I am currently at the McDonald’s in Estero, Florida, located at [redacted] Benhill Griffin Road. My experience here was disappointing as I waited in the double drive-thru for over 10 minutes without any response from the staff despite another car being in the adjacent lane. Even after trying twice to get attention, we were ignored. The situation escalated when the staff member began yelling at customers nearby, showing unprofessional behavior. Despite the lane next to us being served promptly, we were left waiting for an additional 10 minutes until we decided to leave. The lack of customer service and swift assistance to other vehicles is concerning and reflects poorly on this McDonald’s location. I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent similar incidents from recurring, as the rudeness and poor people skills of the staff are unacceptable.

I placed a mobile order for pickup at the drive-thru. The restaurant staff informed me they did not have my order. Despite showing them the email receipt as proof of payment, they asked me to circle back through the drive-thru, wait in line again, and reorder my food, with the promise that I would receive it upon payment. Upon reviewing my bank account a few days later, I discovered that I was indeed charged for the food I never received that evening.

I need to address the treatment my daughter received at your Birstall restaurant on January 20th. She was denied access to the facilities by a staff member after using the drive-thru. I understand the importance of COVID protocols, but the staff member's intimidating behavior towards my daughter was unacceptable. She simply wanted to wash her hands after touching the bag of food she was given, a reasonable request to prevent the spread of COVID-19. I would like clarification on whether staff sanitize their hands after handling bags and why there is no hand sanitizer offered at the drive-thru. Denying someone the opportunity to wash their hands for safety reasons is concerning. I await your prompt response.

I am inquiring about techniques to improve McDonald's customer service. I came across an old video from [redacted] showing an incident between a customer and staff at the McDonald's located at [redacted] S 5th St in Charles, MO. I'm curious if the staff member featured in the video still works there. They handled the situation well. I suggest training staff in a technique known as ASMR finger nail tapping to help them stay calm during challenging interactions with customers. I placed an online order for burgers, fries, and McFlurry around 3:20 am. It was accepted, paid for, and confirmed for pickup. Upon arrival at the restaurant, I was informed they were only serving breakfast. I should have been contacted regarding this change before making the order and driving to the location. The menu at the restaurant still displayed lunch options even though they were serving breakfast. I received a refund for my meal but I am not satisfied with this resolution. I believe I should receive full reimbursement for my wasted time and gas, including compensation for the hour of lost wages due to not getting my break. I expect my full order to be prepared free of charge, consisting of two large Big Mac combos with strawberry banana smoothies and two Oreo McFlurrys with extra caramel. I will be going to the Los Alamos location in Murrieta, CA to claim my order. This experience was unacceptable and falls under false advertisement. I urge McDonald's to address this issue promptly and adequately.

My nephew had an interview on 1/27/[redacted]. He sat on a Zoom call for an hour but no one showed up. When he contacted the store, they promised to call back. After waiting for 2 hours, he contacted the store again. Olivia rescheduled his interview for today, 2/9/[redacted]. However, once again, there was no one present for the interview on the Zoom call. His name is Fernando I., and he is eager to work. He is a great kid and the eldest of 6 children. I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism and consideration displayed towards a potentially excellent future employee. Having worked for McDonald's before, I did not expect this level of unprofessionalism.

I had a disappointing food experience tonight at two different McDonald's locations in Marietta, GA. I was seeking a quick meal, especially with family in town for my mother's upcoming funeral, so I opted for McDonald's for convenience.
At the Bells Ferry Road location ([redacted] Bells Ferry Road), I encountered issues like a poorly lit parking lot, loitering individuals, inconsistent hours, and food quality problems. Despite being just 3 minutes away, I have faced similar issues in the past. My order included a double quarter pounder, a filet-o-fish, and spicy nuggets, but received regular nuggets instead of spicy and undercooked patties in the burger.
After this disappointing experience, I visited the Whitlock Ave location ([redacted] Whitlock Ave) for the same order, which surprisingly included an extra serving of spicy nuggets. Unfortunately, these nuggets were old and dried out, making them inedible.
I did not receive a receipt from the first visit, but from the second visit, my order details are KS 13, order number 25 at 10:20 PM. I spent over $25 combined at both locations and had to discard most of the food, which was frustrating. I am seeking reimbursement for the wasted food and money and urge McDonald's corporate to address the quality control issues at these locations promptly.

I ordered a bacon egg biscuit with a hashbrown, but it took over 10 minutes to receive my order. Unfortunately, they gave me the wrong order. There were five people standing around discussing if I ordered coffee, which I did not. Even after clarifying, they continued the unnecessary discussion. One of the employees joked that it should be free, but then rudely remarked that nothing in life is free. This lack of customer service was frustrating, especially with five cars behind me waiting. I didn't even receive a receipt for my order. I was there at 5:55am on Monday, February 22, [redacted]. I won't be returning to this location on Archer Road in Gainesville, Florida, and I'll be advising others to avoid it as well. It's disappointing to see such behavior when there are likely many others who would value and appreciate these job opportunities more.

I visited your store located at [redacted] E Battlefield St, Springfield, MO on March 5th, [redacted], around 7:40 PM. Upon arrival, I waited for about a minute before being told the employee would return. However, a car in the adjacent lane arrived and was promptly served, so I proceeded to place my order of 2 small coffees and 1 small hot tea. When I reached the next window, I encountered a confused staff member who asked me to pull around the corner to wait for the coffee. After a further 5-minute wait, a different employee brought out only one coffee and one tea instead of the two coffees I ordered. Despite my clarification, I was met with rudeness and profanity from a heavyset woman whose behavior was uncalled for. I did not engage in any inappropriate conduct, and her response was completely unwarranted. This lack of customer service is disappointing, and if not rectified, it may lead to the loss of more patrons beyond just myself.

I visited the McDonald's on West Grand Boulevard in Detroit early Saturday morning around 11 a.m. I ordered two chicken sandwiches, a double cheeseburger, a shake, and a large fry. When I got home, I realized the shake had whipped cream, which makes me sick, and the fries were cold. I contacted the manager, Misty, who asked me to return with the receipt for a replacement. Today, around 2 p.m., I returned to the same McDonald's. Despite Misty's confirmation over the phone, the manager on site informed me the shake machine was not working. Frustrated, I requested a refund for the shake and the fries but was met with resistance. The manager was unhelpful, kept my receipt, and was rude when I asked for it back. I recently visited the McDonald's on Jackson Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee, twice this week. On both occasions, I was informed that they could only accept payment in the form of a debit card or exact change. This left me unable to place my order as I only had a $20 bill on me. Despite my preference for their breakfast burritos, the situation left me disappointed and frustrated. It seems unreasonable for a successful corporation like McDonald's to operate without proper change availability. As a loyal customer, I hope this issue gets addressed as it's dissuading me from returning to this particular location. Although I enjoy McDonald's breakfast items, the inconvenience caused by the lack of change at this branch is discouraging me from revisiting the one on Jackson Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee.

I made an online order through the official McDonald's app to avoid extra charges from DoorDash. My order, totaling around $20, was confirmed with order number 1675L. When I arrived at the drive-thru, an older employee mentioned they only had a computer for Uber Eats orders and couldn't find mine. I suggested checking other computers or the back of the restaurant, showing him my receipt. The workers were arguing, using foul language, and the manager seemed to be disrespectful to the staff. After a 40-minute wait for my food, I encountered rudeness when it was finally served. On 4/16, I made a double order switch from dinner to breakfast on the app. Unfortunately, I was charged $25.64 twice for dinner that I did not receive and $13.48 for breakfast that the app did not register. Despite expecting the charges to reverse over the weekend, they have not been refunded, and I am now out over $60.
