Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my gamertag Boss V Castell and my Microsoft account linked to [redacted] The problem started yesterday when I tried to sign in to my Xbox account. An error message redirected me to the Xbox website to log in, but each time I attempted to enter my credentials, I received the error message: "Something went wrong and we can't sign you in right now. Please try again later." Furthermore, it mentioned a repeated authentication error and advised me to wait before trying again. I attempted to seek help using the online chat form, but it prompted me to sign in, restricting my ability to access assistance. Could you please assist in resolving this login issue?

I've been attempting to cancel my Microsoft Home [redacted] subscription after receiving a trial that I never used. Due to an illness, I forgot to cancel, but I've been trying since then without success. Could you please cancel my subscription promptly? I'm Dawn Duffy. Unfortunately, I don't have a phone to contact Microsoft. Your assistance in handling this cancellation is greatly appreciated. Thank you for addressing this matter. Sincerely, Dawn Duffy. I REQUIRE MICROSOFT'S EMAIL ADDRESS AS I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE TO CALL THEM.

Last night, when I returned home looking forward to playing Xbox, I encountered an error message prompting me to address an issue with my account on account.live.com before logging in. No matter the browser or device used, all attempts to sign in lead to the message: "Something went wrong and we can't sign you in right now. Please try again later. The Microsoft account login server has detected too many repeated authentication attempts. Please wait a moment and try again." Despite contacting numerous numbers, I've not been able to reach a live representative and keep being redirected to the Microsoft site for sign-in, which I cannot access. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Case number [redacted]: In the week of April 4, an error message 0x800ccof appeared on both my PC and laptop. I reached out to customer service, and Mickaela Angela resolved the error on my PC in 3 hours and on my laptop in 45 minutes. The error reoccurred on my PC on 3/14/19 and was fixed that day after one hour. On 3/18/19, Hazel fixed the laptop error in an hour and referred me to a level 2 technician. Despite waiting for over an hour on the phone, I couldn't get through. On 3/20/19, Sidara promised to escalate the laptop issue to level 2, but I faced another long wait. Belen helped me resolve the error on chat with ticket number [redacted]1 within one hour. On 3/21/19, Ceasar and YanYan worked on the PC error, but a different error occurred post the fix, and YanYan never called back as promised. I requested to speak to a supervisor, and although April promised to have level 2 reach out, I am still waiting as of 4:00pm.

I've observed that in the event viewer under 'information' section, the Microsoft-Windows-Provisioning-Diagnostics-Provider is consistently applying the same packages twice daily, even when offline! This issue only occurs on my Windows 10 device as my Windows 8 machine does not have the same problem. I've disabled the Windows Update main and orchestrator services using regedit and group policies. Although the settings GUI doesn't display anything, the packages persist in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Provisioning and keep getting recreated and overwritten regularly. Is there a way to disable this Provisioning-Diagnostics-Provider?

I am using a Mac running OS 10.14.4 Mohave. Recently, I had a new solid-state hard drive installed after the old one failed. Everything was working fine with my daughter sharing Office with me until I got my computer back from repair. After trying to open Word, I encountered issues. I successfully downloaded Office [redacted], but when trying to open it, I received an activation prompt followed by an error message "An unknown error has occurred. The error code is: 0xD000FFFE." Despite multiple attempts, the issue persisted. Even after my daughter removed me from her account and sent me a new invitation, the problem remained unresolved. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently using a Mac with OS 10.14.4 Mojave. Recently, I had a new solid-state hard drive installed due to the old one failing. My daughter and I had been sharing Office without any issues until then. After the repair, when I tried using Word, it wouldn't open. I decided to upgrade from my Office [redacted] to Office [redacted], matching what my daughter uses. The installation of Office [redacted] was successful, but when I tried to open it, I was prompted to activate it, leading to an unknown error with the code *xD***FFFE. After attempts to resolve the issue, including being invited to share Office [redacted] from my daughter, we faced the same activation problem. I proceeded to uninstall Office, Word, cleared browsing data, and restarted the computer, but the issue persisted. Any suggestions on resolving this before I consider returning my Mac to the repair facility?

I recently bought Office [redacted] through my university's Home Use Program for my new computer. The download was successful, but I'm having trouble activating it. The product key I used is: 4QC37-J2RV9-2YY9D-FH2WR-TYD9Z. The program code is 1377BB64E5. I prefer using a local account on my computer due to past issues with Microsoft accounts tied to my home and university emails: [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] When I activated Windows 10 on my new Dell computer, it required me to link a Microsoft account, causing complications with my directory structure. As a 76-year-old retired math professor dealing with medical concerns, I need assistance. My contact number is [redacted], a land-line with captioning service.

I purchased a new computer with Windows 10 and used it for 2 months before storing it away for 9 months. Recently, my old computer failed, so I retrieved the new one. Unfortunately, I forgot the passwords for my Outlook accounts: [redacted] and [redacted] Surprisingly, I accessed [redacted] through a different method and received a code on my Gmail to reset the password. However, I'm unable to access [redacted] as I forgot its password and changed my phone number. To regain access, I need the code sent to my Gmail, but Microsoft is requesting specific details from an email I no longer have. If I can't recover [redacted], it affects my Microsoft accounts. I can be reached at [redacted] for further assistance. Thank you for your help.

I recently received a suspicious notification that I believe is phishing and not from Microsoft's technical team. The message indicated that my account password may have been changed and suggested I seek help from their support teams. I find it hard to believe that Microsoft wouldn't know if my password was changed legitimately. If I had changed it myself, I would expect a different notification. I'm not keen on constantly changing passwords, as I don't think it necessarily enhances security. The confusion between Microsoft, Outlook, and Hotmail accounts after a password change is frustrating, leading to CAPTCHA or code verifications. Despite my concerns, it seems like I have no choice but to adapt to this situation.

I am facing an unexpected issue with my Surface Book 2 that I purchased a month ago. The screen stayed black when I returned to it after being in sleep mode, despite no physical damage or presence of viruses. The keyboard responded with lights, but the screen remained unresponsive. Attempted fixes like pressing the power and volume up buttons did not work. Fortunately, I was within the last day of my warranty at Best Buy, so I exchanged it for a new model. However, my valuable data - writings, photos, and artwork spanning years - is stuck on the malfunctioning computer. Best Buy employees couldn't retrieve the information. I am exploring the possibility of sending the computer to Microsoft for data recovery, despite already trading it in. If Microsoft can salvage my data and provide a new computer with it, my issue would be resolved.

I am experiencing an issue with my Surface Book that spontaneously occurred and is not the result of damage or spills. I left it open halfway, it went to sleep, and upon returning ** minutes later the screen remained black. Although the keyboard responded with lights, the screen did not display anything. I attempted the fix involving the power and volume up buttons, but this only turned off the keyboard. Unable to retrieve my data at Best Buy, I managed to exchange the device due to being on the last day of my warranty. I am now concerned about recovering my valuable data, including years of writing, pictures, and art. If I were to send the faulty computer to Microsoft, I wonder if they could retrieve my information and provide a replacement device. However, the shipping time may void the warranty. Any insight on salvaging my data and obtaining a new computer would greatly help alleviate my current predicament.

My Microsoft apps and emails have been compromised by my ex-husband, who works as a VBR coder for a security company. He has installed keyloggers and spyware on all my devices. There is live streaming of my daily activities and private conversations, causing public humiliation and electronic harassment. The forum aims to expose this behavior and share evidence with witnesses. All communication and personal details are being shared with over [redacted] profiles. I am seeking assistance to address this issue promptly. - Stacy R.

My husband discovered unauthorized charges on his bank account and contacted Microsoft for a refund. A case number was provided, and we were instructed to have our financial institution contact Microsoft for the refund. Despite assurance of a refund within 5-10 business days, we received an email stating the case was closed with no refund issued. Recently, after paying our rent online, the transaction was rejected due to insufficient funds in my account. I realized there were more unauthorized charges on my account, also from Xbox. We urgently require a full refund as this situation has caused significant disruption in our lives. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

My Hotmail account was temporarily suspended. The website prompts me to recover it by sending a code to a phone number. However, I don't own a cellphone so I can't receive the code to recover my account. When attempting to send the code to someone else, I keep receiving an error message indicating that I've exceeded the daily limit. Despite it being the next day, I still can't send the code. Currently, I am unable to access my account and Xbox. I recently made purchases on my Xbox account, including a movie rental, but can't access any of it. Unfortunately, there is no clear phone number for assistance. I'm unsure how to cancel my subscriptions. I may need to consider legal action against Microsoft and Xbox to reclaim my money.

A few months back, I could access my email account successfully. However, since parting ways with a friend who somehow added their phone number to my account, I cannot log in despite trying multiple passwords. Due to the circumstances with this friend, I do not wish to contact them as they are dealing with addiction issues. I require assistance to regain access to my [redacted] and [redacted] accounts. My name is June Allison Rain, and my birthdate is February 16, [redacted], for both accounts.

I'm having trouble sending a group email to less than [redacted] recipients. Although I've successfully sent smaller group emails before, this particular one won't go through. An error message states that I've exceeded the allowed mail recipient relays per day and advises to try again later. I typically send around 10-15 emails a day, but today I've only sent 9 while attempting to get this specific email to deliver.

I recently received two messages allegedly from Microsoft stating that my Windows license key has expired, and all services have stopped. The messages provided phone numbers to renew the license. Another call mentioned an auto-renewal of $[redacted] for a subscription, with a toll-free number to cancel. I have concerns about the legitimacy of these calls as I am unsure if they are from Microsoft. I do not remember having a service subscription with Microsoft, and I am seeking clarification on this matter. Any assistance on this issue would be greatly appreciated. - D. Parks

I encountered a concerning situation with possible scammers and sought help from what I believed to be Microsoft technical support at 1-[redacted]. The individual I spoke with initially introduced himself as Sam, then later as Karen, causing confusion. They claimed I had hackers and proceeded to address the issue by remotely accessing my computer. Following the supposed fix, I was informed of a payment of $89.00 for a one-time service or a subscription option for 1 to 3 years. This came as a surprise to me as I was unaware of Microsoft charging for support services. The technician provided an invoice from a computer dealer in Shawnee, KS, which raised my concerns further due to my residency in NM. Additionally, the switch from Firefox to Chrome as my primary browser was unexpected. Overall, I found the language barrier and background noise during the call distracting, and I would appreciate more transparency regarding charges and procedures in the future. Thank you for addressing these issues. Thank you, N. Hoffman.

I am having trouble with outlook.com marking important emails as junk. This includes emails from my wife, bank, credit card companies, friends, and retail stores where I shop. I have followed all the steps on your support pages, such as marking senders as "safe senders" and creating rules. I have also cleared all addresses from my personal junk mail list. I need assistance in resolving this issue with my outlook.com email marking important messages as junk. Please provide guidance on how I can stop this from happening.
