset him. If you see this, please contact me at [redacted] My Xbox email is [redacted]

I am looking to delete my Xbox profile under the username Waterlord26 while retaining my Microsoft account ([redacted]). Attempted to delete only the Xbox profile but the virtual agent did not provide a solution for this. I seek to contact Microsoft Support to discuss a way to retain my email while deleting just the Xbox profile, as I believe both should not need deletion when I only intend to remove the Xbox account. Your assistance in allowing me to keep my Microsoft account open while deleting my Xbox profile would be greatly appreciated.
