Hello, I was removed from Mercari due to a billing problem involving PayPal. An outdated PayPal account was billed, causing my bank account to be overdrawn. This account was not the one I preferred for payment. I contacted both Mercari and PayPal for a refund but received no assistance. After opening a dispute with PNC, the problem was solved. However, Mercari later informed me via email that my account was terminated without providing a reason. I have been unable to get a response via email or reach someone over the phone to clarify the situation.

Hello. I'm Veneta Popow - Biju0327. Recently, I made a sale on Thanksgiving day for a Vintage Lizard Sterling Silver Brooch. I wish to cancel the order because the buyer did not review the shipping label properly and the name on it is completely different. Although the address matches, the name does not. I have reached out to the buyer twice, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from them. I am unsure about what steps to take next. The buyer contacted me requesting a name change on the label due to an oversight. The address remains unchanged, only the name needs correction. I have reached out to the buyer twice to explain and request a cancellation of the order, but I have not received any response from her. I would appreciate guidance on next steps in this situation. I purchased cloth diapers from a seller and asked about the water-proof PUL layer condition. She assured me it was in good shape. However, upon receiving the items today, I realized the PUL is not fixable and in poor condition. I informed her about this, but she has since blocked me. I am disappointed with the quality of the diapers and am unsure how to proceed in getting a refund for this substandard product.

I made an order for a Carley dress and was informed that it had been shipped. Despite being given a delivery date of November 22, the dress did not arrive as scheduled. I stayed home all day on the 22nd, assuming it might be running late, but it never came. Even after returning from a Thanksgiving trip and mail service resuming, the dress was still missing. Tracking details claim it was delivered on the 22nd, which is incorrect. I needed the dress for a performance on December 8, and now I have to find a replacement dress and am out the money for the original one. I would like a resolution as soon as possible, as I counted on having this dress. The post office has no additional information regarding the delivery issue.

My grandson, who frequently uses Mercari, bought me a new cell phone which, unfortunately, cannot be activated and is now unusable. I was charged $[redacted].00 on my credit card for this malfunctioning item and request for it to be refunded. Despite my grandson's attempt to return the phone, Mercari refused the return. I am deeply disappointed to have been charged for a non-functional item that I cannot send back. I plan to escalate this issue with the Better Business Bureau.

I sold an item on 11/24 and have been patiently awaiting payment. Unfortunately, I noticed that the payment hasn't been deposited into my checking account yet. When attempting to access my account, I encountered some difficulty due to forgetting my password. After using the Facebook login option to enter, a chat representative informed me that I had two accounts and closed one without prior notice. I was instructed to log in to the original account, which I couldn't do because I didn't recall the password, and the reset option was unsuccessful. Currently, I am unable to access my account or retrieve my funds. I am quite frustrated with the level of inconvenience this has caused.

I made a purchase from Pop Rocks 4 Tati Beauty Naturals makeup with free shipping. However, I received an email saying my order was canceled, even though I paid $99 for it. The post office is asking for an additional $6.17 for shipping. I am confused as I thought shipping was free. I need to reach out to them quickly to avoid my order being returned. Please contact me promptly to address this issue if they want to retain my business and reimburse the money.

I had a mix-up with an order where I accidentally purchased the same item twice from different sellers. When I tried to cancel one of the orders, I was unsuccessful. Due to this, my account got canceled after the payment went through. I have been a loyal customer and would like to resolve this issue to keep using your platform. However, my account remains canceled. I would appreciate it if someone could clarify why this happened and help me reinstate my account. Thank you.

Yesterday, I made an offer on a Coach purse and wallet set. I waited for hours to hear from the seller, but she never replied. I sent another message asking if the item was still available, and once again, there was no response. While checking to see if she had answered, the item popped up showing as sold. I never got a chance to purchase the items as she sold them without ever responding to my messages or offer. I am upset since I have bought many things from this site. I sent the offer and other messages in more than enough time, but she sold it without addressing any of my messages. Thank you, R.H.

I recently sold a Home Interiors picture on Mercari. The shipping cost is over $22, but I'm struggling to find the best way to ship it due to the size constraints. The package measures 92" x 72" x 1.5" and weighs 7lbs 14.60oz. Trying to contact customer service has been a challenge as I have been searching for a phone number for 5 days without success. I fear this delay could cost me the sale and I'm quite dissatisfied with this situation. I recently received a warning (m[redacted]1) regarding an item labeled as prohibited, which I purchased on Mercari. I listed the purse with detailed information and photos, demonstrating its authenticity. Unfortunately, the listing was deleted due to a lack of proof, despite my effort to provide images and a description. This has happened before with a pair of sunglasses (m[redacted]1), resulting in another warning. I am disheartened by these actions, especially as a seller with a track record of over [redacted] items sold and perfect reviews. I recently sold a pair of brand new American Eagle jeans on Mercari with tags still attached, described as pristine. The buyer requested a return, which has been pending for over 5 days with no update. I have tried contacting Mercari through their website but have had no luck other than by phone, which was unhelpful in the past. I am eager to know when I will receive payment or if the return will proceed. I had a previous issue in February where a buyer sent me fake Kylie Jenner lip kits, and I was unsure how to handle it at the time, resulting in a negative review on my account. I am feeling frustrated with Mercari and would like a different way to communicate with them regarding this matter.

I bought two YUM bowls a week and a half ago. Unfortunately, I misplaced the details to leave a review. The bowls are in perfect condition. The packaging was excellent; it could withstand much rough handling. Despite the rough handling by USPS, the bowls arrived intact on the third day after being shipped out. Great all-around experience.

I accidentally used an old sales label on a recent package, causing a mix-up with recipients. The recipient of the wrong package is willing to wait for the correct item. I ask for the prepaid label to be emailed to the buyer "music therapy" on Mercari so she can send the item to the right person, Sarah Husian. Both buyers agree to this solution. There is no need for a refund for the black boys' boots. The mistake was a communication error on Mercari. The buyer just wants the coat to reach the correct recipient. Thank you. Summer LeCour

I recently started using this app and sold my first item for $15. However, I encountered an issue as I was unable to change the shipping cost from free. Consequently, when I received the payment, I noticed that only $3.95 was credited to my account. It appears that I was charged for the shipping without my knowledge. I feel frustrated because I ended up spending more of my own money on this transaction. I had purchased the jacket for $50 and ended up only receiving $3.95 after the sale. I am disappointed with this situation and feel that it is unfair. I attempted to contact customer support but was unable to get through, so I took a chance and shipped the item anyway.

I bought a Jeffree Star bundle for $74 and received confirmation, but later found out it was out of stock. My PayPal hasn't shown a refund. I can't download the app on my old iPad and can't reach the seller. I'd like to know why I haven't been refunded. -Jennifer K. D.

Hello! I am Ruth Lazar. I recently bought a marble chess set from Sdamico0828. When I unpacked it last night, the pieces were well packed, but the board only had one layer of bubble wrap wrapping the board itself, with no wrapping underneath. Upon unwrapping the pieces, I found the board split down the middle, rendering it unusable. I contacted the seller, who responded implying disbelief and mentioning past issues with buyers affecting her income. I assure you, the board was damaged, and I have photos to prove it. I recently purchased a 'VTG Tabletops unlimited 6 piece pot set' on Mercari from the seller 'Love + Junk'. However, I accidentally cancelled the order immediately after placing it. I needed to confirm the purchase with my grandma before buying. I tried to repurchase the item about half an hour later, but I cannot locate the product listing anymore. It seems to have been removed from the website after my initial purchase attempt. This issue occurred yesterday, and the item is still unavailable. I have attempted to contact the seller through the Mercari app on a different listing since I couldn't message them directly regarding the pot set. I am waiting to hear back from them.
