I have an account named "[redacted]" that I created for personal use a few years ago. However, it seems that other individuals are using my Hotmail address for their social media accounts. I contacted one of them, who claimed it was her Hotmail, which I find confusing. How can we both have the same Hotmail address? The people using my account are from Turkey, while I live in Canada. The person I reached out to mentioned not having a Facebook account, indicating that different individuals are using my Hotmail for various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and even a phone line. I don't have any social media accounts associated with this email; I only use it for Hotmail. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved, and all unauthorized social media associations be removed from my account.

I received an email from Epic Games regarding account details which I never signed up for. When I contacted them, they referred me to an email address [redacted], which redirected to my regular [redacted] Despite my attempts to resolve the issue with Epic Games, they suggested checking for unknown payments on credit cards. After finding none, they directed me to Xbox support as the account was allegedly linked to them. However, not having an account with Xbox made it challenging to get assistance. Microsoft mentioned an issue with my account and requested a code via text, but without a smartphone to receive the text, I was stuck. I am unsure how to proceed and any guidance on resolving this situation would be greatly appreciated.

My account [redacted] was blocked, and I was asked to create a new one, [redacted] I urgently need access to my old account as I am expecting a crucial email with a copy of my late mother's will. I had to make the new account because of learning difficulties, and now I have to update all my shopping and other account details. I prefer simplicity and struggle with change. I understand that I may not be able to recover my old account, but I desperately need the emails from it, especially my mother's will.

For the past five days, I've been facing issues logging into my Microsoft and Xbox Live accounts. Each time I try, I receive an error message stating, "Something went wrong and we can't sign you in right now. Please try again later. The Microsoft account login server has detected too many repeated authentication attempts. Please wait a moment and try again."
Despite not attempting to log in repeatedly, this recurring problem has now happened for the third time in the last four weeks. Despite resetting my password each time, the issue persists. I would appreciate any insights on why this issue is occurring and if there are plans to resolve it soon.

Recently, I've been receiving multiple calls from individuals who say they are from Microsoft. These callers, who speak with an Indian accent, continue to call back persistently even after I hang up. I am seeking assistance in dealing with this situation.

My laptop malfunctioned, so I switched to a new one and set up my Outlook account. However, I am unable to retrieve any emails from before my old laptop stopped working. Additionally, my address book and contact list are gone. I contacted support and a technician attempted to assist me, but we encountered internet problems. The technician provided me with a work order number, [redacted], and advised to call back once my internet issues are resolved so she can continue fixing the Outlook problems on my laptop.

I have an ongoing problem where my system locks up, freezes the keyboard and mouse, which forces me to reset the computer through the power button. My all-in-one computer has a 3.4MHz processor, 8GB RAM DDR3, and a quad processor, but only one processor works at any given time. Is there a fix that can allow all four processors to run simultaneously, or is it an inherent compatibility issue between my computer and the software after upgrading to Windows 10 32-bit? The last three updates have only installed 32-bit software, while my computer originally came with Windows 10 64-bit.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Hotmail account, as it keeps showing the message "It looks like someone else might be using your account" when my brother attempts to log in. Despite never sharing my account, it seems like it might have been hacked. I have tried following the steps provided for account recovery but have not been successful. Although I possess most personal information, old passwords, and the account recovery code, I am unable to regain access. It appears my account may be blocked. It is crucial for me to retrieve this account as it contains personal data and is linked to various games I play. Is there a solution to regain access that I might have overlooked? I urgently need assistance with this matter.

Dear Sir,
I used the email [redacted] for a long time. When I was in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia working for a private company, I used this email with a recovery email linked to my company email [redacted] and my previous mobile number [redacted][redacted]. It seems someone from my previous company could be involved as I don't have access to [redacted] or [redacted][redacted] anymore.
I tried to recover my email online but the request [redacted] was closed as they said the information provided did not match. I am willing to verify my identity with my passport and my Facebook account [redacted] Please advise on how to resolve this serious issue.
Thank you,

I have been experiencing issues with playing Solitaire on my Windows 10 laptop. When moving a card, the action freezes for a few seconds and then the app crashes. I tried reinstalling the app, but encountered two different errors. Error 1 sometimes gives me the "Premium" version which signs me in with my Xbox ID but loses all my playing history. Error 2 with the "non-premium" version shows a syncing data message followed by an Internet Connection Problem with error code [redacted], causing my PC to freeze. Any help resolving these problems would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello,
I am seeking assistance in accessing my son's Xbox Live account, which was originally set up by his late grandfather. Unfortunately, his grandfather passed away approximately 5-6 years ago, and the email associated with the account no longer exists. Despite several attempts, we have been unable to retrieve the password required to purchase a one-year subscription for my son's Xbox Live Gold account. I have tried the "Recover Account" option, but it indicates that the provided information is insufficient to reset the password. Are there any other steps we can take to regain access? Alternatively, I am willing to provide a copy of his grandfather's death certificate if necessary.
The email linked to the account is [redacted], and the Gamertag is Diaan Klopper. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.
Best regards

I am struggling to add a second email address to Outlook. I was in touch with a support group online, but we got disconnected. I have two screenshots to share as requested by them. I have tried different checklists to add the second account, but each attempt fails the test. The most frustrating part is dealing with the security issue for setting up a PIN. It does not clarify what to do if I never had a PIN before. It just loops back to the initial checklist.

For over a year now, I have been unable to view the actual sender information by hovering my mouse over senders' details in my emails on Hotmail or Gmail. Right-clicking while hovering does not work either. I am using a Win10 HP laptop with an AMD 10 CPU. I typically access emails through the email icon on my homepage, or via Firefox to sign in to Microsoft.com, which redirects to Outlook.com. Despite trying these methods, I am still unable to view sender information. Due to concerns about security, I refrain from opening suspicious emails. How can I resolve this issue and see the sender's email information to stay safe from potential threats? Thank you.

I encountered a frustrating situation while attempting to install iCloud for Windows on my Windows 10 laptop. After spending over an hour with a helpful Apple technician who referred me to Microsoft for additional insights, I was connected to an Indian call center representative who immediately pushed paid technician services without addressing the issue or solutions attempted. Despite being able to access the application online, I was hoping for technical advice to replicate the experience I have with the program on my Windows 8.1 desktop. I will convey this experience when the representative calls back, as the support received did not align with the assistance I was seeking from Microsoft.

I have not accessed my email account [redacted] in quite a few years. I now have an urgent need to retrieve it, as there are legal documents related to a Supreme Court Case that were sent and received using this email address, which I require as evidence. I no longer have access to the phone number linked to the account, but I do recall what it is. Could you help me in recovering this account? I am willing to provide any other necessary information to verify my ownership of the account. Thank you.

Recently, while I was working, a notification claiming to be from Microsoft kept popping up, informing me that my accounts, including banking, were under threat from hackers. I encountered this issue last Friday and decided to contact the number provided. I engaged with an individual who instructed me to take various steps, including providing codes so he could access my computer remotely. He identified numerous trojans and other threats on my system, especially an older one. After a lengthy 4-hour call, he requested that I purchase a "google play" card for him to clean up my computer, promising to reimburse me for the amount. Although he transferred the first $[redacted] into my bank account, there were issues with the card, leading to another purchase. Despite his assurance that both $[redacted] deposits would appear within 24-48 hours, they never did. The tech introduced himself as Dave Morris and provided contact details, including phone numbers and employee ID MS96321. I now suspect this was a scam, and as a senior on a fixed income, I cannot bear to lose $1,[redacted]. In response, I searched for Microsoft Support and found an alternate phone number: 1-[redacted]. My contact information is listed below.

Subject: Difficulty Accessing Hotmail Account
Hello Microsoft team,
I am Abbie and I am facing challenges logging into my Hotmail address while traveling abroad. I urgently require access to this account and can provide past passwords. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number associated with the account. I am willing to verify my identity through my bank details, identification documents like my passport, and address.
This email account is crucial for my social media and various online accounts. Recently, while in Indonesia, I attempted to log in from my boyfriend's iPhone without success. Although I am automatically logged in on my phone, I have forgotten my password due to not needing it for a while. Despite my repeated efforts to recover access by providing correct passwords, I have been locked out and unable to connect on my iPhone. I am puzzled by why I am not prompted to answer security questions and the continued inability to access my account after two days.
I need immediate assistance to regain access to my account. Please reach out to me regarding this matter.
Thank you,
Abbie WB

My computer stopped working, and I had to transfer my OEM copy of Office Professional [redacted] from the SSD of the old PC to a new PC with an HDD. After the transfer, Microsoft is now notifying me that my Office Suite will expire in 2 days and will no longer work. Moreover, Microsoft has my old email address associated with my account, which is causing issues as I am unable to receive any responses due to the email being deleted years ago.
