I received a security alert message on my desktop computer indicating a compromise. A Microsoft technician named Kevin Lee (phone: [redacted], ext. [redacted]) assisted me. He identified areas where spyware was located and proposed a Security package. This package includes network security firewall, IP address Defender, anti-hacking tools, anti-virus, anti-malware, anti-spyware, identity protection, encryption of personal information, and seven layers of security firewall for the IP address. The service comes with unlimited security and does not expire for a price of $[redacted].99. However, I am concerned because he accessed my entire computer and now has my credit card information.

Subject: Issues with Office Home & Student Activation Key Hello Microsoft Technical Support, I am facing a significant issue with my Office Home & Student activation key card that I purchased for approximately $[redacted]. Unfortunately, while attempting to scratch off the silver cover, most of the key letters got erased. I do have a photo of the key card as proof of purchase, which I am willing to provide if you share your email address. While checking my Gmail account, I clicked on something that caught my interest. Suddenly, a screen popped up claiming to be Microsoft tech support and instructing me to call [redacted]. The individual who answered had a Hindi accent and insisted he was a Microsoft tech assistant. When I pressed for verification, he just argued and wouldn't provide any way for me to confirm his identity. He transferred me to someone else who did the same, eventually hanging up on me. The first person claimed to be Eric William with Microsoft ID MS1008. I shut down my computer, restarted it, and researched Microsoft myself. I couldn't find the [redacted] number listed. I am not willing to grant access to my computer over the phone based on an unknown program taking over my screen. It's crucial to verify I am truly speaking with Microsoft tech support.

I have Office Standard [redacted]. Every time I try to use it, I keep getting a pop-up asking me to activate it. Since I don't have the product key, I have been ignoring it. Lately, Outlook won't stay open; it starts, but the popup interrupts. I attempted to sign in with my Microsoft Account, but it leads me to a webpage displaying an error message "Can't reach that page" or tries to make me download Office [redacted]. The other Office programs function properly, but the activation popup keeps appearing. I am looking for a solution to activate it without any further issues.

I received an email regarding suspicious activity on my account. When I tried to access it, I was prompted for a security code sent to an old Hotmail address, which is not recognized as a Microsoft account. My Microsoft account, [redacted], was hacked. The hackers changed my password, added their own email for security info, and made a $65 purchase using my card. I contacted multiple agents and had my case escalated. They had me provide detailed information, including my Xbox serial number and IP address, through a secure link to create a new account, [redacted] I was assured that my old account would be transferred and I'd be refunded for the unauthorized purchase. Despite filling out numerous refund forms on the day of the incident, I keep getting denied for unclear reasons. The purchased game wasn't played, and the agent assured me of a refund, but nothing has been resolved so far.

I need assistance with reverting back to my original English password. An employee installed a Georgian keyboard on my PC, which caused me to log out due to unfamiliarity with entering characters. Subsequently, I had trouble logging back in and the employee deleted the Georgian language, restoring the English keyboard. However, upon re-login, a new English password was set, different from my old one. I am seeking guidance on how to change back to my previous English password without risking losing access to my PC. The computer became disabled after installing the 3/3/19 update. It repeatedly requested a password that was not accepted, and the "forgot password" process did not work. With the help of a technical support representative, the password issue was resolved, but the original computer screen and most of the data were lost. Access to Microsoft programs is currently unavailable, and certain Medical Portals indicate that Google Chrome Browser cannot be used. The loss of [redacted] Quicken files has also occurred. I am curious to know how many other individuals, like myself, who do not possess advanced computer skills, have encountered a similar problem.

I've tried to resolve the issue online, but since my school email was deleted, I'm unable to use that as a recovery option. I am encountering an issue with my Dell Latitude [redacted] laptop running Windows 10. Previously, I could access a database created in Access [redacted] using Access [redacted]. However, recently, I am unable to open the database and receive an error message stating “Cannot open a database created with a previous version of your application.” Even when attempting to create a new database, the same error persists. Upon clicking OK, another message pops up saying “A problem occurred while Microsoft Access was communicating with the OLE server or ActiveX Control.” These files are stored on my hard drive, not a server. I have uninstalled Avast completely from my laptop, reinstalled Access [redacted], but the problem remains. Strangely, Access [redacted] is unable to open files created by the same version. I am struggling to remember specific details like passwords and previous email titles. I had an old email account with the address [redacted] Unfortunately, it got hacked, so I switched to using yahoo mail. However, I forgot my hotmail password and would like to close that account before opening a new one. The challenge is that I have 6 devices still linked to the hotmail account that I can't update due to the password issue. I also have a new phone number now. I tried to seek help by submitting a form, but it required recent emails and subject lines from the hotmail account, which I couldn't provide since I haven't used it in two years. Microsoft Support is asking me to resubmit the form as they can't verify my identity. It's frustrating that resolving this minor issue seems so complicated. I've attempted to recover my password multiple times to no avail, and now I'm feeling very frustrated. I could really use some assistance.

I encountered an issue with moving some music files from OneDrive after signing up with Microsoft. Dear Sir, I recently opened a new email account earlier this month. I haven't used the account to send any emails yet, and I didn't provide all my personal information during the account setup. I received a message on March *, ****, informing me that my email address had been removed from my Microsoft account. When I tried to log in to my OneDrive and Microsoft accounts, I realized my password didn't work, even though I hadn't changed it. The login email is *****@***.com. When I attempted to reset my password using text messaging, the last two digits of the phone number were incorrect, as my phone number ends with x**. Despite trying to use the authenticator code and other methods, I couldn't regain access. I created a new Microsoft Live account under *****@***.com and contacted an agent named Anita in Accounts & Billing. She verified my account status and attempted to reset the password without success. A service request ************** was created on **********, but I am still unable to reset my password. I have tried calling the provided number without reaching a technician. My preferred contact number for account recovery is ***-***-****.
