I ordered a 6-piece Happy Meal with extra fries, Hawaiian Punch, and sweet and sour sauce, a #5 medium with light ice and sweet and sour sauce, a McDouble, and an ice cream cone. After receiving our order and finding the food cold and not fresh, I returned to the drive-thru. The cashier who took my order initially greeted me again, and I was directed to the window where an older gentleman named Charles was called over. Despite my concerns about the food quality and lack of customer service, Charles was confrontational and only offered to make fresh fries, claiming that was the only solution. When I called to address the issue later, Charles was extremely rude and dismissive. I am requesting a refund for this unsatisfactory experience.

I placed Order [redacted] for a Big Mac with extra sauce and no onions, and a quarter pounder with cheese and no onions on Saturday, May 1st, at the McDonald's located on [redacted] Fairfield Ave in Bridgeport before driving back to Waterbury. Upon checking my order at home, I discovered that both burgers contained onions, despite my clear request. I have been attempting to reach the restaurant at [redacted], but each time I call, the phone rings with no answer, only dead air on the line. My complete order included the buy one get one deal: one quarter pounder with cheese, no onions but with added mayo, and one Big Mac, no onions with extra Mac sauce, along with a large fries obtained for $1 using a coupon. I specified that the cheese on the quarter pounder should be melted and hot, which I observed, but I did not verify the absence of onions before leaving. Unfortunately, I only noticed the onions on both burgers once I arrived in Waterbury. It's exasperating that my explicit request for no onions was disregarded and that I am unable to reach the store to address this issue.

I visited the McDonald's at 830W. Ave. P in Palmdale, CA, three days ago. My order was repeatedly incorrect, and when I requested the manager, the server insulted me. The manager, a woman who had been rude to me before, denied the incident and accused me of causing trouble. Despite the conflict, my order was still incorrect, and it took 43 minutes to complete at the drive-thru. The staff's behavior was unacceptable, and I was not provided with names. I felt discriminated against as a white customer by the Hispanic manager and server. I expect a response to this email and will seek legal counsel if necessary.

For the past two days, I, Lisa, ordered two sausage McGriddles and a small caramel Frappe. Yesterday, at store #[redacted], when I inquired about the price and receipt, I was informed their machine was down but was charged slightly over six dollars. Today, on ordering the same items, I was mistakenly charged 9.85. I received two sausage McGriddles without egg or cheese, costing 7.18 for both, which should be around two dollars each, not exceeding 2.79. When I raised this concern, the cashier gave me a medium Frappe, stating it was a mistake and didn't clarify the price of just one McGriddle. Feeling overcharged affects me as I have a limited budget making only 14 dollars per hour and having to support my two children while paying rent of [redacted] monthly. I work extra hours each week just to afford meals. I hope to resolve this issue by providing my receipt and bank statement to the management for correction.

I went to have dinner with my grandson and had to place a second order for my daughter. When I pulled up to the window to pay, I noticed I was only charged for one order. I informed the employee it was two orders, one for me and one for my daughter. The manager was called over, and after a discussion, I was given the extra items. However, I realized on my receipt that I was charged $1.39 for apple juice which I assumed came with the meal. When I called the manager to inquire, she was dismissive and even hung up on me. She insisted apple juice was more expensive than soda. The situation escalated, and the manager's behavior was unacceptable. She threw condiment packets at me and was verbally abusive. I felt humiliated and mistreated, never experiencing such behavior. The employees were rude, and the manager's actions were disgraceful. This incident left me upset and unsure about what action to take next.

My wife prepared a special dinner for us, but my kids wanted McDonald's. I visited the location at [redacted] Leopard Street in Corpus Christi, Texas, between 10:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. I ordered a $32.48 meal for my family through the drive-thru. However, upon reaching home within 10 minutes, I discovered that the five orders of French fries were stale. I returned to the store but was only able to exchange two orders, not wanting to deprive my hungry children. I spoke to Ariel, who indicated that all fries needed to be returned. After returning with just two orders, I was told they could only replace two. I am disheartened by this service as French fries should not be cold and stale. I hope for your assistance and appreciate your concern. I will also escalate this issue to the McDonald's headquarters. This is the first time I have encountered such poor service at any McDonald's outlet, as my kids love the freshly made French fries.

Hello Team, I placed an order for a BTS meal through the McDonald's app yesterday evening for takeout. I made the payment online, and the tracking showed the meal was ready. I also arranged and paid for pickup through Dunzo. However, when the Dunzo representative arrived, it turned out the outlet was closed, resulting in great disappointment for my daughter who was eagerly anticipating the BTS meal. It is disheartening to see a well-known international brand like McDonald's failing to fulfill orders, especially during these challenging times. I had patiently waited for the lockdown restrictions to ease in Bangalore, India, to order the BTS meal for my daughter, who had been craving it. Despite checking with multiple outlets for availability, it was frustrating to encounter non-responsive contact numbers and closed outlets. This experience was quite upsetting, considering the exceptional service I have received from local food providers during the pandemic. My daughter's disappointment and my frustration at the situation remain unresolved, as I am yet to receive a refund for the order. I am reaching out from France because I felt ignored by McDonald's here. In Nice, at the Massena/Jean-Medecin location, my recent visit was disappointing. We were made to wait outside even though there were empty seats available. The kids' meals lacked exciting toys and only had water to drink. The waiting time was 15 minutes, longer than making a pizza. The food was cold, and even the bun was sticking to the paper. My son and I were very let down. It seems like our family tradition of dining at McDonald's may be coming to an end. The restaurant was empty while Burger King was bustling. I appreciate the good memories and affordable, flavorful meals I used to enjoy at McDonald's in the past, but unfortunately, it seems like those times are over. The General Manager, Marta Marisol S., unfairly accused me of taking personal items and terminated me for using the Mobil Prize without knowing it was against the rules. She failed to address all employees about the issue before taking action. Marta's behavior towards me and older female employees has been unjust, including verbal abuse. It's important to stop this injustice to prevent further mistreatment of others. I'm not seeking reinstatement, but rather urging for fair treatment for everyone at the workplace.

My name is Darwin Lopez, and I am 40 years old. I used to work at McDonald's located at [redacted] Georgia Avenue NW, Washington DC [redacted]. The General Manager, Marta Marisol Saravia, took my personal belongings just because I didn't tolerate mistreatment at work. She fired me for using the Mobile Prize, which I didn't know was against the rules. I only used it on my phone when customers didn't have the app, while she used it to give prizes to customers when she should lead by example as a GM. She didn't handle the situation professionally. She should have informed all employees first. She mistreats older ladies verbally, which is unfair. I am not asking to be rehired, but I request that the injustice towards others stops. My recommendation is for there to be no more injustice because she is very inhumane.

I placed an order through the mobile app and picked it up curbside at McDonald’s in West Memphis, AR on Missouri Street. The staff confirmed the contents of my order, but when I got home to Marion, AR, about 5 miles away, my order was incorrect, and there was no receipt provided. This isn't the first time my orders have been mixed up. After calling the store, an employee named Rebecca mentioned she would fix it if I came back. However, due to the distance, I couldn't return. When I asked for the manager's name, she hesitantly said it was Sage. There was a lack of apology and poor customer service during our interaction.

I received coupons in the mail for a buy 1 get 1 deal on your new crispy chicken sandwich, advertised for $3.99. Despite this, when I visited the Randolph Road location in Silver Spring, MD, I was charged $5.79. I didn't want to argue in front of my granddaughter, so I went back alone to ask why. They mentioned being a franchise. I'm concerned about knowing in advance which locations charge the regular price. The disappointing price and poor quality make me hesitant to return, especially when there are better options nearby. I found the sandwiches dry and unappetizing. I ordered four quarter-pound patties without seasoning salt for my dogs, but unfortunately, they wouldn't eat them, so it was a waste. I had to turn back while I was some distance down the highway. I've had many instances of missing items or wrong orders in the past, which is why I had to go back again this time. Despite being a loyal customer who spends a lot of money at McDonald's not only for myself but for others as well, this recent incident was frustrating. On a previous visit, I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese but received a double Big Mac without sauce, pickles, lettuce, or cheese, just two burger patties. The communication at the drive-thru sometimes seems challenging as they speak better English at the second window. It's disheartening when they imply that I ordered incorrectly. I even had to buy ketchup elsewhere because of the inconvenience, which left me dissatisfied. I value my purchases at McDonald's but continual errors have been disappointing. It would be interesting to know the total of missing items over time, as giving away money unknowingly is not ideal.

I have a disability impacting how I can pick up orders. Despite explaining my condition and hurt leg to the drive-thru staff, I was instructed to come inside for a doordash order due to a policy restriction. The manager I spoke to inside also referred me to another manager in the morning. Despite the inconvenience, I complied. On another occasion, I was allowed to use the drive-thru due to the rain, contradicting the previous denial. The inconsistency in enforcing the policy, especially considering my medical condition, felt unfair and possibly discriminatory. The reasoning provided about a previous employee being fired did not justify the lack of flexibility shown in my situation. This experience left me feeling frustrated and concerned.

Restaurant located at [redacted] Martin Blvd in Middle River, MD [redacted] during the visit at 11:39 AM, at Order #59. Today's experience was challenging. Unfortunately, we did not check our order on the screen, nor were we asked to do so. The cashier was exceptional, a dynamic young gentleman. However, the service provided by the two girls who handed us the food was incredibly disappointing. Our order was for 2 sweet teas, chicken nuggets, a double cheeseburger with pickles, and 2 fries. After paying at the cashier, we received a small bag with only 3 items. We informed the staff about missing fries and sweet teas, leading to further confusion at the window. The staff forgot to include the sweet teas on our receipt, and there were errors regarding our order items like condiments and the type of burger. These repeated mishaps made our experience frustrating, especially considering the outlet's decline in service standards compared to previous visits. We are disappointed and do not plan on returning to this location. We kindly request free coupons for future use at a different McDonald's branch. Sincerely, Debbie.

I visited the Drive-Thru and ordered two McDouble burgers with Lettuce and Tomatoes but no onions. For one, I requested no Mustard, added Mayo, and a large fry. Although the service at the Drive-Thru was adequate, my order was incorrect. The Manager assisted me in correcting the order, but even after two checks, one of the burgers was still wrong. When I returned to rectify the mistake, the Manager seemed annoyed. She mentioned that my request wasn't on the ticket, then fixed the burger, but with a dismissive attitude, she gave it back to me while muttering and rolling her eyes.

I drove 30 minutes out of my way to go to McDonald's, as it was the only location open nearby. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, but received a plain single quarter pounder without any toppings. The regular double quarter pounder with cheese was also incorrect, received a single quarter pounder without cheese. The crispy chicken sandwich deluxe I ordered was a spicy one with just sauce and no other ingredients. I had to wait in line for over 30 minutes to receive my order. Although the items were in the right packages, they were all wrong. I am requesting a refund for the entire meal and an additional free meal due to the extra gas I spent driving to the distant location, especially since none of your locations are open past 9:30 pm.

Hello, I am Zaid Mahomed from the North West Province, Potchefstroom. My son and I visited the McDonald's drive-thru on September 1st at 12 pm. After placing my order, paying, and waiting at the collection window, they initially gave me the wrong order, and after correcting it, they still made mistakes by adding ice to drinks when I requested none. When my son checked the order, we found more mistakes, including the wrong burger in a different box. The lack of communication and the response from the staff, especially one lady's unapologetic attitude, left me very dissatisfied. These repeated errors and the dismissive reactions make me frustrated. I am hoping for better accountability and customer service from the staff and management.
