I inquired about the shipping date on November 27th, [redacted], as it had been a few days with no update. Despite reaching out on multiple occasions, the seller did not respond promptly. On December 1st, [redacted], luluuboo attributed the delay to a personal tragedy but failed to ship the item as promised. After continued attempts to communicate, she ultimately canceled the order on December 6, [redacted]. It is now December 23rd, [redacted], and I have yet to receive a refund of $55 to my card.

I'm having trouble accessing the Mercari app. I can't log in, view my favorites, contact sellers, or check my purchase history. I purchased an Abby Bonnibal Monster Doll for $44.25 but received a different doll. I can't access my account to reach out to the seller or get the Transaction ID to address the issue. The seller, Chely Chely, has relisted the doll for sale, and I can't contact her through the site. She sent me a dirty black cat Monster Doll named Citty Noir instead of the one I ordered. I've left a message for Mercari via phone today. I need this matter resolved as soon as possible. Transaction descriptions are not provided, so Paypal may need to freeze them.

I have been trying to reach someone since Saturday via phone and email. The item I received is not working and does not match the description. I tried to contact the seller, but the mobile app kept redirecting me to leave a review before I could email them. I left a review unknowingly causing an issue with my return request. I recently bought a camera from this website. When it arrived, I tested it, and it seemed to be working fine. However, when it was opened as a Christmas gift, the camera would not stay on for more than 5 seconds or would die after each photo. I purchased item #M[redacted]2 on October 14, [redacted], at 12:37 p.m. I wrote a review because everything seemed fine at first. Unfortunately, Mercari only gives 3 days before releasing the funds to the seller. I had saved these items for Christmas as presents for my daughter from Santa. When she unwrapped them, we were devastated to find fake and duplicate items inside. It was heartbreaking. I have plenty of pictures and still have the items. I'm willing to return them if you can provide an address. I can also send you all the pictures you need if you give me an email address. Aside from reporting the seller, I would like a refund or credit back to my account to resolve this issue.

I received a message on Mercari from A. I had sold A some cologne that I had purchased from a lady in my hometown. I was told the cologne was original and even scanned the barcode before listing it. I sold numerous bottles of cologne on Mercari only to have A report me for selling fake items. I had no idea the items were fake and would never have sold them had I known. A mentioned the labels on the cologne were fake, but the boxes were factory sealed. I contacted the lady I purchased the cologne from and have screenshots of our conversation, where she also claimed it was original. I strive to be honest and trustworthy, and would never intentionally deceive anyone.
